1 starI was turned away by a very rude abusive baggage girl stating I could not go into the store because they were closed. It was 4:30 on Christmas day. There hours stated they closed at 5pm.I pointed that out to her and she said we want to get out of here, the store is closed. Then she ran off. I saw people entering. Some were turned away, but if it was indeed closed, why were they letting some customers in? I feel this girl was using me to get anger out, and I feel there's age discrimination against me. I came home in tears. I want something done about this. They cannot treat a customer for 10 years+ like this! I worked there back in 2008 and if anybody did this to a customer we would have been fired on the spot.Review fromJoshua B.

1 starThey need to re-staff the corporate employees here at this store on *******. Your Deli manager *************************** sleeps with her fellow employees, and Store the Manager **** is a real piece of work, saying he'd like to sleep with employees as well. Here they also like to clean there dishes with steel wool to make sure that the dishes look good for the **** How do I know? I worked there almost 3 years and washed dishes every night. It was good that they got rid of the last guy who ran the store but they need look at ALL the corporate members of this store and there treatment of employees. I know something that's part of this should be against the law. That's fine this guy is never visiting any Vons anywhere ever again but worker treatment matters and It's immature and someone should put a new store off ******* and Magnolia in ****************, **. Real pathetic leadership skills here. Horrible managers here. If I could I'd give this Vons 0 stars.Review fromCesar J

1 starDon't ever get the FreshPass. Local stores don't know how to handle it, wasting time in the pickup lanes and never pick up anything or wrong groceries. Also they don't even want to cancel the plan despite only having it for 3 days and never getting groceriesReview fromRosa W

1 starI will not shop here anymore, the staff is stuck in the *************** days. I was checking out my things a few days ago when I was in the store and a group of three Vons workers are huddled in a conversation that they didn't want anyone to hear. One cannot control his laughter and the female in the group tells the two guys to stop seeing that I was watching them. The behavior continues as I'm checking out, so I confronted them about their behavior as it was unprofessional. They denied talking about me but I chose not to even buy anything in that store. Workers here are always rude as told in other reviews, and I feel like Vons needs to be shut down permanently.Review fromEl P

1 starWe normally shop at ******* Brothers, which we love because of friendly customers service and I always feel welcomed by every employee I meet there. Today, however, I forgot avocados and they were out of Beyond Meat.so I said to my partner let's try Vons they are just across the street. He waited in the car since it was just a couple of things. Let me tell you I wasn't even finished grabbing a shopping handbasket before a Caucasian male security guarding in a neon yellow vest and dark pants and shirt wearing a baseball cap, grey hair and grey ***** of sorts popped out of the front office and proceeded to follow me every step of the way from beginning to the cash register. I was so disgusted by this blatant profiling and harassment that I cut my shopping short and got the heck out of there. The manager managed to pop out of the back right as I was walking passed to give me that look I have getting all my life when I apparently walked onto the wrong block or in the wrong place of buisness. You know the ones that wish they could put up a 1960's no coloreds allowed sign. I got the avocados but I am very sorry I gave that company any of my money. I will never shop there again. 1 starThey took all my money never canceled my order and allow someone to send my order to the wrong address. Had to purchase a new order with delivery fee and they canceled and took 281 dollar out of my account and now I have to wait 5 days to receive any kind of refund. Wouldnt credit me to deliver my items with rush. Overall i the worst freakin experience of my life they lack empathyReview fromKathy G

1 starFor so many times now I can't even remember, my husband has picked up our "Drive-up & Go" order only to get home and have me get upset because there are items missing and/or the receipt is missing. Today, once again the order was missing our 18 count eggs AND the receipt. I was charged for the eggs -but no eggs in the order. Last week, when I ordered chicken wings I received none and wasn't charged but when I called the store and asked if the store was out of chicken wings the young lady said "oh no, we have tons - we just didn't have the kind you ordered." I said, "well why didn't someone call me or text me?" She responded with the umpteeeenth "Oh! sorry". I drove back to the store (are we paying attention to gas prices?), wasted my time and got the eggs and the receipt. So, the last time I checked, if I go into a store and I walk out without paying for something it's called STEALING. When they charge me for something but don't give it to me - isn't that also called STEALING? Not to mention poor service. The business model is lovely, it works, it is perfect. However, the process is BROKEN. My husband and I have agreed we will go to a different Vons to see if the service is any better. Vons regularly gives us items for free, refunds us over and over and over.... for all the s**** **** But our time is more valuable and our gas is being eaten up. Trust is broken. We simply do not trust that Vons has people in the Drive-up & Go Vons at the Magnolia Vons in Corona sufficient to meet our needs. They have to be losing money by all the free stuff being given away and refunds. Fix the process and start making money, and getting referrals by making customers happy (face palm).Management in your store) have heard about this so many times they are over it but someone has to speak up or how will they ever fix this....In speaking with them recently, it's like there's a separate company running that areaReview fromKevin P.

1 starVons at Durango and desert in in *********. I've been shopping there loyaly for 9 years. A visiting manager named ****** who id never seen before, walked outside starring at me and approached me and trespassed me for "loitering" (It was officially called "profiling" because that manager wouldn't even look at my receipt to see that I'd been eating my sandwich there at a provided table for only about 15 mins tops! No loitering signs posted either and I was a customer! I filled a complaint and corporate complaint ***** "****" let the ruling stand because he said the mngr. Said that he felt "threatened" even though he was the one starring me down and approached me with someone who had a GUN *********** officer who trespassed me)! I'm filling a complaint against ****, he should not have the position he has, he needs more training or retrained or really,fired!Review fromAJ G

1 starVons on National and *********, *********** - now for the third time something expensive I bought never made it into my bags by the bagger and checker. I even scanned the area before leaving to make sure nothing got left behind. So where did my $14. Bottle of saline solution that I got charged for go? And once again, theyre only response is that I have to go back and correct for their mistakes (or is it really a mistake, its starting to feel intentional.) Oh and btw, rotten hot dogs.
