      To whom it may concern:I did not want to write the BBB but I dont know what else to do. I ordered a dress from Sexy Mama Maternity. It was a size too small, I contacted the company and they sent me a return label on August 12. I was to return the original and they would send me 1 size larger as an exchange. The tracking # on the return label they sent says that the company recieved my dress back on Aug 20. I have emailed / called and left voice messages / texted / messaged on Instagram asking for an update on when I can expect the dress I paid for as my baby shower is next week. They say they respond within 24 hours but I have recieved no follow up. My order number is ****** The tracking # was 9400 1112 0623 9360 1320 43 I just want a response and would prefer my dress shipment for a size 5 be expedited / over sighted if possible in consideration of Monday being a holiday I am worried the dress I paid for a month ago will not arrive in time Thank you

      Order ******. I ordered 2 dresses (paid for priority shipping) Was only sent 1.. I gave them time thinking it was shipped seperate, I finally emailed them 2 weeks later asking where the second one was and they told me Oh, we are sold out of this dress they emailed me a different option, which I didnt like.. mind you I had to reach out to them to get this information. I then told them I would like a refund and I havent heard back since, Ive sent 7 emails and left 2 voicemails to call me and have not heard anything from them since. This all started on March 30th

      I placed an order for 9 dresses on 10/31/2023 (order ******), paid $32 for express (overnight) shipping, another $24 for priority handling (processing time 1 day), for a total bill of $544 paid via **** credit card. These dresses were for my baby shower; and I had the intention of returning at least 8 of the 9 dresses once I decided which one I wanted for the shower. I got in touch with the business to see if I should have them delivered to my home in *****************, **, for delivery by 11/2/2023 or if I should ship them to the location of my shower (**********, **) for delivery by 11/3/23. They advised ****, said to select priority handling and express shipping (which I did), and promised to get the dresses shipped out the same day. So the order was placed per their instructions. However, the order wasn't received by **** until the following afternoon, 11/1/23 around 3:39pm - a day late. The package arrived after I had left **** on my way to ************** for my shower. Now I need to return the items and have not received any response back despite ***** emails/chat requests/phone calls. I ended up shipping the 9 dresses back at my own expense via **** (tracking number **********************) on 11/16/23; delivery was attempted 11/18/23 and rescheduled for 11/20/23 and handed to a person per ****. I still cannot reach anyone to know if they will confirm receipt of items, process my return, refund the money I paid for the dresses, etc. I'd also like the $24 priority handling refunded and $32 express shipping refunded along with the $34.95 I paid to return the items. They have a 20 day return policy (from date of order), but they wouldn't respond to me about the details of the refund so I just shipped the items back without confirmation. I still cannot reach these people despite so many attempts. Can you help? Please let me know if you need additional details.

      On May 14th I purchased 3 dresses from this store all similar style and size, Large short black dresses, for $196.00. This is a maternity store and all of the dresses were advertised maternity. 2 dresses were so drastically different in size, 1 was significantly too large and the other was so small I couldn't get it on. The last dress was okay but the deep plunging V neck needed to be filled out more than I could fill it out so unfortunately all three dresses were not for me. I returned all 3 dresses and explained my situation. I was told I was receiving a store credit only because dresses can't be returned for a refund like any of their other clothes for some reason on their policy and they clearly don't take any exceptions. They refuse to give me the full credit for the 3 dresses I've returned even though I wouldn't even use it because if how inconsistent their products are anyways. They also deducted shipping from the return so the business model favors the business. Their customer service team is rude and frankly illogical. I also sent back the dresses on May 18th and am just now hearing back from them June 6th. This business steals the money from its customers.

      I ordered a wedding dress from this company my order number is ****** my veil was missing I called numerous times, texted left voice mails and no response. My wedding is in four days and I have been trying to contact them for the past two weeks. Their customer service is horrible I should receive get a refund for my veil since it was never received.

      I submitted an order with Sexy Mama Maternity on 10/21/22 for 2 pairs of the same jeans- just 2 different colors- 1 light wash & 1 medium wash. I paid extra for expedited shipping since I needed them for an event that was coming up. I received my package on 10/27/2022, but it contained 2 of the exact same pairs of jeans- both medium wash. I immediately emailed them. They responded the same day stating that if I look at the listing for the 2 pairs of jeans, theyre actually the exact same (despite one being labeled LIGHT WASH & the other being labeled MEDIUM WASH & clearly being 2 different colors), & that theyd remove one of the listings to prevent future confusion (yet they have not removed either listing). Their only resolution was that I return one of the pairs of jeans if I no longer wanted them. Which I did. I requested a refund on the almost $20 I spent for expedited shipping, since they did not correctly fulfill my order. They ignored those emails containing that request. My return was delivered back to SMM on 11/07/22 (via ****** I reached back out on 11/16/22 via email to inquire as to where my refund was. They informed me my return was processed, but to allow the 5 full business days for the refund to be issued. If they took the 5 full business days for processing the return, plus the 5 full business days to issue the refund, I shouldve had my refund no later than 11/22/22. Ive since reached out to SMM on 11/23/22 via email, with no response from them. I attempted to email again on 11/28/22, with no response. Ive tried to use the live chat feature on their site, they continue to disconnect me when I bring up my refund. I attempted to call today 11/30/22, but can not get ahold of an actual person, only an answering machine. Im owed $56.1 for the pair of jeans I returned. I feel I should be refunded the cost of shipping as well seeing as SMM did not fulfill their end of the contract when I submitted the order. Id just like the $56.1 back at this point.

I emailed, called, left several voicemail, and tried contacting via chat on the website as well as contact them via Instagram messages. These people never responded to any of my attempts to contact them about not receiving my item. Left me to scramble the morning if my baby shower to find a different dress to wear as I was in such hope it would maybe show up just before. I hsve currently contacted my credit card company to help me to reach them for dispute and all they hsve done is provide a **** tracking number. Packages get scanned often and are not delivered or are delivered to the wrong address. I have also opened a dispute with ***** Sexy mama maternity customer service is unreachable. Not only did I purchase this item but pay extra to receive it quicker. To never receive it at all. After finding this is very common with this company I now know not to return. That and I'm no longer pregnant as i have delivered so it wouldn't suffice anyways

      This company has absolutely NO customer service. Their chat feature on the website doesn't work. They didn't respond prior to purchase to my emailed questions and I only figured out what I wanted to buy based on their ******** pictures. I was afraid of how long it would take to make the dress so spent extra on expedited processing. It was shipped the next day which tells me the dress did not need to be made-to-order. After purchase, the quality and size of dress received was great, but they SENT ME THE WRONG ONE. I asked for a short-sleeve dress and they sent me a clearly over-the shoulder dress. I contacted them multiple times and even filled out their satisfaction survey saying I would like to be contacted. Nothing. I've only ever received automatic emails from them or spam marketing emails. No one has ever answered the phone number or called me back when I left a message. Over 2 weeks have gone by with no response. I was afraid to initiate a return and receive the WRONG dress again so I'm getting it altered myself out of pocket. This company should no longer be allowed to operate a business if they can't respond to customers in any manner. It's unfortunate because the selection and quality is good, but customer service is non-existent.

      I am rejecting this response because: I did not want to return the item. I want a representative from the company to acknowledge that they sent the wrong dress. Because your company has refused to answer any of my email except with automatic replies I have gotten the dress tailored to fit my style better. I was concerned that if I returned it and ordered the SAME dress again, your company would ship me the off-the-shoulder dress again and it would be a waste of my time and return shipping money. My original email did not ask for a return, but just to clarify that you believe you sent me a short-sleeve dress. If I had gotten a response timely I wouldn't have had to resort to a complaint through BBB and your company.

      SCAM!!! THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY for you purchase BUT never credit you for a return!!! I purchased 4 dresses for my baby shower due to not knowing what color/size will look the best. It is pretty much what every merchant does nowadays. I ended up keeping ONE dress and then contacted for returning the other 3, BRAND NEW with TAGS and to be exactmy purchase was over $200 dollars!! They took forever to write back on how to return! I spent my money to send back since they couldnt even respond for a return label. I sent back in August and have proof they received/delivered a few days later. Guess what NO refund or store credit months later!! I was already annoyed at the time of returning, I was told I wouldnt get money for my returns and they said dresses are STORE CREDIT only, which is BIZARRE but everything else you can get your refund. I payed with AfterPay and they are just as bad!! I keep contacting merchant about where the heck is my store credit? Almost a week now, or should I say months no response. It doesnt stop afterpay to keep charging me for purchase!! They are just as bad!!! They made me so stressed out during my pregnancy, making me feel scammed and taking all my money I really needed!!! Horrible horrible people!!! Fraud, ignorant, corrupt company!!! They are so illegal with their sales!!!

      On 09/22/22 I placed an order for a wedding dress and veil. My order was a total of $199.64. My order number is 356479.On 10/5/22 I received an email that my order was processed and the tracking number I received is 9405511298370747677352.My order never did arrive. I would like to be refunded. It did not arrive for my wedding and I have no need for it. I have emailed, called, and attempted to use the chat on the website and the company has never answered my inquiries.
