    The enclosed contract was in place and expired August of 2015. The property was sold in June 2015 and the company was notified they would not be using their services any longer. The payment for services was through auto-withdrawl. I remarried and in October of 2022, my wife discovered the automatic withdrawls had continued even thought the company had been notified and the contract expired. We have been in conversation with the company and have found it difficult to get response as indicated in the attached letters and documentation. After several attempts, and little response, ***** deposited $300 in the spring of 2024. (This information was left via voicemail. I am attempting to get the exact deposit amount and date from my bank) I responded with a letter that it was offensive and the tactics of putting it in our account without agreement of this amount did not equal a settlement. (All is attached) There has been no response to my letter of May 22, 2024

    **** POLANCO ****** bought a 2016 **** A3 from us in 12/30/2023. The vehicle was sold AS IS. we never done any business with them prior to that so i have no clue what these receipts are from infinity security that dates back to 2012. we was not even in business in 2012.

    I bought a 2016 focus st from Boise Motorz on June 18 2024 we came from ********** to Boise to pick it up told there was no issues with the car everything was good to go June 18 2024 car broke down in mountain home transmission went out I called Boise Motorz they said they would send a tow truck we waited by the car on the side of the free way for a few hours we were told the tow truck was on its and it was alright to leave a couple days later we contacted them they still had not picked it up and it was impounded and they couldnt find it about a week later they got it out of impound and towed it but because they paid the impound fee they wouldnt help me fix the car I had just purchased Ive tried asking for financial help from them several times but they refuse and are extremely rude and unprofessional about it the car has been in shop for 30 plus days while Ive been trying get the funds which I was quoted 3500 for the fix on there reviews on ****** they stated to someone that they back there cars quality and all cars have a 3 month warranty but when asked they deny when I showed them the screen shot of them saying they have a warranty I was ignored

    I bought a car form boise motorz on Wednesday may 29th. That same day the car began having issues. The car had low coolant so we filled it with coolant and it still had issues. When i asked the salesman ****** what was wrong with the car he neglected to mention that the gaskets on the car had been replaced or that the engine in the car was not the original engine. He disclosed no issues with the vehicle. I attempted to return the car the next morning and receive a refund but he would not refund the car or trade the vehicle.

    Idaho Code ****** and Idaho Code ****** under the Idaho rules of consumer protection state that Idaho law prohibits dealers from engaging in acts that are false, deceptive, or misleading. The dealer who sold me my car, ******, stated the car was in good working condition and did not disclose the issues the car had until after the car was purchased to my dad on the phone. Because he told me the car was in good condition he lied and thus committed fraud and breached the contracts for the as is sale.

    I was interested in a car they had for sale.I was thinking about buying but wanted to test drive. The salesman (******) said theres a 500$ Deposit I paid the deposit and drove the car I was unable to get financing. When I asked for my deposit back he told me it not refundable. My issue is having to pay a deposit for a test drive.I feel misled and trapped very poor business practices.My hope is to have this business checked out for possible fraud or whatever theBBB can to resolve this matter. Id like to have my deposit back.(500$)

    Sorry for such a long wait to respond to this. You and your husband came in and test drove the car and said you would be back with in a week to buy it.  We asked you if you are 100% sure want the car and gone buy it! we recommend that you put $500 to hold the car and we can take it off the market, and you said yes. It passed 3 weeks and we couldn't get ahold of you and after a month later you came in saying you was on vacation and would like your $ back  sense you guys sold the car and you was aware that it was nonrefundable and we had explained it to you that if we take a deposit it that means we are taking it of the market and loose protentional buyers for it. and you agreed and said give me a week and ill come back with cash and buy it and you never did.

    We bought 2010 Cadillac from Boise Motorz. They said that the car got inspected. After a week sounds for the radio and turning light went off , when driving engine speed goes high and we have to stop to bring it down again . The battery is dead every day , a lot of noises in the car .we took it to the repair shop and they repaired transmission cost $985.25 . Then they checked the rear tire and it worn out. Still there is no sounds for the Radio and turning light. They should not sale this car to the seniors like us. We paid almost $9500 for this car and now we have to pay a lot mony to make it work. Please help us with this situation. My husband is sick with cancer . Thank you. With regard. ***************************

    I test drove a car and found the fuel gauge not working. I brought it back and the owner said they could have it fixed by the end of the day. He said it's passed safety inspection and didn't have any leaks. I was in desperate need of reliable transportation for work and signed the contract before the problem was fixed. Three days later the problem is not fixed and he said they were waiting for a specialist. In that time I found that the parking brake was broken along with the seat belts in the back seat and the cruise control didn't work. The driver door didn't lock and the back window didn't go back up without several minutes of pushing the button. When using the back window washer, fluid comes pouring until the cab instead of on the window. The sunroof did not open. I consider these all safety issues especially because I told him I need to go to ***** and the state requires a safety inspection. These issues would cause it to fail. I tried connecting with the owner daily but he was sick or busy. He claimed to not be able to get a hold of the specialist for the fuel gauge. My schedule to go to ***** can not be changed because it is for work. The owner lied about the safety inspection and lied about fixing the problems.

    I am rejecting this response because:
    It was sold with the business owner's verbal confirmation that the fuel gauge would be fixed by end of day and that it had passed safety inspection.  Sales contract was signed with this verbal agreement.  The car was left at the dealership to be fixed.  Three days later it was not fixed and I picked it up with the verbal agreement that they were waiting for a ************* computer specialist to continue the mechanical correction.  At this time,  I discovered a long lost of safety violations including a broken emergency brake,  faulty seatbelts and failed door lock. And after paying for a safety inspection discovered that all four tires were at risk of blowing out at any time.  This car was sold as a death trap with the business owner verbal claim that it was all safe. There is also an unfinished recall on the brakes. It's value is less than half what was sold for because of the list of mechanical failures that go against the salesperson claims.

    On May 22nd 2022 I bought an SRX Cadillac from *** the owner at Boise Motors a test drove just fine looked good but I still made him give me some kind of warranty before I left there which turned out to be just engine related 3 days later the check engine light came on it was the Cadillac converters I let him know he said he would take care of them then the brakes and rotors started going out and the wheel bearing hub within the first couple weeks then battery started dying lights the dash flickering turned out to be the alternator so he had me after delaying delaying delaying go to his mechanic under the impression that it was all going to be taken care of only to be found out that wheel bearings hubs rotors alternator got fixed and I had to pay for it which was a lot of money and still the Cadillac converters had not been replaced because he kept coming up with excuses which turned out to be total lies now the so-called mechanic put a bad alternator in my car which he tried to fight with me about I left him several messages that my battery that was a good before was dying he never got back to me I had to buy a battery mid shift at work because my car would not start it was completely dead I go to him 2 Days Later finally when he answers he says he fixed the alternator while I was in the office turns out he did not on my way leaving there I almost got in a wreck because my car completely died in an intersection and then again at work I finally get to him have a mechanic change it right in front of me only if he told that now my computer is failing which is because the alternator that he had put in messed with everything and yet *** still has not done anything he did this knowing I was sick with cancer going through treatment only buying this vehicle to build my credit so I can get my own place and now I have spent everything in savings and took out a loan to be able to drive for work and I have an upcoming surgery in a month and now I have no money and my car still is not fixed please help me fix this this is not his first time doing this to people I will attach the Yelp in Better Business Bureau reviews on here as well as some of our messages he is downright rude to me because I am making him hold to at least the Cadillac converters but engine related should cover the alternator and now the computer cuz that runs the engine which is engine related warranty he can't keep doing this to

    By the state law you cant sell it if it has cats codes at the time of sale it did not have any catillac converters codes but i paid bosie muffler and took care of that anyways..

    I previously filed a report against Boise Motors on early for fraudulent Auto Sales in the belief of I was told I had a warranty for my vehicle which he never upheld he purposely made me wait two and a half months to fix the Cadillac converters he promised to fix on the third day of my purchase when they went out he did this because of the 30-day law leading me to believe that they were on backlog which I later found out they were not it was just his tactic to get me to hold off past the 30 days so I couldn't take it back I was told I had to only go to his mechanic and in messages it states I had a warranty but certain things weren't covered but didn't have a lot of knowledge of what I ended up having to pay a whole lot of money to get my own vehicle out and more money on top of it cuz that faulty parts were put into it in which one situation I almost got into an accident because the car shut down on an intersection would not go would not go into neutral I later messaged the owner *** at Boise Motors on his personal cell phone in regards to this and the fact that I could have hurt myself or someone in the vehicle and he responded laughing at me like it was funny since then he tried to deny the warranty claiming as is but I have the messages that proves he told me there was a warranty he is a deceitful lying person and what he did to me and what I found out he has done to others is not okay he should be shut down he should not be allowed to even work in a car dealership the fact that somebody could have gotten hurt in one of his Vehicles is something that nobody should ever be okay with get alone laughing at them about it I will upload messages that says I have the warranty and the messages where he laughs at me almost Wrecking please stop this man in this business and please look into his *************** Auto e.r

    I am rejecting this response because: I have provided proof of everything that I have said and have more than enough screenshots to winning Court which I am in the process of taking him so that he will be found guilty and have to refund me all of my money spent on the car put into the car as well as they distraught he put me through because I was sick with cancer and going through chemotherapy as well as the work I lost due to not having a vehicle I am prepared for the next step in this complaint I look forward moving forward with us
