    I bought my first car from Dennis Dillon years ago and so came back for a new Nissan Versa trusting them to do the right thing. As we were close to closing the sale, they told me about this Brakes Plus contract. I was told by the sales rep it would pay an automatic $5,000 for the life of the vehicle if I were rear ended. I didnt want the contract and asked if I could take it off. One rep said yes, but **** in financing said Im not sure who told you that but its part of the deal. As I was looking over the info on the Brakes Plus in the financing office, **** pressured me saying Do you want the car or not?About a month after buying my new car, I became curious how to file a claim for the new brakes plus policy I had been charged $1663 for. So I went to the dealer, asked the sales people and they all said were not sure. You should have gotten a copy of the contract in your finance paperwork. I did not. So I contacted **** and many other representatives for a solid week with no response before finally getting a copy of the deal. Its no wonder I wasnt given a copy. Its totally different than what I was told. There is no automatic payout of $5,000. It only covers that under a total loss. And the contract only lasts 60 months not the life of the vehicle. If I would have known that I would have walked during the sale. I feel lied to not only about the contract details - but also about **** saying the contract was mandatory to buy the car. Im later learning requiring the sale of a warranty for a vehicle is illegal in *****. I would like refunded the cost of the contract and an apology from the dealer. This is not how a loyal customer should be treated and makes me not want to come back to them for a a vehicle again.

    Contacted this dealer on ONE particular vehicle. I bank with ICCU and I tried getting an app started with then to get pre approved since I didnt want the dealer running my credit multiple times. ICCU let me know the following: I see now Dennis Dillon Nissan is one of our ************************** You would need to complete your loan application through the dealership, they will then tie it back to your ICCU account. But typically they handle setting up your loan and take your application. Sorry I didnt catch that sooner, we do work with a lot of dealerships.So I proceeded to file a credit app on their website, while communicating to the salesman i was working with what Iccu had mentioned, i even added in the bottom of the credit application that I had started process with ICCU if it could be linked to them, I didnt want them to run my credit with other banks and they still did!! Aside from that after settling to agreement about monthly payment and what we needed down, to scheduling a date to go pick up said vehicle they sold it to someone else! The same day it was sold the salesman still texted to make sure the time we were going to be there and to confirm who would be helping us out when we got there. I seen other cars online that i liked prior to seeing the one they had on other dealers / websites and some would say purchases in progress. Why couldnt they do the same?? If the loan was approved and we had a date to go? We live 2 hours out and i am 37 weeks pregnant my husband worked this weekend which is why we couldnt make it till Monday. Yet they NEVER said first come first serve. Like they tried telling me yesterday after the car was sold.And they advertise on their website that they make transactions smooth and easy for OUT of state/ OUT of town buyers ! FALSE!!!I have left ****** reviews and FB review with pictures attached of said conversation.
