6/24 Ordered a Diabetic supplement's in two separate transactions for $532 - NEVER received the products and was unknowingly submitted an auto pay subscription. The company kept making empty promises that it was the delivery services fault and they were not responsible. The company would give me fake delivery details for 3 separate days but it never showed up. This disgusting SCAM company should be investigated and named Click Bait since we discovered them on social media and shouldnt be so trusting. Demanded multiple refunds only to be told it couldnt be done until the product was delivered?! WTF??? Submitted several demands to get my money back but always the same excuse! Disappointed to fall for such a lowlife company and trying to warn others from the same mistake!ClickBank Response

It appears the refunds were initiated by the seller of the product, and I don't have any previous open tickets from a ClickBank **************** Representative, which typically means that the customer did not contact ******************** directly looking for support. I would NOT use if you want ease of getting into your account (clkbank has to go through clickBank now to sign in. Big mess) and you've got to be very careful with anything that you order because it's very easy to get billed on a monthly basis if you're not aware and don't keep an eye on it. I ended up just asking for a refund for my last order and I will never use some again as a result of this . I've had a lot of trouble with my orders and trying to get on to the initial website of the products that I've purchased. A lot of headache's! And customer service tries to get you to send an email or go to this other/another service, that you have to pay to use, instead of dealing with your problem or question on the phone. I have used some for about 6 years now but not any longer!Review from Vickie M

I feel that I have by scammed! I purchased a large quantities of TRB coins, different denominations of TRB bucks, along with cards and incentives for higher payments when cashing in the money when ***** was put back into office. I am attaching my list of purchases. I have purchased:2020 KAG coins- 175 Gold plated TRB Coin- 140 Silver plated TRB Coins- 18 24K Gold plated TRB $:TRB Million dollar- 55 TRB First Couple- 30 TRB 100 Trillion- 5 1000 TRB Faux Gold plated- 5 TRB $1000.00 - 400 TRB $5000.00- 100 VIP TRB -100 TRB Checks- 50 TRB Certificates - 50 TRB Forms- 50 TRB Diamond cards- 10 Red Patriot cards- 25 TRB Gold cards- 25 ULTBS -101-Ultimate - 1 GLDBSTER-101 Gold -1 TRB cards- 120 I also have my receipts if you need those as well. I read last week that ***** was not associated with these products snd that if we purchased any of them we should turn it into the BBB by legal counsel. I not only purchased from these from ********** but from Raw Patriots as well. When I was contacted telling me I could cashout my monies i was told that I would need to provide my full name, email address, country where I lived, and list of my TRB that I wanted to cashout. Once they received that information they told me I would need to purchase other cards, or stickers, in order to cashout. These things would cost ******** or more. I was trying to buy a product from hormonal ******* and they use clickbank. I never got an email saying the order was on the way but they took my money! I contacted the company and they said they never got my order. I have been trying to get in touch with them and no response. I had to get **************** to dispute the charge and get my money back. Please run as fast as you can away from any online transaction that shows ClickBank as the billing partner. They are completely disreputable.Any immediate attempt to cancel a transaction made through ClickBank and you will be told they can't cancel the order because it has already been shipped. They gave me a supposed # for the actual company I was buying from only to determine that no one will ever answer that # either.CLICKBANK IS A HORRIBLE COMPANY!!!Review from Tracy G

I believe it is wrong for an anyone to be acting as funnel company without any over sight of who they are supporting on their platform. I called Click Bank after the 3rd the phone was answered by a polite representative. I explained the information to her on a fraudulent charge against my ******************************************************************* an unidentified, unanswered 800 number with a machine that says leave a message. No joke nothingno company name, Individuals name, address, email no ***** Incredible to me that Click Bank stated they had no information on the retailer other than this number not even a the name of the business?!? Yet, they were happy to collect money on behalf their 800 number to a sum of $900. Something is not right here! Click Bank did offer to refund $404.44 stating that I had to contact the unknown vendor for the remainder. It seems to me that if you have zero information on someone who Click Bank says they are charging my elderly mother for a digital monthly subscription for. Which is laughable (if not so much money involved) she doesnt use a computer and just is pleased if she manages to figure out the tv remote! Hello!!!I think perhaps, they should be on the hook for the full amount for not vetting nor maintaining any records of the monies in this situation that they collected. What do the legal minds at BBB think? Thank you for any information you can pass on that might help me to retrieve the remaining monies. I have cancelled the credit card number they had a hold of. Scam website, colluding with vendors to scam customers. They offer a refund policy and does not honor it. Contacted their support line on live chat and their workers copy paste the same thing over and over again telling you they do not refund and to contact the vendor to work it out amongst ourselves. After couple times of copy and pasting they close the chat on you.ClickBank Response

I am sorry to hear about your frustrations! I was able to find your order, and it appears to be a $3.00 trial. The subscription was canceled, but I have gone ahead and issued you a refund for the initial charge since you stated you never received the product. The refund should post back to your account within 3 - 5 business days.
I am also having my **************** Manager look into the experience you had with our chat support so that we can make improvements. I do not see anything in the ticket itself that directs you to the vendor for support - that is typically only for products that have already shipped so that the vendor can provide instructions for the return of the product before the refund is issued.
