      My identity was stolen and I closed my checking accounts. I had all my bills set up through those accounts. My car loan, credit card and savings are separate account. My husband has his own accounts including a heloc. I was paying towards the heloc but my name isn't on any of his accounts including the house itself! ICCU withdrew $326.00 from my savings account to pay the heloc which overdrafted my savings account. I never had the bill authorized to come out of my savings only checking and AGAIN, my name isn't on the ******* ICCU STOLE $326 from me PLUS all the fees.

      I told them I was a victim of fraud and they didn't do anything about it. Closed my account as a ****** off they said. Locked me out of my online resources to pay my HELOC. They are wrongfully trying to seize my house.

      In April I did a mobile deposit on my phone from a check that I got from Jaolpy Jungle. Jalopy Jungle is a local business in town. I deposited the money into my savings account. Mid April I took a trip to ***** and was checking my funds in my account when I noticed that the money had been withdrawn from the bank. After my trip from *****, I went to my local ICCU branch on State St. The teller helped me and stated that the check that Jalopy Jungle had written me was bad, it was their fault and that it was a check number that had been written twice. A replacement check for the amount will be sent to me in two weeks. Im supposed to go in to the local branch to redeposit the check and a dispute would take place. Well, more than two weeks have passed by at this point. I go back to the bank and we are trying to figure things out again. I was told there was nothing they can do and that I would need to go to the business' bank to see if I can fix the issue. I drive to ******** for them to tell me there's nothing they can do since I don't bank there and it's Jalopy Jungle's account. I head back to Jalopy Jungle for them to tell me that it's not their fault and that the check had cleared once and one time only. Head back to ICCU for some generic branch specialist to tell me again it's Key Banks fault. Wrote me some pathetic letter that didn't help me at all when I went back to ********. The manager at ******** finally realized that ICCU had double deposit my check. I drive back to ICCU for the THIRD TIME and FINALLY THE BRANCH MANAGER HELPED ME!! I told her what the situation was. She looked up in the computer, made a phone call. There they realized the mistake was made. THE MISTAKE WAS MADE BY ICCU AND THEY MADE THE CUSTOMER FIND OUT WHAT THEY DID WRONG!! I spent my time, wasted my gas and was made to feel like I was not valued as a client because I had to do my own leg work FOR YOUR MISTAKE!! I literally had to find out on my own for their carelessness!! Very Sad.

      My ex-husband set up an account in his name only. This account was sent to a different address and had no impact on me whatsoever. The account was in his name only not mine at all. However, I was receiving daily notifications of his balance, also I was receiving transaction used. I was getting notifications set to my phone without my consent. I never set anything up. I had a previous app from the **** that had my mortgage tied too. I should have never received these notifications. I attempted to resolve the issue however I continued to get notifications. I believe the reason I was receiving this was due to data mining, or the account being processed incorrectly. His personal information should have never been shared with me. I had no rights to this account and nothing of my information was set up on the account, yet I was receiving notifications of all transactions.

      Incident Happened 05/10/2023 at 11pm PST.Rehab Elkelany *************************************************************I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the way Idaho Central ************ has handled my car loan account. Despite my attempts to rectify the situation, the bank has took my car at the date mentioned above and refused to return my car even after offering to pay off all the late payments and adding two extra months of payment, adding a co-signer, or increasing the APR percentage.due to unforeseen circumstances, I fell behind on my car loan payments. I understand that this is my responsibility, and I take full accountability for my actions.However, I find it unreasonable that the bank has taken my car and is demanding that I pay off the entire loan amount of $38,821.20. I have attempted to negotiate a solution with the bank, but they have refused to budge on their stance.I offered to pay off all the late payments and add two extra months of payment to catch up on my loan. I also offered to add a co-signer or increase the APR percentage. However, the bank refused all these offers and insisted that I pay off the entire loan amount.This demand is simply unbelievable and unfair. It places an undue financial burden on me, and I am unable to meet this requirement. I urge you to help me facing this unfair treatment and help me return my car to me as soon as possible as a single mother taking care of two kids that makes life harder.I have always valued my relationship with the bank, and I hope that you can help me resolve this issue in an amicable and mutually beneficial manner. I look forward to hearing from you soon.

      On January 19, *********************************************************************************** *****. The money was transferred to **** from our account at ********** It was an ACH deposit from bank to bank. The funds at **** showed as available for withdrawal. We had made arrangements with the manager at Horizon CU to have the funds delivered that day, January 19, 2023. We went to the teller inside **** and tried to withdraw the 300K via a check from **** but were told that it was suspicious and we couldn't. I told the teller that it was a bank to bank transfer and **** had the funds listed as available. Two tellers refused to give us our money. I asked to speak to the manager but was told she wasn't in the branch. We immediately left and went to the **************************************************************. The teller checked the 300K transferred to our **** checking account from ********* and told us the funds were immediately available. She told us there were no holds or issues and she could issue us a check for the 300K. I called ******, the manager at Horizon CU and told him what had happened at the **** at ********************************************** and that we were forced to find another **** branch. We told him that the ****** branch would give us a check which we could bring to him. I was concerned that we would lose a day of interest if Horizon did not have the funds that day. Our 300K was still at **** in a checking account earning nothing. The Horizon CD had a 5 percent interest rate. That is over $41.00 per day. ****** told us that we could bring a personal check written for 300K drawn out of our **** checking account. We then went to Horizon CU and gave ****** our check. We later spoke with the **** manager, *************************** who treated us like suspicious thieves and unilaterally refused to give us our money unless we went home and brought her documented proof that we even had an account at ********** She would not budge and held our money hostage.

      My husband and I took a loan from Idaho central credit union about 3 years ago for an rv trailer. We did make sure at the time that we could pay ahead on the loan. We had payment coupons and paid ahead. Last month we had used all the payment coupons we had, we called and asked for more, they said they can't send more coupons because we have paid too far ahead. So we mailed checks with our account number on it to **********************. ICCU called us back and told they us they could not accept payments without coupon and that their equipment can not handle the year in advance that we have paid. They also told us that if we mailed anymore checks they would be sending the money back. Our account number is *********

      I have been a very happy member with ICCU until a recent dispute. I was fraudulently charged from a ***************** company for $151.20 termination fee a first cleaning that was never done. This company is ALL over the internet for being a scam, charging thousands of people fraudulent fees. I signed up with this company and never received their services due to their employees not showing up so YES after 3 months of this, I cancelled the membership A cancellation fee which was supposedly in the terms when I signed up. Well WHEN I signed up, I signed up for receiving services, I didnt get the services. I sent ICCU all the dozens of emails,documents BBB complaints& consumer complaints. This company does not even have a phone number for customer service. I received a provisional credit, an email a week later stating it was resolved in MEMBERS favor. Then 3 days later it was resolved in the merchants favor and would be a charge back. *** called ICCU at least 5 times, as well as **** to dispute this as they CLEARLY they didnt care and lack investigating skills. You would think a member of 8+ years would get a little more help. Each one said there is nothing they can do. They CANNOT reopen or reinvestigate my case. WHAT?!??? This is unbelievable and absurd. The average person can look up This dazzling cleaning company and see its fraud and a scam and my own credit union wont even help me. Im beyond livid of the time Ive spent with my own bank for wasting my time. Hours of phone calls, repeating myself, and wont even help me. 9/10 consumers who disputed these exact charges to their bank refunded them but mine wont even investigate a bit further. The last call I made supervisor in the dispute department helped me with my final decision to LEAVE ICCU. Pretty much gave me directions on how to close my account. He could care less about the years Ive loyally spent with ICCU not to mention 20 referrals. Im more upset with ICCU then these scam artist

      Ive been lied to and false accusations towards me Im new at icccu and the woman in the specialist phone custom service threatened me about fraud and Ive been lied to about my overdrafts that Im allowed to use but they have been leading me on and lowing to me they restricted my account and are telling me to quit my account with them and its my first bank ever and I m new only a month Ive been through here I think this is disrespectful and they need punished and I need my grief handled its unfair and they bully me and are embarrassing to talk to Ive been with mountain America and they are so nice and honest and understand everything but this ICCU is horrid and disrespectful Ive never been reseated so poorly Im seeking justice and them to be fired

      I disputed an account with Idaho Central Credit Union. I sent a standard letter of dispute. Idaho Central credit union could not allow me to close an account with them. They demanded that I pay the account before I close the account, which is against the law. I do not understand why ICCU thinks they could illegally block people from legally closing an account. Furthermore, they froze my Checking and Savings accounts without telling me and without disbursing the funds to me. Furthermore, they made a bunch of adjustments to my account without my consent. The level of disregard for privacy by this company is appalling, and the amount of illegal fees they have put on my account. I will be requesting to go to arbitration to have this matter settled since the amount of damage they have caused me is so much,
