Consumers seeking change of address services from the U.S. Postal Service report conducting an online search for the United States Postal Service website only to be directed to the website for Postal Address Change. Consumers report the website is similar to the U.S. Postal Service website and they are unknowingly charged $79.95 for a service the U.S. Postal Service provides for $1.05. Consumers allege the business is unresponsive to requests for assistance regarding refunds and cancellations. Postal Address Change advertises an address in Coeur d’ Alene, Idaho 83814.
The Idaho Secretary of State reports Postal Address Change, Change Postal Address, and United Address Change are not licensed businesses in Idaho.
On May 7, 2021, BBB reached out to Postal Address Change regarding the consumer complaints, but to date has not received a response; mail sent to the business address was returned by the U.S. Postal Service as undeliverable.
