  This company is predatory. They prey on vulnerable, elderly victims. I was conned into a $25,000 real estate education or system . Once I realized what had happened, they refused to give me a refund. I received no product and I received no service. I would have never invested half of the only money I have left in the world had I been in my right mind. Why wouldnt they refund money if the customer didnt receive any benefit and asked for said refund within days. Because they are acting like corporate criminals. ****************.

  I signed up for the one day flip, accidently and received my money back immediately. I have been following *** Arnold since 2015 there is no way this is a scam if you do the work. I was able to look over the one day money flip before getting my refund and it is a very sound program I just do not have a lot of time or finances to invest at this time to further my goals. Refund was simple and easy and fast!!!

  On january 9th 2025 I wired ****** to get training in real estate to THE ************************* contact person was **** ******.I told him i made a mistake in the class i signed up for and that i did not need any rehabber trainng.HE said i cannot get a refund because the window is closed for refund.I signed up for the wrong training which i don't need .Instead of refunding all of my money or parts of my money for maybe processing or adminstrative MR **** ****** whose in charge of training does not want to return my money.*** Arnold profess to be a christian but he is running a money grab business.If you sign up for the wrong class their will keep yoour money.This is a scam company interested in *** ARNOLD protecting his large overhead employees and stiffing his students and ************ not invest with any of *** ARNOLD companies you will be scammed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  I would avoid this man and all of his front businesses. They are high stakes pressure salespeople who promise the world to you. The catch is that they want you to front more than 30 thousand dollars to get in on an opportunity of a lifetime. They also excessively inundated me with emails offering more opportunities of course at an additional cost. To give an example I received 184 emails from them for one course and it was within a period of two days. I recently had surgery and have repeatedly told the staff that I have been told by my doctors that my recovery will be a minimum of 1 year. To date I have been able to speak to 3 people of whom were selling another product necessary to continue with *** Arnold. Additionally he professed to be a Christian who has a heart of gold volunteering his time for the church and those in need of help. You would believe that a person so stoically behind religion and the need to help others that he could make a single phone conversation to either offer assistance or at the very minimum check on my welfare. From the day his pressure salesman ***** ****** and **** **** made their pitch and my ultimate commitment I have never spoken to anyone other than another side company that of course wants more money because this is Lees process you need to follow. Bottom line if you ever hear this mans name consider him the ultimate scammer and avoid him and his family. without giving him a second thought or chance. His wealth comes from the backs of hard working people who buy into his lies. I have succumb to the fact that he has no intention interest or integrity to offer the money I invested in return. I guess 35K is just going to stay in his pockets until its even possible for me to proceed with this nonsense.

  I purchased the broker academy and wanted to cancel outside the "time frame" of cancellation of three days. Utter nonsense. Once I signed up, paid money, my two "advisors" were nowhere to be found. One even mentioned that it was a "tough" business and not as "easy as it was being made out to be". Living in ** which had different ways of dealing with real estate wasn't even addressed so I had no way of knowing which way to go or where to even start. Way too much information thrown at someone to try and absorb to make sense. It is made to seem like "life on easy street". I requested my $9,997 back thinking Mr. ********************** in his benevolence and calling on his Christian "beliefs" would refund my money since I was a single female, with a single paycheck, also taking care of a 94 year old mother. I was rudely mistaken. He's nothing more than a thief. Then, a few months later, after I THOUGHT, I had cancelled EVERYTHING ASSOCIATED WITH THIS HATED SYSTEM, I get an invoice in the amount of $97 for Dealio. Needless to say, I hit the roof and advised this company in no uncertain terms I would not pay it but my card was charged. I said, I would file a dispute since this was unauthorized. NOW they want ME to be understanding. After several text messages of asking ME to be understanding the charge has been removed. WHY CAN'T MY $9,997 BE REIMBURSED? I NEED THAT MONEY NOW. SHAMEFUL COMPANY, SHAMEFUL BEHAVIOR. RUN DO NOT WALK FROM THIS SHYSTER, *****, THIEF. I WANT MY MONEY. NOW.

  I Googled "How Best to Get Rid of Your Money and Get Absolutely Zero in Return".The answer I received was to give it to *** Arnold or any of his businesses. I am here to tell you it works great. I gave $20,000 to his Certified Broker Training and to ***** Inner Circle Training and got nothing in return. Totally nothing to show for it. I couldn't believe how well I was able to give money and get nothing back (unless you count headaches and disappointment). Nothing they say is accurate. You will find out everything they told you before you gave them your hard earned money is a lie. They did not deliver on anything they promised. COGO should be COJOKE. The 100% financing with ***** Inner Circle is a joke. I was unable to get them to make good on their 100% financing due to all of their hoops, hurdles, "yeah buts". On excuse after another. Please do not lose $20,000 with them like I did. In fact, do not give them a *****. If you do it'll be a ***** gone and you will get NOTHING, ***** zero, zilch in return. *** Arnold and his companies hide behind ********* values but they are nothing more than scammers and rip-off artists trying to upsell you on everything under the sun.It hurts me to rate them 1 star because in reality they are 0 stars.

  We inform each client , as we did with you, that although we provide the education and access to loans, being a successful real estate investor depends on the client following our system, including the hard work, determination and diligence required. ************ requires that any real estate deal have limited risk and be potentially profitable for the client in order to extend funding.

  We are successful (and have a great rate of return for our investors) because we fund profitable real estate deals that fit our lending requirements. If we do not see a clear path to profitability for our borrower, we will not make the loan.   Be aware of scamer!! It's a ripped off. The sales team made false promises. As soon as they got your money, you won't hear from them again. Not return your calls no matter how many times you try to reach. I lost more than $20,000 to their real estate program plus the software programs that cost more than $3000 that I didn't use. I finally post a review here to let others know about this comany and do NOT lose your money to scamer. I can't even believe they claimed to be ************ Be aware! There're others in my class complain the same experience. It was wiered they didn't want us to have contact with each other now I know why. They should be ashamed that they ripped off people's money especially those have no money or only have money in retirement account. The person told me to use my 401k money. What you get is no support, no response from the 'consultant'...lier, waste lots time on the phone very hard to reach them, but they also made it difficult if you want to do business through them after you pay them. And they're capable of taking your money from your credit card account. I have to close my credit card to avoid unauthorized charges from this company who didn't event respond.. I wish I had think more carefully before signing up. Who knows they make false promises and pretending they're ************ NOOO!! I feel sorry for those older than me who also lost their retirement money. I tried to get my refund after I feel strange that the person I have been talking to not returning my call after I sent the money. But it has passed the 3-day period that I contacted my bank but couldn't help. Don't waste your money! They should be ashamed how they cheat your money because you just want to learn.

Our phone records show that in the last two years, you called our numbers 14 times and we have called you 41 times.  Of the 14 incoming calls, all were connected to a staff member or return called within 3 minutes.  You were also provided access to a hotline number at the point of investment, and it was repeated in the Fulfillment Training Agreement you signed. We encourage you to call that hotline at any time you have a concern or question.

  
  At the point of your investment, we, during a recorded compliance call, outlined and explained for you, in detail, the programs in which you invested, the subscription requirements of our software programs and our return policies.   The same was reiterated in a Fulfillment Training Agreement you signed on May 9, 2022.

  
  We have confirmed your attendance for all the events in which you invested, and you have either attended those events or did not attend by your own choice.

  
  We also provided access to the requisite online courses via our membership site and access to the software in which you invested.

  We required your acknowledgement, in both a recorded compliance call before your investment and in the training agreement you signed, of this question, Do you acknowledge that your success is dependent upon your own ability to implement the training you receive, and even then, your ability to earn back your investment in education or make a profit from it is never promised or guaranteed?

  This "biz" is a complete scam in my opinion. I inquired about signing up, so they had my email & kept stalking me, even after I told them I signed up with another system. A week later they sent an invoice to my paypal and actually tried to take $200 out of my account. Again I NEVER SIGNED UP WITH THEM, however they had my email & tried to steal from me. Run from this company as fast as you can!!

  When we send a PayPal invoice, it is merely a request for payment and in no way trying "to take $200 out of" your account." We only send PayPal invoices to clients, who in recorded calls, agree to invest in our programs outlined in the invoice. In no part of our investment process can we receive money from a client without their expressed consent and affirmative action.  A client alone can provides payment information to invest in our programs. We are disappointed in your comments since we have one of the most stringent and radically transparent investment integrity policies in our industry.

  I purchased the broker academy and was told I could cancel this within 3 days. On my initial call I was told I would could not cancel dealio pro and SendFuse and the price was ****** and *****. I had an emergency come up and canceled the very next day. I paid ******* and was only refunded *******. They kept almost ******* of my money. I sent an email asking for a breakdown of why they kept so much money and they have not responded. They profess to be a ***************** but do people wrong like they do. I am now stuck with programs I will never have use for.

  I am not perfect nor is the *** Arnold Real estate system. Im a experienced community developer but young real estate investor. *** Arnold system showed me the ropes to a good extent. But life happened and I had to have a refund and regroup. They understood and are helping me out. Thank you!
