If the deducted amount cannot be promptly refunded, it will greatly impact my ability to meet essential financial obligations this month. However, I  would like to also mention that once you sign up for a ClickFunnels account, we do provide you with a 14 day free trial and we do notify you multiple times that your trial will end and you will be charge prior the initial charge.       On Aug 29, 2023, I sent ClickFunnels customer service ************************ an email where I mentioned this:"Unfortunately, my experience with this product has been less than satisfactory, and I am kindly requesting a refund. [...] I have also encountered various issues with the product itself, including complications, lag, and delayed customer service responses. Unfortunately, we started off ****** There was an email discrepancy between my initial purchase of the 30 Days package & the yearly subscription which I purchased at the 2.0 launch several months later. You took some time to sort it out and I never got any onboarding emails which made for a confusing experience to begin with. I talked to numerous agents. Again, in the spring I had to contact you for a tax receipt because I did not receive my official purchase invoice because I never received onboarding emails. My geru and all the other bonuses I had to ask for separate logins to be set up for me and so on. Sadly, it's been one big headache further discouraging engagement with this service. Additionally, I feel that there were misrepresentations during the initial purchase, as the product was advertised as "easy as drag and drop", yet my experience has been far from that. Despite my intentions, I have not been able to build a single funnel using the platform due to these challenges and the product's performance. I believe that my situation warrants an exception to the refund policy [...] I genuinely believe that a refund would be a fair resolution given I have not benefitted from using your service."I see that someone else submitted a complaint against this company (Initial Complaint 07/28/2023) and claims false advertising and fraud in inducement as grounds to set aside their no refund policy. I wasn't even provided a receipt because of technical issues but my Paypal was charged.       I accept the offer of a month extension if that is the best they can do in my case since it seems that I have no other option so I can at least use the educational materials.

      Please note that they mention my "lifetime" access to additional bonus software and trainings will be revoked upon discontinuation of their service. I assumed lifetime access meant indeed lifetime access, as advertised.

      Although the email confusion mentioned contributed to a rough start to the process and I did thank them for helping me, I did not receive the onboarding emails I requested except for Geru and Funnel scripts. Nevertheless, I made other claims they have not addressed but so be it. I'd rather have any resolution somewhat satisfactory to me than none at all.

      I'd rather have any benefit than none at all. At least with your help they were willing to do something.

      I'm not sure why they mention that my lifetime access (in their words) to the bonus software and training materials will be revoked at the end of the term given they were advertised as lifetime access. Perhaps they could provide an explanation.

      I am rejecting this response because:  the response did not try to find a solution, but ended up asking me for my phone number or some type of reference. 

      My credit card is being used.  They can look up that information to contact me or whomever used it.  I am not giving any further information, because I saw many other people in the same situation even to the same dollar amount posted on BBB.  Funny enough, the company uses the same response to people who file BBB claims.  This is some kind of a shell company that hiding fraud.  It is impossible to reach them in any manner.  I left a voice mail and sent a chat.  You cannot reach or get a response from a live person.  No one is accountable or responsible.  They just have stock answers to stall.  No business runs like that.

      If they were interested in resolving the complaint they would stop the charges or contact whoever is using the card.  Instead they sent a shallow response that shows no effort or care but requires me to give even more information.  I never heard of them before, have never been or ever will be involved with them except to prosecute them.  This is not a legitimate business.

      This company fraudulently charged my credit card completely without my knowledge.  I have never heard of the company nor visited their website.  They did not refund the money to me and my bank, Affinity ******************** attempted to deal with them.  If you look on the Internet there are many other instances.  I want to stop ClickFunnels from stealing from other people.  Please see attached letter from my bank.

      After investigating this on our end, I can confirm that all the charges associated with your Credit Card have been disputed and your account has been cancelled, so no further charges are expected. However, I would like to acknowledge that the email associated with the charges is very unusual and it doesn't look like a real email, which indicates that this could be a fake account set by a bot. It is very possible that your Credit Card information was stolen and an account was created with it. I can assure you that this has not been done on our end as we take privacy very seriously and would recomend you to change your physical Credit Card if you have not done so yet.       I am rejecting this response because this company is impossible to get a lucid response from.  The e-mail wasnt addressing my problem of credit card fraud.  It was an empty response with no redress of the $1,200 that was stolen from me.  

      I had to go through my bank to pursue this and my bank determined it was fraudulent.  There are a lot of other messages on the BBB site about this company as well.

      I wanted to try ClickFunnels 14 Day free trial.I never received a log in/ welcome email.I reached out to costumer support email.After 24 hours of back and forth with a support team member I was told they couldn't find my information.At that point I said I was no longer interested and wanted to cancel my trial which I had not received access to.I informed the customer support person that I'd be watching my account for a charge as I had a feeling they would change me even though they apparently didn't have my information.Now I've been charged $197 for a service I didn't receive and canceled 1 day later.I'm shocked such a big company like ClickFunnels is conducting business in such a shotty thieving way.

      I requested to cancel a trial subscription. The company said they did what was asked but then attempted to take out a years worth of the subscription Over *******. ******* told me that it was resolved yesterday, and they attempted again. I have been trying to cancel it for over two weeks. I had to call my bank and issue a stop payment. I need this business to stop trying to take money off my card.

They charged me the same day I went to the dentist and they then attempted to charge me again 8/4 but my card was active so it declined. I already filed a dispute but this company needs to explain why a account was made.

      The company states that because I don't know the email associated with the account that I can't get a refund. Although my  information was stolen they don't care. I need to know the information of the person that stole my information.

      I am getting multiple emails a day that I have unsubscribed to many times but I still get multiple emails a day that all lead from this business. All the email subjects are false and misleading. I just want to be unsubscribed from all of them and not receive multiple emails a day. False and misleading subject lines should be illegal especially when they are pertaining to money or packages. 99% of the email subjects lines say something about a package that I should be receiving or money that has been deposited. All of which are false or misleading. Again this should be illegal and companies should be sued who use this kind of wording in the subject lines of emails.

      I subscribed to Clickfunnels 2.0 last fall for $2,116.82. I was unable to log into the system for the first 3 weeks due to bugs in the system and once I got access I was unable to link my domain name and access all of the features. Its now passed the deadline for a full refund and now Im stuck in a subscription that is still not performing as promised. The team said to be patient as they work out the bugs. I paid a lot of money and did not get what I paid for. Very disappointed.

      Clickfunnels charged my bank account for $197 but did not activate my subscription. I reached out via email multiple times and was giving the same run around by four different reps for clickfunnels. I got asked to provide the same information by every rep I spoke with via email and once I provided the information via email, they were all giving me the same response, was that I would have to wait. While, it is going on a both of waiting and I have not received access to the subscription I was billed for nor was I refunded the $197. At this point I would just like to be refunded my $197 and no longer deal with Clickfunnels.

      I accessed a 5-day challenge through their website. On the website is a 365-day guarantee. This same promise was made in the 5-day challenge course. That inclined me to purchase and trust the service. Then on 12-22-2022 I paid clickfunnels $1,997.00 They allowed access to the platform, as stated in the videos. I made pages and funnels, watched training, and ran ads. But their system did not prove to have any returns or live up to the 3x guarantee. I then contacted CF customer support to refund my investment. They declined. I showed them the website FAQ that promises a 365-day guarantee and to cancel at any time, which they declined again. I advised them to have management look at the request.The perceived management contacted me by email to advise of the same thing. They said the refund was only for a specific purchase of some books and t-shirt junk. But that's not true because the guarantee was repeated in videos when they sold the product to me. I want to resolve this with a refund since their system did not 3x my money or prove profitable.Thanks.

      I am rejecting this response because: they have manipulated the buyer in the classic bait and switch methods. After you click purchase the terms of policy change, so they say. They also say these are two different services but I checked and they offer the same platform options. I came to their service through one site and then when I buy they changed the guarantee. Very scammy.
