      Over the last two months this company has attempted to take out several hundred dollars from my account. Two to three times a week, every week. I've never even heard of this company, and I'd really love to know when my information was used to create an account capable of being billed over and over and over.

Consequently, our system automatically cancelled the account, and there are no future charges scheduled.       I entered into a reacurring monthly subscription charge with Click Funnels 2.0 using my moms credit card number the subscription has long since been cancelled by me however her statement from her latest credit card stated she is still being charged the reacurring charge of $197:00 as of May 25th. Attempts to call the one and only number listed for this company have proved futile. I want my mothers $197.00 back and anything thing else they have taken. I will call her credit union to report these charges as not authorized. My mothers name is *****************************************. Your help in this matter is greatly appreciated. Her credit card removed from their file data base and no more charges is what I am seeking to resolute this matter. Thank you

      October 13, 2023 $2267.21 I've been contacting ClickFunnels since I first purchased it. Their team has successfully deleted my account multiple times. I have at least 100 emails back and forth with the team. The team can't seem to fix these issues. They have thrown me from person to person for months. Not ONE person can fix these problems. Their software is incapable of delivering what it promised. I build a funnel, they delete it. I build a funnel, they delete my domain. I buy a new domain, build a funnel and they delete my account. They send my problem to Engineering, months go by, complete silence. The last person claimed I've never been a customer. When I send receipt and emails to prove I am, they just stop responding.

      I went online thinking this company or whoever they claim to be not who they really are. When I signed up thinking this would helpful or even get me above the water, I found out for one this entirely two different companies that are taking money from hard working with so little money to survive. One was Trafficforme.com which did finally give me back my refund after numerous emails until I said Better Business Bureau they responded with my money. Now I was told the money taken out on 05/12/2023 $28.00 & $147.00 owed to me is not from them, I was like wow. So, I had to check my emails well guess what, there's two scammers. The name is The Profit ********************************* own by ************************************************************ I just want my money back total $175.00 back in my bank account and I would be satisfied, and they wouldn't have to worry about me in life again. Please return back to me immediately no excuses.

      I found out after a Credit card notice that they enrolled me in a subscription on charging $ 297 on my credit card for several months on a bite and switch strategy. Never received an invoice or any services for it neither. After I realized about the charges I contacted them immediately to solve it and they just say they will cancel the subscription due to no use and refund me the current month but cant refund anything else. The refund should have been for $ 891. When I contacted them, the rep said that they cant refund anything older than 30 days and didnt even wanted to check on my case to see that I didnt even know that they enrolled me in the new system and to check that I didnt have any activity there, no apology, no refund, no nothing, really showed a lack of care .. I really thought that Clickfunnels.com was Legit but it really felt like a scam.

      I did a free trial of Clickfunnels 20 on March 28, 2023. I didn't use the trial because I realized that my company already has a subscription. When I came to cancel my trial on April 11, 2023. I realized I had already been billed $197. I immediately canceled my subscription and assumed since it was the beginning of the billing process I would be refunded. I was told via their chat that they had canceled my subscription. Now today, the charge posted. I never used the program. I tried to cancel. There is no way to contact anyone for clarification or help with billing. The number listed on their Better Business Bureau page is not for customer service and their bot system stops responding when you ask for a customer service number or to speak with a human. I never used this subscription and I would like to be refunded since they canceled it on the day first day of the billing cycle.

      I signed up for the funnel builder secrets certification course. I have an email confirming my subscription for 5 payments of $1997. I have an email from clickfunnels support acknowledging that I signed up for the certification course which is to be billed at 5 payment of $1997.I have never received any other documentation regarding any other payment or invoice other than the Certification Course which was to be billed at 5 payments of $1997.Yet ClickFunnels support is telling me that the course is 6 payments, and wont send me any documentation that I agreed to such terms.Had the support team not acknowledged my email (just 3 days after signing up for the course) that I enrolled in the certification course for 5 payments of $1997. And had advised me of a 6th payment at that time, I would have cancelled right then.Ive never seen a page, or been sent an invoice mentioning a 6th payment, until my card was wrongfully charged - and ClickFunnels support just expects me to take their word for it.If I had any knowledge about a 6th payments, I would have never signed up for the Certification Course in the first place.

I have also attached screenshots of where it says that you are only purchasing the Funnel Builder Secrets for $1,997 and once this is unlocked you can purchase the Funnel Builder Certification for additional 5 payments of $1,997. Again, I apologize for the confusion and frustration.
