      This might not be a problem with clickfunnel, but with my workspace using clickfunnel for a PayPal scam.I received a text today, 12/17/22 from customermsgge-maelinfo-sjdkowc-313-355-****************************** the text starts with suspicious activity has been detected on your account and your account has been locked, Next it reads contact this link https://myworkspacef8b2d.myclickfunnels.com/ 8c3n9damx and if you don't your Paypal account will be terminated in 24hrs. Of course I went right to my real PayPal account and it is fine.

      Did their one month free trial that would be $147/month after the month was up. During the free trial went to remove my info and cancel subscription. Wouldnt let me remove my credit card info. *******, but I was able to cancel my subscription and got the successfully unsubscribed banner. Yesterday November 30th got charged $147 for a months subscription when I already cancelled it. Do not do their free one month trial, it appears they charge after the month is up regardless.

      I discovered $147.00 was taken out of my bank account. I don't know how they were able to get to my bank account to withdraw money? I called my bank and then I called their phone # for their business and they were not taking calls. Their was a message for "customers to go online to cancel orders or accounts". I want to know how they were able to do that in the first place since I didn't order anything nor do I know what this business does??? I did not order or want whatever they have or do. I really need my money back into my account. I live on Social Security only.

      I want to know how they got my bank information. I certainly DID NOT contact them or know anything about what this business is about. If they got it from something I did, I surely don't want to ever do it again. When should I get the refund?

      This is ******************************* regarding complaint # ******** against Click Funnels. They are supposed to be refunding my money ($147.00) that was taken out of my account on 11/18/2022 without my permission. They did not refund my money, they took it out of my account again on 12/19/2022. I called my bank and now I have to cancel my debit card and order a new one just because they are stealing my money. I do not have money for them to take. My account is going to be overdrawn and right at Christmas time. I need help with this. I get Social Security once a month and that is all I have. I don't understand how anyplace can do this. 
      I do not have anything to do with this company, if that is what it is. I am disabled and do not know how they got my information.

      I am rejecting this response because: they ARE NOT telling the truth. I know they had my information because I gave them my name, when the amount was taken out of my account and my phone number. They had my e-mail as well. They would not get back with me. Whenever you call the phone number you have to leave a message. No one ever answers it.

      I just looked into my account and my money was deposited back into my account yesterday. My issues are, how did they even get my information and why did they think it was okay to just take my money. What if this happened to someone who didn't take all the steps that I did to get their money back, like my Mom or Grandma that might not even realize it until much later? How many people do they do this to?? This is VERY SAD and I would think illegal.

      I signed up for the service and after 2 days into the 7 day free trial, I cancelled the service. On day 6 I tried to log in to confirm my account was canceled. No record of my account. My account was charged $97. I responded to Clickfunnels that I had canceled my service before the week trial was over. I got a customer service email asking me for my account number and other information I no longer have.AGAIN they attempt to charge me on a service I declined. Do I have to call them everyday to get them to stop? Please help.Thank you

      $297.00 was fraudulently deducted from my account beginning in 2020 and continuing until 2022. The account hacked into was one that I do not use, therefore the charges were not noticed until the balance dwindled below a threshold where fees were beginning to be assessed. Chase Bank stated that there was a random $20 charge, often appearing as a "test charge", before the onset of the series of charges. Please advise if you require statement copies from the bank to confirm.

      I have two email confirmations that my clickfunnels account has been canceled dated March 9, 2022 and yet they have been billing me $106.95 a month since (at least $641.70 owed back to me) then and have fought me at every turn trying to stop them. This is as sleezy a business as has ever been established and my bank's efforts to remedy this have failed because Clickfunnels keeps fighting them on it. My bank is now telling me to deal directly with them but they offer no phone support, their phone number goes to voicemail and no one ever calls back. To file a complaint with them they force you to log back into your account, which I refuse to do since they will only use this as some kind of fuel about my use of my account. I have not logged back in to Clickfunnels since February!

Once in a disputed status we cannot issue a refund as an open case is still running through your bank. Once the bank is done with their review the money will be available back into your account, but as of now we cannot touch the funds that you have disputed.

      I tried to purchase the companies Toonly then it went to Voomly and it kept on going with offer after offer trying to upsell in a very tricky deceptive way They say something to get you once your in their landing page you vegan to realize this is a scam they offer a whole wide range of things then once you purchase they start with oh to get this you'll need to upgrade which contradicts everything they offered to begin with. So for that reason I want a full refund. I will never give this toonly or voomly the time of day they are beyond deceptive and the bbb council along with attorney general and FTC needs to get on the company. Thank you @rychernandez
