    I recently had a huge life changing surgery. It has affected areas of my memory. I contacted them telling them I had bought 4 Screen protectors from them none of which lived up to what the deception said. I told them what happened. I was asked for my full name, which I gave and then order numbers, which I said I dont have they were bought before my surgery and I dont have cards anymore, *** my inability to work, so other purchased them for me and none has the order numbers. I had a box that they came in I offered that as proof. But got no response there Well after that I got no response, so I said back to them basically like whats up? I get an extremely condescending email back telling me warranties are in place for a reason and their employees dont work for free so they cant just hand out free stuff and it goes on and on. Im not young I do know how the real world works. If thats how ******, speaks to someone on my situation Id hate to see what she says to others. She could have tried to work with me or said we cant help you in a far better way. Im definitely not just trying to get free stuff which is how she is making it sound. I do know she would not speak to me that way in person. All I wanted one was one screen protector, even after I bought 4 that failed. I also had a case from them that got stolen in the hospital but I was not seeking replacement for that so clearly Im not just trying to get free stuff. I do hope they at the least train her on how to speak to people. Do better Sahara case I was a customer for years. I dont deserve to be spoke to that way.

    Hello *****, we are sorry you have not received a helpful response from our company. We have a standard protocol for orders that are past the 30 day warranty and all employees are expected to follow our warranty process. We do see that only 1 order is found in our order history on date 12/16/22, if you had other orders we would need a name under which the order was made or a full order number. As per our warranty, ****** offered a 70% off coupon to purchase a new screen protector, which is offered to all customers. We understand you are not happy with our customer service and will most definitely address your concerns with our representatives. We can help you with a replacement as an exception in this situation but cannot offer more than one screen protector as there are no other proof of orders which we can locate in our system. Please email us a shipping address to send the replacement to.

    I contacted this company about my defective products back in February-they sent the iPhone 13 pro max ****** protector but not the blue lens protector. Now they are saying its not within the warranty. I just want this product replaced since they said they would send me a replacement and only sent one not both and now want me to pay.

    We have sent a replacement back in February to this customer. Please see the attached email. We only a carry a 2-month warranty on our glass protectors. Customer was asking for replacement again but we told them it is our of warranty. We offered them a 70% discount to purchase another one on our website. Thank you

    This complaint needs to be reopened because they only sent me a replacement of the screen protector in February not the **** protector which I also requested in February and was never sent to me.
