      I was charged $80 but I've never made a purchase from this site. I emailed them immediately, they emailed back asking for more information which I sent them. Then I had to email them again as they never responded, and they finally said that they would refund me within 48 hours. That was on 6/20. It is now 7/12. I emailed again this morning, no response.

      I requested to have my account closed/deleted from Bodybuilding.com on 04/17/2024, got a response from them on 04/18/2024 withpart of the message stating "...It typically is complete within a few weeks.". I then followed up on 05/13/2024 as the account was notclosed/deleted and they responded 05/14/2024 that the message was received and being handled in the order it was received.Followed up on 05/22/2024 and no response. I just want my account closed/deleted and they stated it woudl be done but now that Iam pushing it they are ignoring my request and no way to get off the page. I am doing what was stated to do on their webstie: July ****** 2:57pm (time stamp from page) How can I close my account? If you would like to have your account deactivated and removedfrom public viewing, please contact customer service via chat or through email at ************************* Once we have verifi edinformation on the account, we can process the request to have the account deactivated.I then contact them again today and got this response: "Hi there!Thank you for contacting BB! I do apologize, as our team does not have an estimation of the request handling yet. I have confirmed that the request has been received by our team, however.Thank you!*************"I was told it woudl take a few weeks to do this and now two months later and no correction. It's like they are purposely keeping accounts open to keep their numbers up. I just want my account closed especially after a data issue they had a few months ago with no clear explination on what happened.

      On May 3, 2024 I made a purchase at Bodybuilding.com Part of that purchase included a BodyFit subscription for 1 year. I had access to BodyFit for 1 week which was the 1 week trial period. Then, I lost access. I called the number ***************) on their website. It rang a few times and then disconnected. I called a few times with the same result. I began emailing the support team. I emailed at least 4 times. I was granted access again for about a week at the beginning of June. I no longer have access. I paid for a 1 year subscription and was given no more than 2 weeks. Since their subscription process doesn't work, I would like a full refund. Thank you,***

      Purchased Annual subscription to BodyFit on 10/2/2023.On 4/1/2024, BodyBuilding.com developers disabled the ability to login to the app. This made the app unusable. I have submitted multiple support requests. I've received the response below and no further communication. I have requested a refund and was told I was added to the queue, and no further communication.This company is still selling the annual subscription even though it is impossible to use.       I have had a bodyfit membership for the last three years through my apple ID account. The membership renews every January 3rd. The lastest membership renewed on 1/3/2024 in the amount of $49.99/year. Last week (3/30/2024) the app wouldn't let me log in and kept erroring out. I emailed their customer service and they said they were working on it. Then the next day they sent another email out explaining that although we paid for the membership the app is down and provided no details as to when it will be back online. They didn't notify anyone and said they would update through their instagram. On 4/4/2024 I went and looked on their instagram and noticed they haven't posted since June 12,2023. They also removed access to their live chat and their phone lines. The only way to contact them is through the account support where they copy and paste the same thing "Heres whats happening:Our team is hard at work providing you with an even better experience with Bodybuilding.com. The comeback is always stronger than the setback ??." In addition I had asked for a refund because the app is no longer working and they said it wasn't possible to get a refund because I used my apple ID. So currently no one is able to access the app that they paid for indefinitely and there's no refunds that are given. I want a refund and people made aware that this is a scam and you won't actually be provided a service, but they will take your money.

      on approximately March 25th I paid bodybuilding.com for a yearly subscription to the body fit application. about 2 days later, I began having issues logging into my account. I emailed customer service which informed me they were aware of technical issues and were working to make repairs.several days later I still had no access to the website or the mobile application. I then emailed asking for a refund. customer service responds with the same copy and paste email but disregards my inquiry for a refund.order number USD-****** made on March 25, 2024

      Paid for a monthly subscription. Only for the app to lock out all paying users as of 3/29 with no explanation, no refund and no information from customer support. Zero resolution as the company has still not come forward to let anyone know what is happening and has yet to inform anyone how long they will be paying for a product they are not receiving.

The order number associated with this purchase is USD-*******.Product Expiration:Upon receiving the product on 12/5/2023, I discovered that the expiration date was a few months away. The packaging clearly indicates that the products will expire shortly, posing potential health risks and rendering it unusable.Attempts to Resolve:I immediately contacted Bodybuilding.com customer service on 12/6/2023 to report the issue. I provided them with photographic evidence of the expired product and requested a resolution, such as a replacement or a refund.Unsatisfactory Response:Despite my efforts to address this matter with their customer service team, I have not received a satisfactory response, I was told We can only accept returns for products purchased within 30 days. Unfortunately, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs to return a package for a refund. This package is around 60LB and will cost more than some of the product just to ship it back.I appreciate your attention to this matter and trust that the Better Business Bureau will assist in facilitating a fair resolution.       Thank you for reaching out on this matter.  Our files show, and your report indicates, that the products ordered by you were actually NOT expired but had a short expiration date.  While Bodybuilding.com strives to keep all of our customers satisfied, we believe that in this case we did nothing wrong.  The products ordered were provided with at least four months of shelf life.  The products did not pose any health risk nor were they unusable. The products were not expired.  Bodybuilding.com considers this matter closed.

      I am rejecting this response because: I bought a 12-month supply, and the expiration date was a few months it is not possible to safely use the products in the given time. at this point I really don't care anymore; I am just never going to shop at bodybuilding.com again which is kind of disappointing because I have been using it for years.

I believe the website ********************************* is a store front for fraud! I want me money back which they posted TWO charges on my account!July ********* July 6th ***** I have find a complaint with my bank.

      I purchased the product 6/23/23 when it arrived the product was 1 month from expiration, I tried to live chat multiple times on multiple days and always received a notification no one was available i tried during business hours and outside of business hours. I also tried calling multiple times on multiple days only to be hung up on by the automated system. I emailed them and received 1 response and then no response to complete the return process. This is unacceptable and no one should do business with this company again if this is the type of c*** customer service they offer.
