The order number associated with this purchase is USD-*******.Product Expiration:Upon receiving the product on 12/5/2023, I discovered that the expiration date was a few months away. The packaging clearly indicates that the products will expire shortly, posing potential health risks and rendering it unusable.Attempts to Resolve:I immediately contacted Bodybuilding.com customer service on 12/6/2023 to report the issue. I provided them with photographic evidence of the expired product and requested a resolution, such as a replacement or a refund.Unsatisfactory Response:Despite my efforts to address this matter with their customer service team, I have not received a satisfactory response, I was told We can only accept returns for products purchased within 30 days. Unfortunately, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs to return a package for a refund. This package is around 60LB and will cost more than some of the product just to ship it back.I appreciate your attention to this matter and trust that the Better Business Bureau will assist in facilitating a fair resolution.       Thank you for reaching out on this matter.  Our files show, and your report indicates, that the products ordered by you were actually NOT expired but had a short expiration date.  While Bodybuilding.com strives to keep all of our customers satisfied, we believe that in this case we did nothing wrong.  The products ordered were provided with at least four months of shelf life.  The products did not pose any health risk nor were they unusable. The products were not expired.  Bodybuilding.com considers this matter closed.

      I am rejecting this response because: I bought a 12-month supply, and the expiration date was a few months it is not possible to safely use the products in the given time. at this point I really don't care anymore; I am just never going to shop at bodybuilding.com again which is kind of disappointing because I have been using it for years.

      I purchased the product 6/23/23 when it arrived the product was 1 month from expiration, I tried to live chat multiple times on multiple days and always received a notification no one was available i tried during business hours and outside of business hours. I also tried calling multiple times on multiple days only to be hung up on by the automated system. I emailed them and received 1 response and then no response to complete the return process. This is unacceptable and no one should do business with this company again if this is the type of c*** customer service they offer.

      Ordered supplements on 5/30/23. order #usd5774891. order arrived in 4 days at the above address. contents were all wrong. contacted them (they only allow chat) 6 times to try to get exchanged. Chat did not work after 6 tries. Tried other phone #s and only got ads. never able to speak to a real person. This is simple, I only wanted a return label to send the goods back and exchanged for the correct items. Their only customer service is to totally ignore everything. An outfit of that size needs to have live persons available to correct minor errors. I would appreciate anything you can do to wake them up. ex customer.

      I have received unauthorized charges of $9.99 on March 12, 13, and 15, and twice for the same amount in the month of February on my Citibank MasterCard. I called the 866 number for bodybuilding.com and received an automated recording referring me to the website to file a dispute. I did this and received an automated reply without follow-up.

      I made a purchase on Bodybuilding.con on March 5th 2023. I had a promo code for 15% off that I used at checkout and it showed the Total amount all the way through processing and pressing to submit the order and authorize payment to my card to include this discounted total. I saw on my card transaction (as I have an automatic email setup to send transactions over $100) that the charge applied to my card was higher than I had just submitted for processing. Within minutes I sent an email to Bodybuilding.com customer support regarding this discrepancy. I heard back from Bodybuilding.com on March 6th, noting that they showed that promo code had already been used by my account on their site. I didnt recall this but totally can understand, appreciate and accept a one-time use code however my issue was that it showed I was being charged one amount and then unknowingly was charged more. I asked at that time then on March 6th to please cancel the order to which I was told it was too late as it was already in processing by their system but that they would try to have it returned by the shipper. On Tuesday March 7th I received notice that the order had shipped and I received the order on Saturday March 11th. I again reached out to Bodybuilding.com customer service to request an RA and was told I would need to pay the shipping to return the items and once my tracking showed it delivered I would need to contact them again to start a refund process. *** ordered for over a decade from Bodybuilding.com and spent thousands of dollars with them and have overall had great experiences yet this time the bait and switch on how much Im being charged is unacceptable when I expediently notified them of the inconsistency.

You were offered a full gift card refund upon return on 3/11/23.  To date, the products have not been returned.  Bodybuilding.com considers this matter closed.

      On 12/02/2022 I made a purchase of 6 total items for $111.65. One item was shipped (and received) within the first week, while the other 5 items remain "Preparing for shipment" nearly 2 months later. Both their phone line and live chat is disabled, and I have even tried to reach out by email without response. This is just beyond unacceptable, all I want is to receive my ordered products or a refund at the very least.

      For YEARS, I have received a charge of $9.48 on my monthly cellular bill. I am with US Cellular. I have made various attempts to contact Bodybuilding.com to cancel said subscription, under my wife's name, *******************************. Her account email at Bodybuilding.com is ***************************** I have attempted to call, email, and live chat. When you call, an automated voice just tells you to email them or live chat them and then hangs up. When you chat, it tells you no one is available. When you email, no one responds. This is completely unacceptable business practice, and has led to me being charged HUNDREDS of dollars erroneously. I request a full refund of any charges from bodybuilding.com over the years, and to cancel any charges going forward. I have never used any services from this platform, and my account clearly states I do not have any active subscriptions and have never placed any orders with them. You cannot erroneously charge someone for a service that was never requested, and then be totally unavailable for repeated attempts to cancel service. Their customer service line is **************. Please let me know what else is needed from me to settle this. I can go back and get copies of every monthly statement if needed, but that will take some time to retrieve each individual copy.

      On 12/28/22 I received an email from customer service stating that they would issue a refund on an item once i received it. see below:************* (BodyBuilding.com) Dec 28, 2022, 14:56 PST Hi there, ****! Unfortunately, I am unable to switch it to chocolate fudge, as the chocolate fudge is currently out of stock. Please respond to this email with the lot and expiration date once it arrives to you, and I will issue you a refund for the Birthday Cake to your payment method. We will not require a physical return of the item as a courtesy. I look forward to hearing from you soon! Thanks,************* I reached back out on 1/4/23 providing the information that was requested. I followed back up on 1/5/23 with an additional email see below:Hi ************* I have not heard back yet on this credit. I sent an image but the Lot# is ******* and the Exp Date is 01MAR24.I checked again today to see if Item: PROD4940008 was in stock and it shows sold out. Do you know when this item will be back in stock? Regards ***************** This business does not have a monitored phone and everything is operated by a bot. I don't understand why they would tell me they would issue a refund, and then just ignore my emails when i provided the information they requested to complete the refund. Regards *****************

      On 9/14/22I purchase $110 worth of items from BodyBuilding.com. I received the order on 9/16/22. One of the items was damaged/not received. I contacted customer service through phone and was disconnected multiple times, then contacted through their chat which then directs to email. I emailed my issue with no response. I filed a claim with PayPal for the one damaged/missing item where they then reached out to BodyBuilding.com for a refund and was granted the refund on 9/26/22. On 1/1/23 I placed an order for $161 with a buy two get one free, free shipping, and 22 percent off coupon. My order was rejected saying they could not verify my payment through PayPal. I tried three more times using different credit cards and payment methods all to which my order was returned. When trying to contact customer service the same issues occurred as before: Chat not available. phoneline disconnected and no representative response. Finally on 1/6/22 I received an email which is attached below saying I am banned from purchasing from BodyBuilding.com because I requested a refund for the damaged item on PayPal. The agent said they will not lift the ban unless I pay them the money for the item that I received damaged. I provided all details and they are using this situation as extortion so I pay them for a service/item I did not receive. I would like the business to contact me ************, allow me to purchase from their site again, and to provide the discount on my original order on 1/6/22.
