*******.******* Wireless induced my company with cell phone "Free Upgrades" in exchange we enter an additional 2-year contract while maintaining the same plan and price. After agreeing to the same terms my company has subsequently been charged double the agreed too amount by ******* and they refuse to address the issue. We have been clients for 15-years.Every time we call we get a new representative who barely speaks English properly and is hard to understand and gives us the run around and ultimately transfers us to others and nobody seems to address the issue or resolves it.Our monthly bill from 2008-June 2023 was $260.00 per month with taxes.******* is now billing us $461.00 per month Deceptive Business Practices, inducement. I think the ************************** needs *********** Store has provided a bill and ******* customer support has a bill that is completely different and nobody understate this is illegal and deceptive business practices.I guess I get to take ******* to small claims court as nobody in this **** country protects consumers from the giant crooked companies like *******.
