I hired this company to pick up dog p*** He arrived 15 minutes late. He did not have proper equipment. He informed me that he could not pick up frozen dog p*** He said it would take 2 people to pick it all up. I have a very small yard. Majority of the p*** was in a pile. Taking a shovel and scoop up the p*** was easy. He informed me that they would return later that afternoon. No phone call and they did not return.Left message. The father owner of the business was laughing at me that I wanted to have them complete the business. I was more then willing for them to have them come back. Yet after laughing at me. I asked for a disabled vet discount then was told I was old. That is ridiculous. I contacted someone who had worked in the industry and said this isn't normal. The person informed me of the equipment that was needed. That p*** can be picked up when frozen. Plus they agreed that 2 people working would not be reasonable in my small yard. After this company not doing anything charged me full price to tell me they couldn't pick up frozen dog ****.They did not want my job. I was refused an explanation. Also hung up when he refused to fix the situation. Then on a review he told me hoe wonderful he was. I wanted that experience. So where was this experience. It definitely wasn't good customer service. And a disabled vet with only partial use was able to pick up frozen p*** in less then a half an hour. Yet his son and the owner told me that it couldn't be done.

    Business response

    01/16/2023

    Hello,

I would like to respond to this complaint. We signed up ***** back on 12/28/2022. First off she wasn't charged for service as she is stating and id the first lie. I spoke to ***** on the phone in the beginning and let her know we would need to delay her fist appointment until the Snow melts and we could complete her First Time Cleaning. Once the appointment was scheduled my technician arrived as she said 15 minutes behind because he fixed a customers gate that was broken. We charge based on time to clean. ***** asked me before we came out if we give discounts. I figured she was trying to save some money so it would have been best to let the frozen p*** thaw more because our appointment was early in the morning and the temperature was still below freezing. YES the p*** was frozen as she is stating. I received an email from ***** (What Can We Help You With?: I forgot to add. The difficulty of my tiny backyard is almost done. I will have 90 percent shoveled and in trash can.
So please if this job is so overwhelming for you a disabled vet can do the job in 30 mon by herself. That is ridiculous. So delete my payment information if this small job is to overwhelming.
Or do we have to wait as per the person said it is to frozen to work. So we have to wait for summer time for you guys which is ridiculous)

This email received I feel was unjustified so I personally called ***** and spoke to her. I never laughed as she is stating, this is a 2nd lie. In the email she asked me to delete her information if the job is so overwhelming and the comment about waiting until ****** was upsetting. I asked ***** do you want me to come back. She didn't want us back. 3rd lie is about the old comment, why would someone ask for this discount after she already ask me to delete her information. This is a lie.

I really don't understand why someone is trying to harm our company with blatant lies about the situation. Yes the p*** was frozen as she stated, yes we said we would come back but after her email and comments we didn't return because she didnt want us to.

4th lie is hang up on her. We were done taking.

As far as the other company she said she contacted. No one knows the situation of the day, the extrema ow temperatures in the morning. We have the right equipment for the right customer. We as a company like to work in pairs on First Time Cleanings. Is that wrong?

Could this situation been handled a different way. Yes we could have completed the job on a different day but when someone lies multiple times or exaggerates the situation it was best to do what she asked and delete her information as she asked.

Again WE DIDNT CHARGE HER ANYTHING FOR COMING OUT. THIS IS A MAJOR LIE and I would like ***** to prove we charged her. Our reputation in the Treasure Valley is flawless and our reviews are are from customers that appreciate the hard work we put in. I

I hope you can find in your heart to delete your bad review. This is an exaggerated situation by a customer that is trying to harm our business with multiply lies
