    I placed an order on 12/30/2024. My credit card was charged on 1/4/2025. As of 2/3/2025, I still have not received my merchandise. I have emailed twice and have received no reply. No one has contacted me to try and resolve this issue. Do not do business with this entity, they are scammers. I wish I had looked them up and checked reviews before I tried to do business with them. Save your money, and heartburn, look elsewhere for what you want.

    Hi ******** - It appears that all of our attempts to contact you via email are not reaching their destination. Our emails to the address you entered on your order - ************************ are either finding your junk or spam folder, or you are not seeing them.

    We initially reached out to you to inform you that the item you ordered was temporarily sold out, but would be back in stock in a couple of weeks - and did you want to wait, or did you want to cancel your order.

    We did not receive a reply from you, but we did get an email from you later asking about your order - we replied to that again informing you that the blanket was temporarily sold out, and did you want to wait, or cancel the order. We did not receive a reply to that email either, and on your last contact from January 30 asking about your order - it became obvious we were not able to let you know about your order. Since you did not provide a phone number, or an email address that we were able to reach, we canceled the order.

    I ordered a Christmas gift for my step-son and paid an extra $89 for 2-day air so it would be here before Christmas. It has been over a week now. No product has been received. I have emailed them on their site but no response. If you call the number they have listed on their contact information, you get a computer message to email them. I've gotten no response from my email, no product, but been charged over $200. I'm furious.

    Our sincere apologies for any confusion you might have had regarding the order for the TV Tray set.

    Per our email conversations with you ****** at **************************** and ***** - we Clearly state that we do not stock the TV trays at our location, they are shipped to you Direct from the manufacturer in 3-4 Business Days.

    While we certainly wish that ordering with 2 day shipping will get your order to you 48 hours after placing it ~ when placed a couple of days before Christmas - that is not the case, and we did not promise that.

    We notified you at the email address **************************** that we have refunded your expedited shipping costs, and your order was delivered the week between Christmas and New Years.

    I ordered some beach towels in early October. I later found out they were back ordered. Supposed to be in by Thanksgiving. I didnt hear from the company by early December, and when I contacted them, they said delivery would be mid January. So much for Christmas gifts. Very disappointed in this company.

    Yes - unfortunately the company that manufacturers the beach towels we sold DID delay Their production that was scheduled for the end of the year. They decided to update the design for the new year.

    I am very impressed with ***** at KHC Sports!! During the Christmas rush, she was able to find me a ************* bedding set from one of their competitors after they sold out, and even gave me a discount!I'll be sure to come back here for ANY sports stuff in the future!

    They canceled my order after stating it was shipped. Not sure how you cancel after shipment? I requested a refund after about a month of trying to get my package in time for Christmas. Horrible customer service.
