Took our 2019 dodge mega cab to get a oil service not only was it messy all over the paint there. ****** backed it into a pole putting a dent in the bumper Was promised a partial refund and a new bumper months later still have not received refund And when my husband went to pick up the bumper, nasty manager name, ***** or ***** refused to follow through with what was promised. My husband is just asking for the plastic clips that go with the bumper in case when he puts the new one on they were broken. She absolutely refused to do this and the refund that she had already promised she said was not on the table anymore I dont know how businesses can stay in business with rude customer service managers shame on you *****

This has been resolved. There was a communication breakdown between departments that lead to an unfortunate situation.

I was on petersons web site April 30th 2023, they have listed a 2022 dodge ram dually listed for *****. , I called the next day may 1st 2023. I spoke with a lady who said they would have to locate the truck and call me back. 2 hours later she called back and told me their was a deposit on the truck if it falls though she would cont me. I did not realize my boyfriend had also called on the truck and was told the same thing. May 2nd I was looking at their website at trucks again. The exact same truck vin and stock number the same is now listed for *****. ? I would call that a scam and false advertising.

    Dear *****************,

We are sincerely sorry that there *** have been some confusion about our pricing on the website. We make every effort to assure things are accurate on our website, but, unfortunately, once in a while, we have an error that crops up.

Pricing can be effected by incentive changes especially at the 1st of the month or an error in entry on the web site. We continually monitor and make corrections as we find them. The vehicle you were interested in did have a non-refundable deposit required to take the vehicle off the market. It did sell 05/01/23 and delivered after a required recall was performed.
We certainly understand how this can be perceived and appreciate the opportunity to explain. New incentives and pricing should be updated now on our new inventory. Hopefully we have another vehicle that will work for you or fit your budget. Again incentives can change at any time which could lower or raise the sale price on a particular vehicle.

Please note the disclaimer that appears on each vehicle for sale:

    Disclaimer:
Price includes Listed manufacturer rebates that *** apply, Not All customers will qualify. Contact dealer for all details.
New vehicle pricing is plus. Tax, Title, Tags or Additional dealer Discount not included in vehicle prices shown and must be paid by the purchaser. While great effort is made to ensure the accuracy of the information on this site, errors do occur so please verify information with a customer service rep. **** is easily done by calling us at ************ or by visiting us at the dealership.
**With approved credit. Terms *** vary. Monthly payments are only estimates derived from the vehicle price with a 72 month term, 5.9 % interest and 20% down payment.

    Thank You,

Peterson Ram and their sales manager **** lie about cash prices. Although the website says CASH price they will not sell it unless you finance the vehicle through one of their banks. In addition, they will also make you trade in a vehicle. None of this is spelled out, the sales manager admitted that the website was wrong but he didn't make the mistake and he wasn't going to abide by the cash price. The web manager stated that she didn't know where the cash price was coming from and she didn't know how to fix it. The bottom line is they are advertising cars for a cash price that they will not accept. There is a disclaimer that the sales price may have incentives for finance and trades but it says nothing about the advertised CASH PRICE. I have since contacted the ***** ************************* for resolution.

    Dear **************,

We are sincerely sorry that there *** have been some confusion about our pricing on the website. We make every effort to ensure things are accurate on our website, but, unfortunately, once in a while, we have an error that crops up.

The CASH pricing that you are referring to was an error through our third-party vendor who maintains our website and was corrected immediately when you brought it to our attention. Along that same line, the sale price was the same as the cash price which is what we are advertising the vehicle for.

Please note the disclaimer that appears on each vehicle for sale:

    Disclaimer:

*Pricing provided *** vary significantly between website and dealer as a result of supply chain constraints, broken web site links or miss information between manufacture and dealer. Pricing shown is non-binding and does not constitute an offer. Always Contact your dealer for updated vehicle pricing.
*Sale Price *** include incentives to trade and finance.

Mistakes happen, and we apologize, and if you still feel the need to involve the Attorney General, we will gladly respond accordingly.

Stay away from this service department! I took my 2018 Wrangler (just 2 months out of warranty) to have the a/c looked at, since it wasn't operating correctly. The first time I took it in, the software had to be updated as well as the coolant, and the labor costs were insanely high. I have an extended warranty that would have covered some of the $765 repair bill, if Peterson would have filed a claim- they said they did. My extended warranty company confirmed that nobody EVER called the claim in (they confirmed this with several phone calls). Also, one service person quoted me a $700 amount, and when I went to pick it up, a different service person said the repair would be closer to $900. When I picked up my vehicle, I talked to the manager of Peterson, and all I was offered was a free oil change- which the service department also forgot to do, while my a/c was being fixed. The 1st repair didn't fix the a/c and I had to take it in again, 2 weeks later. They made sure, after several of my complaints, to call and have this covered by my extended warranty. To cover their butts from the first repair and my complaint, the service person said he called the warranty company and was told to have me call, so they could reimburse me for the first repair. This was also a lie. I called my warranty company, and they said since a claim was never filed, they wouldn't cover the costs- I have a voice mail to prove this. He didn't have a contact name and wouldn't help, when I told him they weren't going to cover it (again). Not only will I not be taking my Jeep to Peterson for service, I will never buy a car from them again, and I'm out almost $800.
