      Idaho Fence installed my fence in 2020. within a couple of month, the side fence door kept getting stuck, so I had the company employee come out and fix this. I was, at that time, told that door s**** was loose and tigetening it will prevent future happening. From then on, the door slowly started to go out of alighment again, where in 6 month, I was, AGAIN, was not able to open the side gate.The employee came out again and tighetened the screw, sayging not sure why the s**** kept getting moving. (keep in mind, this is a s**** hat I CANNOT tighen on my own. it's one of those large industrial gate hinge screw)YET AGAIN, in 6 mos, door gets completely stuck again, and this time the company acknowleged that the original door installed was a wrong size and said that replacing the door will resolve this issue permanently.HOWEVER, here I am again with a door that will not open unless use an unnecessary force.This has been happening since last winter, but the company never picks up or called me back to discuss this ongoing issue.I was STUCK and locked inside today because the fence door WILL NOT open.None of my neighbors have this problem, so I know the installation of my fence (post or door, whatever it may be) was not done properly.If this door problem cannot be fixed for some reason, I would like to get my money back, so I can hire a fence company that is capabl of installing the fences correctly. Geting locked inside or ouside of a fence door is clearly very unpleasant.
