    I bought the car on August 18th, 2023. I bought a 2008 Buick Lucerne with no warranty, however they said nothing was wrong with car and they were selling as is. I drove the car off the lot and 30 minutes into driving it the check engine light came on when it wasnt listed an issue. I called them and they lied to me saying it could be the battery. For 2 days it didnt have any issues. On the 3rd day is when I noticed problems accelerating. The car would rev when exeleratimg and the car would shake. It would shake in reverse and idle speed. On January 1st **** it wouldnt accelerate at all and had to tow it to my house. I called them the next morning explaining what happened. They tried to charge me more than other local companies to diagnose the car. I told them I would rather go do it else where and then they asked if my insurance would cover towing and I said it wouldnt. After a lot of back and forth they agreed to tow it and diagnose it for free. I am still wanting compensation for the time and fix I already put into it the time that my car was un usable and for the gas cost because it has been using more gas due to the engine not running right.

    I have a 2018 Traverse that for the last year and a half (still under manufacturer warranty) has been having common transmission problems Traverses are known to have. Ive taken it in multiple times and get jerked around. They either cant feel the issue or they mask it by servicing the transmission which only fixes the problem for a few days. It has ****** miles on it and has already had the transmission serviced at ****** miles. It decided to stop shifting as it threw a P2731 code this weekend just 3 months past the warranty, go figure. We had it towed in and brought all past paperwork showing the times its been in for transmission problems. They said the trans oil is burnt and it showed no signs of having been changed. Their solution was to flush the transmission again and charge me for it. Thats 2 services to the trans before ****** and they refuse to make it right and replace an obviously messed up transmission. 4 times it has been into this location and once to another ***** dealer. They clearly dont stand behind their products and now Im stuck owing money on a car that will most likely continue to have these problems.
