    I bought a truck with them almost 3 years ago! In May of 2022 I had to renew my plates but when I went to DMV it should there was an error in title paperwork and I had to call my bank or lithia. It turns out lithia didnt file title paperwork correctly and I couldnt get plates until it was fixed! Here we are in January and no one has had the courtesy of even calling me back even after *** reached out to them multiple times and complained on ******** page! I should be reimbursed for every month Ive been making payment on truck with interest for not even being able to drive my truck because license plate isnt fixed

    In September. I bought a 2011 GMC Sierra ** ****. The salesman was very pushy about it, I want to take it to my mechanic, but he advised me that it ran through the service department. Everything was good. I was like okay because he was so pushy to buy it & in less than one month and less than **** miles and before I made my first payment . The transmission and TCM both went out on the truck. I visited with my finance company ****************** They advise me to go back and talk to the dealership. I did the finance manager ****** was phenomenal. Let's see what we can do was try and remedy this problem. **** the one sales officer there salesman who was phenomenal. Let's see what we can do to help. That was an unfortunate thing. but when it come down to the guy who sits up above everybody else, like he's some sort of God. I don't remember his name, but he was like no, this's not gonna happen, you bought it as is your problem, not mine, I said so you're gonna not even work with me or help me or anything, nope, that's your problem. Basically giving me the middle finger and he just sat there. Quiet like a dumb look on his face. The truck has been parked every sense October. 2 weeks ago I got a phone call from somebody lithia they asked me to explain what had happened. I did. He knew all the people. Well. I will get to the bottom of this. I will call you tomorrow. That was 2 weeks ago so I updated my review. He asked toTell him everything and document and everything that has happened. I just want some help here. I'm paying for a vehicle. I cannot even drive and I have not been able to enjoy. And I have such a bitter taste in my mouth. that even if it was fixed. I want them to buy the truck back. Pay it off and I'm done with them. I don't want to have to deal with that anymore. even if it was fixed. I wouldn't trust that vehicle to put my family in it. For fear that it would hurt them or kill my family. I think it's very awful.
