      ??Lemon- Product warning: PAMPERED CHEF??Do not buy Pampered Chef and expect it to last, they do not stand behind their products. I have a salad spinner bowl that is cracked. (Not an item you use everyday) I asked to have it ***laced and was told it is not in warranty anymore and discontinued. I was expecting a gift card from the costumer service *** but that was not going to happen. The *** had the audacity to suggest as a solution to my problem that I shop their current sale or consider becoming a *** for **! The spinner bowl cost $73 and you can purchase a similar item on ****** for $20. I will not be paying high prices for ** items anymore because it may not last. I was told several times that the warranty had expired and my question is why does the ** website state ***** ************ vision stated:MADE TO LASTWe develop innovative, professional-quality, multiuse kitchen tools that stand the test of time, are meant to be used often, loved, and passed on"My cracked bowl is not professional quality (or it would have not cracked), it was not made to be used often, or made to last! I do not love it cracked and will certainly not pass it on, cracked!I have never asked ** for any other ***lacement and the reason I did this is because it was an expensive item. Yes, I am an unhappy ** customer and done with ********************. *****

      I had a set of the glass mixing bowls. On 10-22-24, I opened my cupboard so I could put dishes away. I went to dishwasher and came back to the cupboard and before I touched anything in it, one of the glass mixing bowls which was on the top shelf exploded. Shot glass everywhere in my kitchen and at me. I called PC CS and they said they couldn't replace the bowls-dont care about that. I dont want exploding bowls anyways. I explained I just wanted to report it so someone could look into why it would just explode. She advised me to host a party to get a new set of bowls. The bowl exploded! Without anything happening - e x p l o d e d. It cut my arm. I should have a party and get more . Ugh

      Terrible products and experience. ****** is customer service offered zero solutions to a defective product, forcing me to pay for product to be returned to them for replacement. This is your defective product and replacing it is the cost of business your company must cover. There is no other option. I will never be purchasing your product again and will advise all to steer clear of wasting their money on a "premium" that carries no use or value.

      This company does not stand by there policies. They do not make it right when they make a mistake. The customer never comes first. I would be careful about holding a party. They will take more of your money without permission.

      Ordered $9 product, charged $7.95 for shipping two weeks ago. Have not received product. Company advises will receive an approximate another two weeks. Approximately four weeks to receive product is unacceptable. Company would not do anything about it.

      ********************* assumed I was selling products or something after I said, "I wish you did wholesale". Proceeded to be extremely rude over text and refuse to give me the 10% off code she promised just minutes ago. After I said that she ruined my experience and I won't be ordering over PC anymore, she said, "You bet!". I've also had an order where items were missing, including the free gift.

      I purchased a cranberry dutch oven from a party hosted years ago. I only used it 3 times and it cracked while baking Mac n cheese. The item is discontinued. I called pampered chef to get a replacement or credit for another one. I was denied because I didn’t remember the representative name and the host has moved out of the area. My point was you should honor your product that they said was so great and lady for years. How do you prove a purchase from years ago. Your product has your name on it and is only sold by you. I was ask to have a party to get a discount, but I would never sell this product knowing the customer service is poor and product isn’t as great as they say. I have a Dutch oven from Walmart and still works great, NEVER Again!!!!

      My first set of PC was good. Except for the 8" saute skillet. It was replaced ones and needed replaced again. My daughter handled this for me as we are over the road truck drivers and very rarely home. The 8" flaked. PC told my daughter it would be better to replace the entire set. Even thought the other pieces were like new After only a six years of very light use several of the pans and skillets are flaking. I'm very disappointed.

      Many reviews indicate that this is a great product at first. Mine had a problem that the gasket came off in month 13. Only 1 year warrantee. My sister has an amazing air fryer that works much better at half the price. Save your money and dont get this rip off of a machine.

      Received my order last week. So far, 3 of the 6 ground spices I purchased had a BEST BUY DATE OF 2023. As far as I am concerned, you stole 2 years of shelf life from me. As for the Italian Herb Bread, the BEST BUY DATE was May ****. This is April ****. If I wouldn't buy expired items from a grocery store (this includes the italian Herb Bread mix at 1 month before expiration and French onion dip mix at 6 months out), I would not purched it from Pampered Chef - had I known.As far as I am concerned, YOU STOLE MONEY FROM ME. A retired grandma on a fixed income.
