    Extremely unprofessional in handling a shipping complaint - they sent me a nearly $100 order of filament, in a giant EMPTY box with absolutely zero padding/filling, the box it was shipped in was nearly 10x the filament box's size so it got a nice, long bumpy ride, before arriving to me 2 DAYS late. When I reached out, annoyed and frustrated at such low quality shipping and an obvious lack of care, they were dry and dismissive with their response, which was also full of typo errors. At that point I resolved to NEVER buy anything from them again, which they responded with, "You seem like an angry person. Probably best you don't buy from us again."WOW. If this is how they view and treat their customers - they don't deserve to be in business. I wish I saw an option to post the screen shots here. ?? Absolutely terrible quality control and customer service.Also they'll take a week or more to respond to you if you're complaining in any sense. They don't care about you, customer service, fulfilling shipping on time, or quality control. You're nothing to them. I'd look elsewhere. ?? I regret ever dealing with these awful people.

    As a small business owner, I reserve the right to not do business with people who are unwilling to show a basic level of respect and human decency. So yes, I told *** to shop elsewhere. I value the people on my staff, and I intend to protect them from abusive customers.,******************* ordered one spool of 3D printer filament on Saturday, February 12, 2022 at 12:56 am. We do not ship on weekends (as clearly stated on our shipping page), so we shipped her order first thing the following Monday (the first business day after her order was placed). The filament was $58.20, and she paid $14.81 for ***** Ground Home Delivery. She did NOT pay for any kind of expedited shipping with a guaranteed delivery time. ***** had it scheduled for delivery on Wednesday, Feburary 16, but they delayed the delivery to the next day, which of course, we have no control over.The "giant empty box" she mentions was actually 12x10x10 inches, which is not all that much larger than a spool of filament. She even complained that her spool of filament was cold when it arrived because ***** left her package on her porch (she lives in ********, and this was in the middle of winter).When we were informed that it was shipped without proper bubble-wrap, we immediately instructed our warehouse to ship a new spool to her at no cost - even though she was so rude in her emails and has gone out of her way to post negative reviews about our business.Good luck spreading all of that negativity out there, ***. I think I'll spend my time helping those who value my work and can treat people with some basic respect.

    Wow, what a whiner, and a liar lol. This guy is throwing a fit, because I posted a review, when I initially reached out he did NOTHING, treated me like dirt, then expected me to be happy after supposedly sending another roll of filament for free?? Why would I feel any differently when he insulted me in his first response, and insults me here again? And he's full of it - the filaments arrived in big boxes BOTH times, the only difference the SECOND time was there was another, smaller, cardboard box around the filament box! Was there padding? No. Was it an appropriately sized shipping container? No. Just a bit bigger than the filament? Are you BLIND ******???
