I sent my driver to **** to pick a HID ballast and my driver opened the box in front of **** to verify the part was right, it was but unfortunately my customer back out from sale of the ballast so I needed to return it. They tried to say that the part In the box was someone elses and wasnt there part! We made sure it was before we left there store in the first place! Iv been arguing with owner for a week about this part and they wont take it back! And now they wont return any parts because of the problem with the ballast, we try to help out are local businesses/competitors when we can and we are a business as well Im a manager here at autozone and there ballast was in my sight the whole time it was out of there store. This is a problem if this was reversed we would help them out as much as we can!
