      Sunday night, 9/18/22, about 8pm, i called 911 and an ambulance took me to NCH ********************* and i was admitted, in a near delirious state after not sleeping for 5 days, no recreational drugs were involved at all. They put me in a room in the *** then they administered a shot into my left shoulder, and they did not tell me what drug they injected into me. I must have fallen asleep very quickly, on a bed with no pillow, or blanket, with blaring white lights on the entire time. I was in a deep sleep finally, then a nurse came in and woke me up at around 1:30 AM Monday morning, 9/19/22, and told me that i had to leave, and immediately vacate the room i was put in, an told to call anybody to come and pick me up at that hour. I asked them why couldn't they let me sleep longer and get picked up at a more reasonable hour, like 7AM, but insisted that they needed my room. While walking out, i noticed at least 4 or more empty rooms, the ** seemed very calm and quiet, and when i got to the main lobby, there was nobody there waiting, it was completely empty. I can not believe that after not sleeping for 5 whole days, that they would force-ably wake me up after only 3-4 hours sleep, and told to leave immediately?? Fortunately, my father at home heard his phone ring, and was able to come and pick me up around 2AM. What if i didn't have anyone to help pick me up? I asked for them to arrange either a taxi or Uber, but was actually laughed at and told they would not help arrange transportation at this early hour. They made me feel as if i was a criminal, and i was treated with such disrespect, and truly feel i was discriminated against as i am handicapped with my right arm being amputated, and only have partial use of my only left arm. Please note i was a paying customer with proper insurance, and was brought in by ambulance, not just a walk-in customer. My complaint needs to be heard loud and clear, and i expect some sort of ************************* why?SPoltzer

      i saw my lung dr by phone since that only way could do it at northshore university and i told him im swelling up and fluid *** may be other heart problem so i tryed to call over to *** at ***************** to brain ****** office to make the apptment i poke to ***** and she told me i dont need to see brain ****** at all but lung dr just told on me to see the heart dr i call on 07/13/2022 and i tryed to explaine to here she keep saying well dont need to see brain ****** at all so i just hung up, so i called back on 07/14/2022 i got ******************* same thing happen agen so i jsut hung up since mad and now really fustreated and just like to get apptment with brain ****** him self not a nurse or nurse practitioner since my lung dr *** to see him for swelling and fluid build up may be something going on he had the notes from lung dr also i just like someone eles besides ***** to call me to help get the apptment with brain ****** and im about ready to stop surgery and if something happens to me its falls back to *** the way im been treated not right at all the way ***** treating me if can help get someone eles to call me to get a apptment with brain ****** i love it i know i hung up on ***** 2 times but i didnt want to saw something i would not like to say and was mad if someone eles can call me besides ***** i love it will not talk to ***** to help me out here i love it
