DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS DEALER. I bought a Maserati through them, the sales person was *******************, she didn't let me test drive the car and when i noticed that there was a wrench light on the dashboard, SHE LIED TO ME, SHE SAID THAT IT WAS ON BECAUSE THEY DID AN OIL CHANGE AND ALL I NEEDED WAS TO TAKE IT TO THE MASERATI DEALER AND THEY WILL TURN IT OFF. Well, I did and the dealer in downtown ******* told me that they could not do that because they didn't know what they did to the car, so the service manager told me that it could be as simple as an oil change, which will cost me $500 bucks or it could be the 4 year maintenance and that will cost me about $2000.00 dollars. I've been talking to them and they just keep bouncing the call from her manager back to her and she said that the car was "sold as is" which is not true, also 2 weeks into I got the car I noticed the brakes squeaking, I took it to the dealer and they told me that the back brakes WHERE 2MM THICK!!! that they sold me a car with no brakes and the front ones were 40% gone, I had to change the brakes for my safety and when I call them they only refunded me $500 dollars, and i had to chase them for two weeks on the phone for it until I had to go their way and told them trhat i would not leave without that check, and "magicaly it was just sitting on one of the managers office" I've been doing my payments on time and they just s**** me by selling me a car that was in NOT WORKING AND SAFETY CONDITION, I will file a complaint with the better business bureau and I will have to *** them for selling me a car the way they did. ***'T TRUST THIS DEALER, IF YOU GO AND BUY A CAR FROM THEM MAKE 100% SURE THAT EVERYTHING IS IN ORDER BEFORE THEY RUSH YOU TO SIGN THE ***** DOCUMENTS. IF YOU CAN TAKE A TRUSTED MECHANIC WITH YOU, DO IT. AGAIN DO'T TRUST THEM.

Do not go to this dealer They ran my credit told me it looked good I had to leave to pick up my grandkids. I told them I could come back tomorrow Never heard back. Texted the salesman multiple times. Got an answer that they were so busy and would look into it with the finance manager. Never heard back So they ran my credit never gave me a yes or a no. This is no way to do business

Dont go to this dealership. They falsely advertise and inflate the price when you get there. If you read the reviews on here you will see a repeat of the same bad business tactics this company has. I will be reporting them to the *** and consumer affairs. I saw a vehicle advertised at one price and then when I get there they add so many fees and features to the vehicle that are not optional. They offer a LoJack and Xzilon feature to the car that should be your option to choose , also delivery and prep fee that they raise a $100 from whats listed on their website. Easily raising the car extra 2k plus. If you are not careful they will add more nonsense to your deal. Their managers and salesman are con artist. Do not trust them. Best of luck

If I could, I wouldn't even give this place 1 star. It would be 0/5 for sure!!!This place should be looked into for false advertisements! They list a car for $9,999. Taxes and fees should be anywhere from $300-$600. They put a piece of paper in front of me with an out the door price of over $13,799?!? They added window etching program, and an interior cleaning service. Cleaning and delivery is $999??? What a joke! We saw the car and it was dirty as ever! I don't know where they are coming up with this cleaning service, but there were stains everywhere, crumbs all over. This is the kind of things that give car dealerships a bad rep and makes no one want to go to one! If a customer did not ask for such things, why do it?!? Who in their right minds are going to steal a 2010 POS car? These addons and false advertisements are a fraud and the BBB should definitely investigate this car dealership for what they are doing! I used to sell cars a couple years ago before Covid and we would NEVER do anything like this. If you add these products and the customer does not want them, then you cant charge them for them. These are hidden fees and is almost illegal in a way. FALSE ADVERTISEING at its finest!!! I will never do business with a car dealership that is so shady and treats their customers this way. BE WARNED!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!! They say the cars are cleaned and inspected as well, when they are not! I got a service sheet for the car and it said they did an oil and filter change, put new front and back license plate brackets, and put something on the windshield to help with night time driving... $652?????? There is no way what they did cost $652!!! This place is a scam and a joke! INVESTIGATE THIS DEALERSHIP BBB!!!! They should not be allowed to be doing what they are doing and get away with it!!!

I was under impression I bought a 2018 NISSIAN kicks. Had it for about 4 weeks.put about ***** miles on that car. They made me bring it back to sign papers again just to say actually they need to buy it back because I guess I was never fully approved for the car. After returning my old car that they wouldnt trade in for me. after running my credit 18 times my credit score dropped 20 Points. I was now car less. Said the only car they can give me is older sentrA that was filthy and continued to charge me for the NISSIAN kicks still that I dont have and expects me to turn around and pay in 7 days for my Sentra. Im out of a lot of money lost a lot of credit and cant get my money back as of right now. I feel screwed and wish I never stepped foot into that dealership. Its been a night mare ever since.

Arlington Nissan posted online a 2013 ****** Tundra for $27,890. I did not negotiate the price since how the market is right now. I told them I want to purchase it. In order to hold the truck for me I had to post a security deposit which I did for $500 on 02/23. I e-signed all the paperwork they provided me since I was 5 hours away from them and from a different state. I requested that all the paperwork be emailed to me. Apparently there was a "glitch" that day and I did not receive any emails. I spoke with *** and ****** on 02/24 since that's who I was dealing with initially. I told them I still haven't received any emails. I received the email sometime that afternoon. I wanted to check through my bank and see what type of rates they had for vehicles. I ended up financing through one of their banks because *** told me he didn't want me to pay their dealer fee. Big mistake! I didn't realize but they falsified information. They rose the truck price from what I found it posted as and put it to $29,377. **** was the finance manager I delt with. After e-signing all the paperwork I told him I wanted copies sent to my email so I would know who I was paying and so I can see all the things I signed. I never received any emails. After I went to pick up the truck on 02/28, I requested for all the paperwork that I signed with ****. Once again they told me that I should see it in my email. I was with my father-in-law and we ended up leaving with the truck. Once again VERY BIG MISTAKE! After I got home that night I looked through all my emails and spam. NOTHING! On 03/01 I contacted ****. I told him to send me all the paperwork. He told me after signing everything I should've pressed the save button. There was $10,000 in fees on top of the price I was supposed to pay and that's not even including interest which was totalling to final price of $46k for a 2013 ****** Tundra. **** starts blaming me for not seeing everything and was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Stay away from this dealer!!

So happy with my new Rogue and the fast oil changes at Arlington heights Nissan.
