              I went to get my rear brakes and rotors replaced on 07/10/2023 for ****** and the mechanic scratched my car on the driver side below the front door. I talked to ****** and he said they had cameras and i said ok lets look at the cameras, he said I couldn't look at the cameras. I said then go look at the cameras he said he wasn't looking at the cameras right now and said what are you going to do about it. This is very unprofessional.

              I went to get my engine changed and I am very satisfied with the service. ********* communicated with me, giving me updates on the progress of my car. I am sure other team members worked on it too. I am beyond grateful for the whole team. Gave me such a great experience. I also want to mention that I went to Midas in Yorkville, and ******* in **********. They did not put as much effort into finding a good engine for me like Chihuahua did! I felt valued as a customer. Thank you, guys!
