1 star is too much for them. This is a horrible so-called "restaurant." If you ****** them and go onto Yelp, you'll see what other people have gone through. Those who rated them high had to be friends and family because it absolutely can not be possible. I even spoke with a couple of random people who have patronized this place and had the same experience of being over-charged, not receiving receipts w/excuses of why, orders are messed up, etc. I ordered: 4 Impossible Whoppers at $6.00 each (for my mom and I always save for lunches and/or dinner) w/cheese, a Big Fish sandwich at **** and 2 large frozen Mystery ***** drinks which were advertised as new, for $1.00 each. When I paid for it, I thought I saw like $24.00 and some change. I questioned the cashier about the drinks because I saw the price was actually $5 something. It turned out later to be $5.18. Both of us were wearing masks or at least I think she was too, however, her response was that they didnt have the right size cup for that price. She also said I had asked for the large. I told her she gave me a choice and I responded that since it was the same price Ill just take the large. Anyhoo, I received my order and left. Oh! I asked for my receipt. I asked her if it was the "right one?" She said it was. You'll see in the photos what I was given. Incompetence. When I arrived home, after taking my mothers food items to her and her overpriced drink, I was finally able to see the receipt. Imagine to my surprise when I saw $44.58! What the?!! Immediately I tried to call them. The number on the receipt was a fax number. I ******d it and found the correct number, yet no one answered. I called twice. I drove there the following day and spoke with the same cashier. ************** still have my money. I called corporate, filled out the ****************** online. I was told the manager would contact me. No one has. I'm going this *********** contacting FTA. Please stay away from them.
