      I am ****** annoyed at this and I have my bank involved and am looking to seek an attorney as well. I have been getting charged monthly for a service I have never received. I have never signed up for this and never even received the food. I called the factor75 line and was told they dont even have a card with my number on file as well as no address or email associated with my account YET I was charged this morning again for it. If this matter isnt resolved in the next 72 hours I will be seeking legal representation to assist because this is insane and I dont have the money to keep getting taken out for a service I have never received or used.

      I had a subscription for meals from Factor. I cancelled the subscription on 5/11/23 on their website. I received an acknowledgement of the cancellation on 5/11/23. I assumed everything was taken care of. I got a notice today that Factor had charged my credit card $114.90 for meals that will be shipped on May 24. I immediately called customer service and was told that my account is still active and there is nothing they can do. I didn't reactivate it, so I assume they didn't cancel my account as I had requested. I want a refund, and I don't want them to ship anything to me.

      I am rejecting this response because:  The business hasn't confirmed that they have cancelled shipment of the order.  They also need to respond to my financial institution.  The money has been taken out of my account.  The business said there is a hold on the money, but that's not what I'm seeing.  I haven't received confirmation from my financial institution that they are investigating it.

      On 5/14 I went into my account to cancel this service. Despite selecting to cancel, I was repeatedly prompted to consider skipping the week instead. I selected this option as I would have possibly considered resuming the service next month. To my surprise I was charged for this coming week (despite having requested to skip it.) repeat requests to cancel this pending delivery and refund my money were denied.

      Dear ***/*****,I am writing to file a formal complaint against Facor75 regarding their unethical business practices and failure to deliver the meals I had originally selected. I believe this matter warrants immediate attention and resolution.I placed an order with Facor75 and carefully selected the meals I desired. The scheduled delivery date for these meals was set for May 8, 2023. However, to my dismay, I received an email notification on Mat 4th, stating the following:"Hi Valued Customer, Unfortunately, after a third failed attempt to charge your card, we had to cancel your order. We're very sorry that we're unable to send you meals next week!" The problem lies in the fact that I did not receive this crucial communication via text message on my phone, which would have been the appropriate and preferred method for such an important notification. The reliance on email communication, without any regard for customer preferences, is highly inadequate for a matter of this significance.To further exacerbate the situation, on May 15th, I received a text message indicating that a box was left on my patio. Expecting to find the meals I had specifically chosen, I was utterly disappointed to discover that the contents of the box consisted of meals I do not consume, including spicy dishes and repetitive selections. The total value of these unsuitable meals amounts to $140.00. I find it utterly unethical to charge customers for food that is chosen for them, especially considering that I am following a strict dietary regimen that requires careful meal selection.Therefore, I am formally requesting a full refund for the $140.00 that I paid for these unwanted and unsuitable meals. It is imperative that Facor75 addresses this issue promptly and rectifies their unethical business practices. As a consumer, I have the right to receive the products I ordered and paid for, with due consideration for my dietary restrictions.I kindly request the Better Business Bureau's intervention in this matter to ensure that Facor75 takes appropriate corrective actions and refunds the full amount to me promptly. I appreciate your assistance in resolving this dispute.Enclosed with this complaint, please find supporting documents, including proof of my original order, the email notification, and any other relevant correspondence.Thank you for your attention to this matter.       I purchased a gift card for my mom for Mother's Day. She never received it. I was able to use their chatbot, which still never sent the gift card. I have contacted them by email, ******** Messenger, and posted on their social media "wall," They will not respond at all. I am now having to contest the charge.

      I reached out to cancel an order for next week this morning (5/18), which is less than 12 hours after the cutoff. I had a change in plans for next week that occurred after the cutoff and I will not be home next week to receive my delivery. They are refusing to cancel the order, claiming that their system is locked and no changes can be made. They proposed inadequate solutions, such as rerouting the delivery to someone else, which is not an option for me. People have things come up after 11:59 on Wednesdays, there needs to be a way to cancel. I'm canceling my entire account so I don't have to deal with a predatory business model like this again.

      I was given a free trial box of meals by a family member, and I signed up and entered my billing information for the trial only. After the 1st box was delivered, I cancelled my next order. I was still charged for $99.91. I contacted customer service chat days before there were any shipments to be sent out to explain the situation, and they told me that I was unable to cancel the shipment that wouldn't even be sent for 3 days from the date of contact. Factor will force you to take their meal boxes even when you make it clear that you do not want them, so that they can charge unaware users and keep their money. I am working to get my money back via PayPal, but Factor is not cooperating. I have had a terrible experience with this company. Their business practices are dishonest and deceiving.

      The company states you pay what you order I ordered 1 week of meals +1 extra meal. They charged me for 4 weeks I only ordered 1 . and the food is terrible. I called to cancel they say they cannot cancel. They have to ship I refused but they are predatory you have to read fine print. Who has time for that! Now I'm fighting. People need to know this is a scam company that steals your money $90.93 charged 4/27 $90.93 charged 4/20 $78.44 charged 4/13.

      I spoke to a representative from Factor at approximately 8:10 AM on May 15th, 2023. Unfortunately, they were unable to provide a satisfactory resolution to my issue. On May 14th, my family attempted to eat two separate Factor meals. One meal contained pieces of thick animal hair in it. The other meal had an insect in it. I called Factor's customer service line on May 15th to cancel my account. While I was able to cancel my account, I was unable to cancel an upcoming food order. It is unethical to not allow a customer to cancel a food order after receiving multiple contaminated meals. I am requesting that I be able to either cancel my upcoming food order, or to not be charged/refunded for my upcoming food order.

      I diligently skip my meal delivery weeks on time to assure that I don't get charged and don't get meals delivered when I don't need them. I was traveling and in between airports canceled my weekly meal on time but received a notice that money was taken out of my account for the meals. I suspect that due to bad internet connection the canceled werk didn't go through. I immediately called Factor and spent over 20 minutes explaining the situation and advising not to send the meals as I didn't wsnt them, AND I would not be home to accept them. I was assured by the agent that a Supervisor would call me as he could not help me. No one called, I sent 3 emails to them with no response back. I tried their online chat option and they could not help me. I called again and spoke to a different agent and he could not help and assured me a Supervisor would call me but no one called. This situation is still unresolved and money has been taken out of my account. This is very poor customer service. There was no compassion for my situation and ask for a 1 time exception to their policy because I accidentally missed it while traveling.
