This company is beyond incompetent, and horrible. And they are now thieves. Stay away from them. RUN RUN RUN I will try to keep it short: They took over a year to correct my email, it had resulted in many invoices not paid since I did not get them. They had the email right for their news letter but not the invoices. Which in my opinion is more important, but its their way of doing things. When I got my last invoice in October 2021 it was for over $600.00 I explained I am a small business and that amount is hard to pay at once. So I paid them half at $330.00 on October 8 and they CASHED it on October 25th. They called me in December wanting payment but did not have the record of my $330 And the rep told me to hold off paying for now till she cleared it up. Never heard back from her and I received a invoice from a collection agency. I called them they had no record of my check so I got a copy from my bank and forwarded it to them to show I had paid. I again told them lets clear this up and I will do auto pay but I want to wait till the account is cleared to do that. I got a call back from CS they informed I had paid another company, I had put the 10 digit invoice number to another account and the check was credited to them. OK, this makes no sense, where did I get this number? And the likely hood of it being a random number I pulled out of the universe just happens to be to another Stericycle account in New York and I am in Texas So I said OK what are you going to do now?? Credit my account the $330.00 since it is my money and not the other account's money. She said "NO" you paid it to the wrong company so that is on you. So I found the statements which was about 10 pages that "THEIR" rep sent to me and within those pages she had sent a second companies invoice. I should have looked but they were all mixed in so I sent it wrong. I have filed a formal complaint with the Attorney Generals office. This is NOT OK, they can not take my money like that...
