I never had so much trouble. To get something I have rights to took 6 months for them to send the check. The check ended up bouncing and they had to resend it. Went through the second time. Wont answer any of your phone calls has to be on there time. Told me I had to wait on information from the other party even tho I gave them my hospital bill and the cops name and I gave them a report. If you end up getting hit I suggest having your company do it and *** both parties. I still think after 6 months my hospital bill isnt paid. Wasnt my fault either took them 6 months to finally send the money terrible service only in it for them selves. If I could give no stars I would.Review from Eric M

I wish I would have checked reviews before working with this company. I had First Chicago for about 1 year when I got into my first accident. It took them 1 week to tell me where my vehicle was located, adjusters do not answer the phone at all nor do they return messages or emails. This company communication skills is extremely horrible. We pay our premiums on time every month just to be ignored when needed the most. This company has made my claim longer and more stressful then it had to be. I will NOT RECOMMEND, unless you want to give away your money for nothing. RUN FAR AWAY from this company. Cheap is not always the best option.Review from Rigo A

This company is the worst and i do agree with everyone in here, it needs to be investigated. It is nearly impossible to get in contact with the adjusters, my worst experience is when I took my full day of just to see if i could get in contact with them. Literally every 30 minutes i tried to call 1 or 2 time, but there was no answer at all only voicemail that i am almost sure they probably never look at. I spend a lot of hours following that process and even like that I never got an answer. I only got luck ones were I was experimenting with a theory, maybe, but maybe they will answer me in the morning one hour from opening and it worked. It even made me nervous, it got me by surprise, and I hadnt gathered my thoughts yet. Anyway 3 plus months later from my experiments working a couple of times, they started finding the small excuse to delay the claim. I also did nothing that every times I was one the phone with the agent she tried to say or accuse me of doing things wrong that according to her the police report said. But thank god I studied that report to the last number. I loved the way she would always try to change the conversation every time I outsmarted her lies, but i would never let it go. I would let her finish her sentence and then directed her to her lies and waited for her t acknowledge her mistake and i say mistake because this happened several time in every call. the lies that really humored me was when she tried to say I had already talk to some about my injuries and that i lied to her by saying I never talk to same one before her, i assure she gave a day, exact time, and person that I had supposedly talked to. And them when I said just no she tried to talk about something else, but i said I can promise you I never talk to anyone before you, you were the one to contact me about this claim before you I didnt even know how to contact you'll. You gave me your number. She only said o yea I see it was our client, i see now.Review from [email protected] H

They only got one star because cant leave a zero star comment. This company refuses to return phone calls, and are practically scam artists. They drag their feet on claims in an attempt to get out of paying what they should pay. Their director of dispatch, management and coo - refuse to answer calls, and their employees say they will not answer or return phone calls!Review from Chianna W

DROP THIS INSURANCE COMPANY IF YOU ARE INSURED THROUGH THEM!!My 3 week old (at the time) son and I were involved in an accident caused by one of their insured drivers 6 weeks ago. Their insured driver rear ended me while I was at a complete stop and caused me to rear end the individual in front of me. They keep giving me the run around on what is going on with my vehicle. I have left numerous voicemails for both my adjuster, ******************************* and the management team. Neither have returned any of my calls. So I am forced to call them if I want any type of update and have to sit on the phone for over an hour every time before speaking to anyone. They have not offered me any type of rental vehicle especially for the time frame I have been waiting for an answer on the estimate. Stay AWAY from this insurance company. I have a great feeling they will do whatever they can to not pay out any money. Just collect money from the individuals insured through them.Review from Jennifer J

Total Scammers! My car was in a accident and that was April 26th. Here it is May 30th and nothing has been done. Ive been calling and calling leaving voicemails and emails. My so called adjuster is ************************* who will not respond to me at all! I've even called his supervisor who is ***** and still no better has come of this. I have a non running car just sitting and I don't know what to do with it. It's been towed twice and I'm paying Uber non stop!! This is so unfair and I'm contacting a lawyer tomorrow morning!! I've never dealt with a company that drags and won't even contact to tell the next step. Over a month to get my car fixed is a nightmare!!Review from Kelcey D

I've already posted a ****** review. This is a horrible company. Which can be seen from others who have also reviewed it. They are a nightmare to deal with as their insured driver hit me. My claim was open and started in September of last year and has still not been closed. And money that was owed to me has still not been paid out. The "Insurance Adjuster" that was assigned to me does not answer calls or emails.
