    These people messed my life up horrible company and they need to be held responsible for their actions. My story is so long and ultimately 2 years later I'm still suffering from these idiots

    I was hit by their insured almost a month ago and still waiting for this to be resolved. They are not approving my auto body shop's approval and holding my car hostage. Literally all my collision center is asking is for them to pay for the front part of the car that was hit. They have admitted to 100% fault and WILL NOT pay or move this forward so I can get my car. The employees, managers all drag their feet purposely! It should be illegal to holding a car hostage when their insured hit MY CAR!

    I got rear ended last month and I called my insurance company and when they got the police report my insurance company and I called this company and had to wait to get a call back from them. When we got a call back my insurance company made a claim for me with them. I got a call the following week and I wanted to talk to a claim adjuster that day but I couldnt according to their policy had to wait three days after those three days I get a text from them telling me who the claim adjuster is and that I would receive a call momentary never received a call. I called today and got told I couldnt use the body shop I wanted I had to use one of the ones they used. I refused since I know The Body Shop ( name of the shop) and I didnt want to have my car damaged more than what it is. They wanted me to pay out of pocket for a rental that I might not be reimbursed for. I wasnt going to pay out of pocket for their customer hitting me so Ill just use my ********************** company and get all the money that this company will *** me. I dont know how they are an insurance company they dont care they are just taking peoples money and scammers.

    Very little communication, unless you constantly harass them. Not a very professional company at all. I was rear ended by one of their insured. i recieved a quote from one body shop at over $4k. First Chicago said I had to go to one of their preferred body shops to get my car inspected. They only wanted the guy to take pictures and send it over. Needless to say, they are saying it is only $870.00 worth of damages. I decided to file the claim with my insurance. My insurance's preferred body shop states that there are over 15k worth of damages due to the frame being damaged. Don't try to work with First Chicago, and don't cash any check they send out. You are better off paying your deductible and have your insurance subrogate against them.

    If garbage could be any lower, this place is it. They are fraudulent, unprofessional, and classless. My father passed the day I had an accident and these devils asked me for proof in order to process my claim. It never felt so good to curse someone out. The audacity and insensitivity had me livid. Im reporting them to the state and am contacting my local news stations. There are hundreds of complaints against these clowns and today Im going to get justice for us all. First Chicago is disgraceful and needs to be fined then shut down!!!

    very hard to get things going froward, I have to call so many times to have someone responding my car.. and my car is still damaged in my parking lot. they are not assisting with the process

    I am a 63 year old woman someone stole my car from carry out I been without my car for over ************************************************** the police will find my car we are not covering it and we are not reimburse you for the rental car please someone help me I dont know what to do my brand new car is gone missing and these people I trusted with my car are telling me to chalk it up

    This place is the worst insurance company in the history of the ************************. They treat you as if you they are running a scam. You call to only be transferred to another line and then you're thirty behind on hold. They are super expensive. The customer services trash. I was literally hung up on by several different employees. They will never get you a supervisor when you ask for one. Do not ever purchase any insurance from these people. I'm also no longer with them I am with progressive. 300 dollars cheaper. I also received a call from an agent saying I reported a claim when I don't even have a policy with these people anymore lol. This place is so unorganized and unprofessional.

    Im a new customer to this company I purchased my car and had it for a week. I was in a hit **** and I have full coverage insurance that I pay for and they are not responding with an actual answer. I would not recommend you to do business with this company. No one is ever at there desk so it is hard to reach anyone regarding a claim.
