I filed a claim with First Chicago Insurance after an accident that occurred on March 12, 2025, in ********, *****. My vehicle was unoccupied during the accident, and I held a full coverage policy with collision coverage, which was active and current at the time of the incident.Despite this, First Chicago has denied my claim without a consistent or reasonable explanation. Initially, they said the claim was denied because the accident occurred in *****. Later, they claimed it was due to the lack of a police report. Most recently, they claimed the denial was due to a false claim, which I strongly dispute. I have submitted all requested documents, including reports and photos.Since the incident, I have made multiple attempts to contact their claims department, but I have not received any meaningful assistance. It has now been over a month, and the lack of transparency and refusal to properly process my claim has caused me financial hardship. *** had to pay out of pocket for transportation, including purchasing another vehicle.All Im asking for is a fair investigation and a resolution to a valid insurance claim. My Car got vandalized on march 28, 2025 I contacted my insurance company it was already hard getting in touch with them so my car had to sit the next day the same person who vandalized my car came to burn it on march ******* they took a long while to send someone to take photos of my vehicle as well as coming to tow my vehicle. ***** *** Is my adjuster Ive been communicating with her but barely getting responses from her after they picked my car up she told me she were going to contact me never called me at the time she stated she were going to contact me Ive been emailing her even leaving voice messages so that I could get someone to send me a total lost letter so that I could get me a vehicle to get around with my infant child its been 2 weeks the company has not been doing their job barely picking up the phone contacting me at allInitial Complaint

I have insurance coverage with the first Chicago I was in an accident on January the 19th I have a full coverage policy with said insurance company my vehicle was totaled and I cannot get anyone from Chicago to even return my phone call or any kind of response for that matter they are increasingly difficult to deal with and they are very rude when they do answer hang up before I can even say my name or put me on hold and never come back I would like to issue with my policy to be resolved thank you for your assistance it's been 3 months and I can't purchase another vehicle until they take mine out of the system and show it is paidInitial Complaint

My daughters vatical was damaged by a few drag racers in the city of Chicago. A claim was made to this insurance company Claim #**ILS42193. On 3/1 I noticed I locked my keys in the car in need of roadside assistance so I called the insurance company. They claimed that I didnt have any roadside assistance for my insurance, which I knew that I clearly had it because it was on my declaration page so I have to call the company. Wegot nowhere so I waited till the next day. Call them back again. I got the same answer, but was told if I paid for it out-of-pocket would reimburse so I paid out-of-pocket.. when I finally got a hold of the insurance company again. They advised me that some other company dealt with the roadside assistance and they wouldnt reimburse **** asked to speak to a supervisor and that request one on deaf ears, and I was placed on hold and never gotten back to him for 35minutes. I was involved in a car accident on 1/1/25. The person who caused the collision is represented by First Chicago Insurance. Today is 3/6/25, and still there is ZERO resolution. When you call you get endless voicemail boxes that are full and/or dont return your calls. They ask your preferred language and to indicate if you need a Spanish speaker, but the request is ignored when they do finally call back only to be told that they dont speak Spanish and that basically we are out of luck. For two months it has been phone tag, language barrier, change of adjusters, and now they claim they need to get into contact with THEIR CLIENT who hit us before they can do anything, even though we were already told that all of that was done and we were supposedly waiting two weeks for the payment to be resolved so the car can get fixed. That never happened and was 3 weeks to a month ago. This company is a scam and I need my partners car fixed! All they do is beat around the ****, not answer the phone, purposely speak a different language, and play games, not to mention they ask when to call back for our ease, and then calling at the exact opposite time. I had a car accident in 12/2/24 in my ******* Tucson. The accident wasnt my fault. It is now 3/6/25 and I havent received a response about getting my car fixed. I spoke to an adjuster (********* ****) on 1/2/25 and all she wanted was my recorded statement about the accident. I gave it to her. She requested a copy of my bill of sale as I had a co-signer on my car. I emailed her the bill of sale in 1/6/25. I havent hurt anything since. I have called her several times asking if she received my email and to get an estimate on when I can get my car fixed and havent gotten a response. But if Im late with my insurance payments, they make sure I get the notice of cancellation. I just want my car fixed. It has been over 3 months since my accident. My car is beginning to rust from where I was hit.
