I was involved in a car accident with the a person that had insurance with this company on 3/18/25. I have spoken with the claims adjuster ***** **** Claim number 25TXD ********* ****** came out to make note of the damages to my vehicle and said they will call me to take my car for repairs. They never call me I have called them numerous time left messages no return calls. Mr. **** and the company have been. avoiding my calls. My son was in an accident in my vehicle with a united insurance insured vehicle/driver on March 10th, 2025, he was rear ended by their driver who was going 65 in a 45moh construction zone. The sheriffs department wrote up a full incident report that their driver was at fault, and cited him, also included that he was distracted(by his phone) and that my son was not at fault. I promptly filed a claim(#***KW-00001115) with United Insurance the following day. An estimator came out to my home and accessed the damage to my vehicle, we informed her of the body shop we had planned to use. She said she would write up the estimate. Fast forward to last week(Friday March 25th), I called to check on the status of my claim and was informed nothing had been done because their driver was not answering their calls. No one ever communicated this with me or even attempted to contact me, I obtained a copy of the incident report and provided it with the adjuster(Sebastian) he informed me he had submitted it to his supervisor for approval and should have it approved by the following Monday (March 31). I since have called, left voicemails, emailed, and text nearly every day with no response. I have been without my vehicle for 27 days. This is very unprofessional and unethical. I would appreciate a response from someone and for my vehicle to be fixed.Initial Complaint

An insured driver from this place, United Security and Health Insurance, hit our vehicle that was parked in our yard. They hit it so hard that the impact pushed it into a second vehicle. I've tried calling this insurance company with no results. I have to leave a message and they never return my calls. I also had my insurance company call them and they got the same response. Nothing.I want to solve this issue but how can I when they won't call me back? Or, they won't answer the phone when I call? My wife was hit in a vehicular accident and the other party was insured by this insurance company. The other party was a teenage male who was speeding a rear ended my wife on the highway. We have called their insurance company numerous times and they will not pick up the phone or return our calls when we leave a message. We contacted the other parties insurance broker and they stated that this company is extremely difficult to reach. Meanwhile we have no path forward in getting our car fixed.Initial Complaint

I am trying to make an auto accident claim and when calling the company, they never answer. This is the general claims line. It always says "experiencing large call volume, please leave your number and we will return your call." I have made five attempts in 20 days, leaving my number each time and have never received a call back. There is no alternative number to call or options to select. Furthermore, they do not allow you to leave a message, so if/when they ever would call me back, they wouldn't have any idea which of their insured they are returning a call to. This is gatekeeping and is to dissuade people from making claims, which is illegal in all fifty states.Initial Complaint

Hello. On December 14 an insured from this company hit my parking van. The lady was so scared and crying so we didn't call the police. She gave me all her information like drivers license, ********************** papers..... I called and made the report. Someone went to my house and see the damages. After some weeks a lady called me and told me that they will close the case because the insured doesn't answer the phone. I know she doesn't answer the phone because she in on jail for another non related case. I am keeping calling them to explain but nobody answer the phone. That's not a reason to close a case. On December 20, a driver insured with United Security hit me. My insurance, ********, has completed their investigation and found the other driver to be at fault. Several attempts have been made by my ******** claims adjuster and myself to contact United Security but they do not return calls. December 4th 2024 A united security insurance company insured driver hit my vechile causing server damage. When it rains it pours through my doors, they sent an adjuster out to survey the damage and nothing else had been done. I've called left messages and phone number not 1 response from them. Looking at the reviews looks like this happened often how can an insurance company continue to do business and disregard damage that has been done by there insured person that is covered by them, and not fix the person vechile that there cover person caused. Is this a case for an attorney to get involved I'm trying to get this problem resolved it's not fair to me or anyone else something has to be done about this.Business Response

I Did agree with the findings for the insurance company. They still haven't repaired my vechile, I have heard from them waiting for approval from them for repairs to be complete.
