The finance manager (*****) was horrible. He was very combative when asked questions related to the service contract. He was debating the discussion that was made between the salesperson and I and he wasnt even present during our conversation. He (*****) made a mistake to the loan contract where the financial institution who is the loan is financed through had to reach of to him to advise such, which caused us to be inconvenienced by having to come back to redo the contract. Didnt show any empathy.Cardinal Buick GMC Inc.

Purchased our '********** here. First service appt included a tire rotation, the vehicle just made it home (6 miles or less down Highway 15) without being on a flat! Took the vehicle right back, and low and behold, they CLAIM we needed to purchase a new tire for a 3-month-old vehicle! 10/16 visit was the straw that broke the camel's back! Had a 7 AM appointment. Arrived at 6:45 & was the third person to check-in. The vehicle was to get an oil change, filters changed, tether adjustment, and tires rotated. I asked, how long will it be and was told 40 minutes unless the tethers needed repair, if so, perhaps an additional 20 minutes. No problem! I waited and waited and watched EVERYONE who checked in before and after me come and go! I noticed my vehicle sitting in the garage with the hazards on. Nearly 2 hours have passed, and my car has NOT been serviced. By now, my family arrived and was told that I was told it would be a 2 hr wait. NO, I was not. Had I known the wait would be more than 1 hr, I would not have waited since I had a job to be at by 9 AM! So we waited some more! Another 30 - 40 minutes until I finally left with another family member. I got to my car only to find out that someone in the service department had damaged the car! The right front quarter panel, black flare, and front bumper below the headlight have white superficial scrapes!! Some of the scrapes were wiped off but the product seemed to be sticky and stringy. Of course, pictures were taken,. Called the service **** and was told that they are NOT responsible for damage done to cars left overnight or driven off the lot! BUT then was told to bring it back and they would BUFF the damage out. Needless to say, I have a damaged NEW car! I have ZERO intentions on returning to CARDINAL BUICK GMC!!Cardinal Buick GMC Inc.

HORRIBLE! I went in Thursday to purchase a new vehicle. Sat for 6 hours to finish up everything. For the amount of down payment plus trade in and my credit score being what it was, I thought my interest rate and note was set a little higher yet I was approved and paid my down payment. Drove off the lot in an **** and was happy, only to be called 2 days later to return the car being told IT WAS NEVER FOR SALE! After taking the car back and sitting for another almost 1 hour I was told I would get a new car. I got there and the manger told me I was getting the EXTRA SAME CAR. They pulled it around and it was COMPLETELY DIFFERENT. The year, the color, the inside and the body style! Nothing was the the same. I then told I had two options. Option 1, take a totally different vehicle that I didnt like and didnt want option 2, take my money and go home with my old car. Smh VERY UNSATISFIED! No matter how many times the salesman tried to help give ideas to fix the issue at hand there was always a reason I had ONLY ONE OPTION FOR A CAR OR I HAD TO GET A REFUND. I feel like there was something more to the reason of me not being able to keep the original car I signed a contract on. I was given so many different reasons and explanations. Almost ever sales person and one manager in particular attempted to help figure out a solution but THE BIG BOSS WOULDNT RECTIFY THE PROBLEM! Not to mention my plates are already transferred and have to be cancelled and I have to change my insurance BACK TO MY OLD CAR I JUST SWITCHED IT FROM! Another 5 hours later I drove off with my old car and a bad taste in my mouth for Cardinal BuickCardinal Buick GMC Inc.

First of all you're likely to get hypothermia waiting for hours in their lobby for repair service this is my third time here waiting on a vehicle they gave me a 2-hour window maybe 2 hour tops window and 3 hours later they finally came out! 1 starBY FAR THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVERRRR!!!!!! DO NOT WAIST YOUR TIME WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!!! I came in on a Saturday with poor credit (in the 400s club) and a couple thousand dollars down ($2k) I was approved for a Buick encore that I personally hated and a Jeep Cherokee that I loved. I had to leave early due to timing but called in first thing Monday morning before they even opened and paid the deposit over the phone for the Jeep so that they could hold the vehicle until I got off of work (DID I MENTION I LIVE OUT OF TOWN). I scheduled an appointment to come in at 6pm to sign paperwork and pick up my vehicle on Monday evening. I text the sales man & told him I was getting off early and I was on my way, I sent him photographs of the insurance I purchased for the vehicle and sent him him via email all my required documents … only to be told AFTER I arrived that some just purchased the Jeep that day. They spent hours trying to convince me that I need to get the Buick. The manager was beyond ****** rude!!! He never apologized ONCE for THEIR MISTAKE!!!! Instead he kept saying “u don’t have to marry the car .. u won’t find anything better …. U only have a 409 credit score” .. HE NEVER ONCE SHOWED EMPATHY TO THE FACT THAT I PUT DOWN A DEPOSIT ON A VEHICLE THAT HE SOLD AFTERWARDS!!!! He thought was desperate, I didn’t settle! I made him refund me my money and I took an Uber back home and went up the street the very next day to a different dealership where I got approved for a year NEWER Jeep Cherokee with less that 30k miles on the vehicle OH & DID I MENTION THE VEHICLE WAS CHEAPER?! 1 starFirst of all if you are selling a car to an individual rather it is a $5,000 or $95,000 car it is a lot of money to that person and you should be able to trust that they are being honest with you and that they have checked the very minimal things that you should to make a car save when it leaves your lot. My son bought a $5,000 car from ***** in November 2021. YES this is a used car, YES there will be some issues as it is a 2011 and had previous owners, YES we realize that you aren't getting a whole lot of commission on this but dear God it is important to my child as a client. ********************************* is the manager. He makes many promises that he has no intention to keep and speaks VERY condiscending to you and makes you feel like YOU are in the wrong, not the company that makes promises they can NOT keep! The car they sold to my son had the belt break after having it for only 8 months. We had it towed to them because there was no way he could have broken the belt in this short amount of time. It was completely frayed and dry rotted. There were fragments on the hood of the car where it had come apart. DRY ROTTED, nothing he could have done. We were told he drove it of the lot, it was his fault that he bought it as is and they were done dealing with us. I didn't know driving a car off a car lot meant you needed to get up underneath it and verify yourself the belt isn't going to break and kill you, my bad. DO NOT GO TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT!! 1 starCardinal Buick Jeep, ************ 2015 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sahara Buyer Beware! I am still having electrical issues.First, they NEVER disclosed that the Jeep was manufactured in ******. If you have electrical issues, which this Jeep is riddled with, parts are very expensive and hard to come by. They showed me a clean Carfax. Which I believed. But when it came to closing the deal, the manager was very insistent about us buying an extended plus warranty as well as the windshield replacement. (Which, BTW, we thought was part of the overall CAN Plus Warranty). It wasnt until after the fact we realized we had paid an additional $1097 for it. Why didnt we realize it? Because he never printed out ALL the paperwork involved with the sale. Only part of it. I had to go back and ask for the rest. I asked a lot of questions about this Jeeps reliability, because I would be driving cross country.Of course, *************************** said! Look at the Carfax! We have completely gone over it and it is in perfect condition. Yeah, right.On that trip, while in ******, all the electrical warning lights came - died in the middle of a busy street. So not happy. I managed to get it running and limped it back to MO.So, when Cardinal Buick could finally get it in for repairs, the first time, September 15, 2021, they found My cylinder head, valve, lifter/lash and rockers had gone bad.Camshaft needed to be replaced.Ball Joints Head gasket needed to be replaced.Total cost of repairs $3732.78 Covered by the extended warranty they so strongly suggested. I took it in for an electrical check up on 10/15.Cardinal Buick had my Jeep until late Dec. The first used over all electrical replacement part they installed failed. They didn't want to purchase a new once, because of the cost. So I had to wait weeks for them to for them to find a used one.Then it had to go to a specialist to switch the electrical system from kilometers to miles and Celsius to Fahrenheit. 1 starI first came to cardinal Buick because they had a 2011 wrangler but after seeing it was a stick shift I changed my mind and I was shown a 2015 and I liked it it wasnt even a week later I was back here with issues and for a straight month I kept getting the run around. Then after selling the truck I told them I wanted instead they waited to the morning they sold it to have me come back and buy back my contract. Then I got another truck more expensive which is fine. And I have had this truck for less than a year and it has went back almost twice a month since august. Not to mention when I first got it they told me this car was combed through with a fine tooth comb and it sat in their shop for 4 days and they misdiagnosed it I feel purposely bc they dont want to deal with it. I really hate to be a pain but I pay $800 a month I should not have $3000 car problems when this is a $40000 ************ see Im not the only person feeling played by this dealership. ******* has been a help but I just dont feel like hes understanding my frustrations . Ive had cars way cheaper with nowhere near as many issues as this truck has giving me. I dont want another vehicle I just want this one to be worth having and it hasnt been.
