    Don't let your loves one's move into this place. You must lease the land at $500 a month even if house is paid for and only includes water sewer and trash no yard maintenance. Good luck selling as no realtor will touch it because it's on leased land. The Property Managers (village owners) will "sell" it for you however they are not incentivised to do so as they continue to get lot rent even if vacant. Then will offer to buy property for Blue Book value. They are scamming older folks and unknowing people.
