One of their drivers intentionally tried to kill me with his truck. He left paint from his trailer on my vehicle because he made contact. He drove well into the shoulder to try to run me off the road. This caused my tire to pop, and then I had to slam on the brakes causing a neck injury. I then caught up with him and caught him flipping me off on camera.

Thank you for contacting us about this matter. Please know that any reports that our made to us are taken seriously. We will look into this matter in its entirety, and if the driver has been driving carelessly he will be required to pass a safety audit and driving test before he can be reinstated with AmeriFreight again. If this driver is reported a 2nd time he will not be able to work with us any further. The welfare of our drivers and others around us means more than anything to us.Do you have a photo or video or any other supporting documentation that shows what tractor or trailer this was?

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.Additionally, they asked for some photos. I attached a few.
