  I have hired this contractor to complete house full gutter plumbing hvac electrical rebuild walls installed 2.5 bathrooms back porch outside of the house roofing remodel the entire house Ive been going threw work stop work work stop work to the point I was referred to another worker from *************************** to follow up to complete house Ive paid over and over workers left for months and months and now the house is almost complete and the paint is crappy and its not professional its a lot of worker involved in this matter and I cant reach them they stop answering phones so I had to go to the village of riverdale to get as much as info that I can I have another employer name and Id I can submit

     To whom this may concern:

   The situation is this that they hired someone to do the work on this property and had given them $50,000.00 and they got a stop work order at this time they found me and my company Doza Builders LTD. of which I am the owner of. Once they had a stop order I went to apply for a license in the town of Riverdale for which I did, they the owners had to hire an architect which they did all this has taken a couple of years to do which is out of my control ask them to provided proof that they paid me? No one has given me money they were paying original contractor his name is **** which they showed me a contract that they had with him so I think you should ask them to provide that to you. Through the pandemic things have taken much longer and material prices have gone up but as far as my involvement no one has given me a dime so as far as Im concerned Im out of this situation they had left messages that they were getting a new contractor? I assume then they hired another company with no license of insurance and that not right that they are working under my name I will call the town of Riverdale and let them know I have no interest in this contract. As far as this person ************************* I have no idea who he is nor have I ever met him. Let me know what else you may need from me as Ill be out of town starting on 04/20/2022 until 05/05/2022 I can reply via phone if needed.

  I never found him for his license so who is he referring too he know **** and with the other contractor I have messages from us giving him payment as well like why would he come and do work if he was jus to present license but he is not telling the true

  To whom this may concern:

  like I responded in the first email I have no clue who these people are? Where are the contracts? This person was hired by them they got working without a permit this is why Im involved to help them out but they had given the original contractor named **** $50,000 , then the permit didnt get processed for 6-9 months as they had troubles with the architect also. Did by know what else to say.

  this guy is not tell it he truth why would someone put they license on something he have no idea about he got paid I have text from me to him meeting giving him payments
