      I was a cNOW vitamins ustomer for years. I spent thousands, but in 2023 I purchased 3 bottles of men's multi softgels only to find all three were just a slimy, stinky mess inside the bottle. If this represents their Quality Control on THAT product, how bad is it on ALL their products. I've noticed that color and density often differ from batch to batch. I never thought anything of it until I received the "melted multis." Worst of all, NOW has received A LOT of feedback and reviews on the "melting multis" but they've made NO EFFORT to RECALL, REPLACE or REFUND. IE: They got your money - they don't care!This appears to be a brand very much in decline. I will never purchase from them again. "Now" or ever!

      Biotin 5,000mcg Energy Production, 120 Veg Capsules, I'm happy with this product, I have a healthy immune system and for being 65 years old my skin looks pretty healthy. I have been taking it for 1 year now and happy it's working for me.
