I purchased a Beko 30 " Pro-Style Electric Induction Range, PRIR34452SS, from a local appliance store. The purchase price was $3299 and it has a 2 year warranty. It was delivered to my home home about 6 weeks after purchase on 8/15/2024. It was delivered with an induction burner which was not working. The display read E9 - indicating the burner sensor was not working per the manual. A repair person from *********************** came on 8/29/2024 and was unable to fix the burner. He came without parts and I heard him, on a phone call, saying "it has to be fixed, its under warranty". I was told *********************** received a back-ordered part about 10/28/2024. I did not receive any contact for repair until 11/15/2024 - for 11/21/2024. On 11/21, It Works no showed. On 11/25/2024, 11/29/2024, 12/10/2024 It Works also set appointments with me but no showed. I was told that some of these appointments were scheduled when the part was in a city over 50 miles away and not actually available to the tech who was supposedly coming to my home. On 12/13/2024, It Works techs finally came to my home with the ordered part - but were not able to repair the burner with this part. On 1/17/2025, I spoke with customer service at the business were the purchase was made. That person stated the Beko customer service person had paperwork to approve replacing this stove as it "was reported not repairable by the service technicians" who had worked on it. 1/31/2025, It Works again set an appointment with me to have their techs come to my - again they no showed. Speaking with customer service at the local appliance store - who has been able to reach Beko, I was told "Beko says the stove is back in service and they will be ordering parts". After 5 months of not repairing this stove which was delivered broken, only 2 of 7 repair appointments kept, and the judgment of the techs that it cannot be repaired - I am requesting Beko replace this stove with an identical model.

I purchased a BEKO dishwasher from Topline Applicance in ********* **. In April 2024 the dishwasher was installed and began having serious problems. It is level and floods out the front, it shows illogical error codes.I was directed to the national complaint line for BEKO and it was a 3rd party vendor. They strung me along for several months with no solution to my problem. I contacted them at least 5 times. Finally, they put me in touch with the national SE Regional Manager located in ***************. He requested a picture of the serial number and the purchase invoice. I supplied both, and now he says the picture of the invoice is not complete - what? *** sent him another picture of the invoice with the charge and the invoice separated. I have no other documents from the purchase. I believe I am being treated poorly and given the run-around to run out the clock on the warranty. I want my money back or repair this machine so it works properly (it doesnt work!!!). The way Ive been treated is poor - I wonder why anyone buys appliances from this company in the **.

I bought a Beko stove from Furniture and Appliance Mart in Marshfield Wi on July 3, 2022 and have had nothing but trouble since day one. Furniture and Appliance Mart has been working with me dealing with repairs. Every major computer component on this stove has been replaced some a couple times. The techs have been in communication with Beko but will not replace this machine. They have been out here to the house making repairs at the direction of Beko. The last time they said they would replace the stove now we get emails and phone calls rejected from ***** the Wis regional rep for Beko. I have sent pictures of burnt food, videos of the stove taking over 45 to heat up to temperature. Some times it will work other times it wont! When you pay ******* for a stove you expect it to be consistent. I know the service department at furniture and appliance have been keeping get notes and I have all the messages about concerns and when things stop working. I want Beko to stand behind their product and replace obviously a machine that is a lemon. F&A have tried over and over again for them to get this situation taken care of with no solutions. I my self have called Beko left several messages for ***** to return my call with no return calls or emails.

Brand new dishwasher quit working after 5 uses. Great difficulty with beko honoring the warranty in a timely manner. Local beko certified repairman said they cant get me in the schedule due to being too busy. Reported this to beko, they keep saying theyre working on it and they will get back with me, but I always have to keep calling them. Very slow and challenging trying to get them to honor my warranty.

Claim against Beko. I purchased 4 Beko appliances from Warners Stellian, ALL 4 are not functioning properly. I was told that these were high end appliances and that Beko had a wonderful 2 year warranty, both were gross misrepresentations. I was told that the gas cooktop had a safety features it does not. I was told that if the k*** was turned and the flame was out that the gas would shut off, it does not, and 2 k**** turn freely - a gross misrepresentation. The dishwasher was not installed properly and has a problematic control panel. It is very difficult to start it, and it will randomly shut off after it has been started and I will get up to dirty dishes. The double wall oven has a timer that is barely audible, and the control panel has issues. The refrigerators water dispenser leaks, the left door will not shut properly, the refrigerator and freezer are frosting up, and are off by 15 degrees. I was told these were high end appliances, a gross misrepresentation.I contacted WS and was told to deal directly with Beko. I reached out to Beko and gave serial numbers and details of all of the problems. I was told that I would be contacted. I did not hear from anybody. I reached out to WS again and was told that they would get someone to contact us from Beko - again, I heard nothing. I reached out to WS management and was assured I would hear from Beko - again I heard nothing. I finally heard from a different company that handles Beko warranties, and eventually a repairman came out. After looking at each of the appliances, he agreed that there were issues with all of them, but was unable to resolve them due to design flaws.I have been working hard for a resolution, and have been repeatedly lied to. I was lied to about the quality of the appliances, they are VERY poor quality. I was lied to about the facts of Bekos warranty, it is terrible. I have been lied to about being contacted. Bekos products and customer service are awful.

Refrigerator leaks. Beko Corporation does nothing to fix the issue. They give the standard response, and that is that they are waiting on parts, even though they don't even know what parts they are waiting on or need. They say they will call me back but NEVER do. I paid for an extended warranty for my appliance but I see that was a waste of money. I used the refrigerator for 7 months before it started leaking. I have had water turned off to the refrigerator since October 2023.

On 7/17/2013 I ordered a ******** oven, model BERU 24100SS, from Homeclick.com. The oven has been in service since then in my home. It stopped working over a year and a half ago. I sent the following description of the problem to ******** support (same company)"My ******** glass top range + oven just started doing the following: Clock doesn't light up unless you turn the left dial to Defrost. Clock is off in other oven modes. When you turn left dial to defrost, the oven buzzes and the red light flickers, and the clock turns on and flashes 12:00. (You can set it, but it won't keep that time.) Range burners still work. Fan operates in oven fan modes, but temp control does not work and elements in oven do not heat up. I'm trying to find out if this sounds like a known issue."While researching the issue, I found that this model oven also had a potentially fatal recall issue, that I also needed to have addressed.I have been trying to find ANYONE who can service this oven. I spoke with ********************* in customer service who offered to connect me to an authorized technician. No technician ever contacted me. I called again and spoke with **************, and she directed me to *****************************, who is a regional service manager for Beko/********. I have been calling an emailing ******* for a year, but he has not responded. I tried calling ******** support again and the representative laughed at me and said "what do you want me to do? If he's not returning your call he won't return mine either."I have also emailed the executives at Arcelik, the parent company in ******, to no avail. I also tried tagging the company on ******* and got no response. I just want someone to come service my oven so I can cook for my family again. I am shocked that this company is allowed to operate with such a total disregard for safety and customer service.

We purchased a Beko refrigerator from *********************** in November 2020. The refrigerator came with a 2-year warranty. ******** uses ************************* for warranty issues. Our ice maker stopped working in August 2022. We called GW and they came to the house on 8/16. ** told us a new ice maker was needed and that they would order the part. We called GW on 9/8 and were told the ice maker would arrive by the end of September. We heard nothing. We called GW on 10/3, 10/10, and 10/26 but no one could give us reliable status/date on our part. On 10/26 we asked GW what we could do to escalate the issue. GW suggested we call Beko ourselves, and they gave us part number ********** for reference. We called Beko on 10/26, 10/27, and 10/31. On 11/1 we spoke with Beko parts ***** Part ********** was in stock (US) and they were filling orders from October! They could not locate the order placed by GW.On 11/1 we called GW and explained what we had learned from ****. We were told GW would call us back. That did not happen. On 11/2 we called GW and were told GW call us back. That did not happen. On 11/3 we called GW and were told that the part had been located and would be received by GW on 11/9. We scheduled a service appointment for 11/10. On 11/10 we did not receive service. We called GW and were told that we were scheduled for service on 11/8 and that when the driver was loading his truck, he noticed the part was damaged. No one had called us to change the original service date from 11/10 to 11/8, nor had they called us to notify us of the damaged part. We were told that a replacement part had been ordered and a new service appointment was scheduled for 11/12.On 11/12 the service technician arrived at our home and declared that the replacement part was not the correct part. He said he would sit with his colleagues to figure out where the error is. He said we would hear from someone in the following days. To date we have heard from no one.
