Windshield and side windows for Freightliner Cascadia 2022 Recently purchased and received a Weathertech SunShades for a 2022 Freightliner Cascadia full window kit. Windshield shade fit is fair. Side wi dows are not even close. Top to bottom is about 1.5" too long. Width along bottom is 2" too wide. Weathertech wanted pictures. Have not heard from them. We wish we could put a review on their website to inform other buyers. Wish we could have read reviews before buying. We are in rural MT and it is quite difficult to wait for products and do returns

I bought floor liners in 2016 for my 2015 Gmc Terrain ******. Recently saw that there was a problem with Driver side mat under where my foot steps on gas and brake. I was so happy when weathertech told me to send some pictures and immediately decided to send me new front mats. Thank you ******* for all your help. You should not even get a one star. I bought floor mats for my mother. This product just curls at the top of the fit. It trips my mother's feet as she gets in and out of the car. They came it is a Lazer fit. I'm this close to through them away. My mother has already fell out of the car getting out of the car just to get her footing on the ground. Your product is c*** American made, cut corners, gouged my pocket. Never again. And I will tell this to everyone I know....WeatherTech Automotive Accessories

Ordered a sunshade for the windshield of my car and had it shipped overnight. This was early Friday morning. Took three days to receive my order. When I called to complain the rep tried to excuse it away saying the warehouse is not open on Friday. Then tried to say that fed ex only delivers on Saturdays in certain states. I reminded her that no where on their website did it state either of these facts and I assumed overnight delivery meant overnight delivery. Then the rep offered to refund half of the shipping costs and refused to refund the full amount of shipping..until I asked to speak to a supervisor. I was put on hold for a few minutes when the original customer service rep comes on and says if she can get approval for the full amount, do I still need to speak to a supervisor. I said no, all I was asking was for a full refund of the shipping. She completed the full shipping refund and I was satisfied. But Ive been a longtime customer of ********************** and I was shocked to be challenged for such a simple fix to keep me as a satisfied customer. In the future Ill be taking my business elsewhere.WeatherTech Automotive Accessories

You placed your order on Friday, 6/28/24 and we did ship out overnight ************ but the next business day for FedX would be Monday, July 1st which FedX did deliver in the AM on Monday, July 1st. We do not offer Overnight Saturday Delivery just basic overnight Standard Delivery. When you called on Monday you were refunded the overnight charges that were paid. We were always a huge fan of weather tech until now. Very disappointed in their lifetime limited warranty. We have a set in all of our cars. The drivers mat in our 2009 ***** did not hold up well & we noticed sand/dirt was going through. Contacted customer service. They said they found our name but not for the ***** and even if they did Did we would be told **** wear out as normal wear & tear. I think this is deceitful as they advertise standing by their products. We could have gotten cheaper mats but went with weather tech because we felt it was a good *************** take great care of our vehicles. Rep was blunt & offered no alternatives or discount etc. Seeing the amount of money we always spent on weather tech we cannot believe it. I would recommend looking at other brands for much cheaper prices. Thank you.WeatherTech Automotive Accessories
