Hello the bumper guard fitment is terrible. I ordered this over the telephone and confirmed the make model and type of my car (2023 ****** Outback Wilderness) with your representative over the telephone. However, there is a gap between my bumper and your guard. I also cleaned my bumper very well and use your alcohol pads and the bumper was very dry and clean. The adhesion to the plastic bumper is not acceptable either. It wont ********* this point it is unusable and I request that you issue an immediate refund for this product. I purchased all new Weathertech floor mats in black for my 2017 **** Explorer XLT just this past fall for both the front and back seat. These mats have not held up through the winter at all. The rear one that is all one piece is curling up on the sides and will not stay put as it should and the front ones are also doing the same on the sides. I expected far better quality for what I paid for this mat set. I would like a replacement ASAP.Business Response

Around June of 24 I purchased the front floor liners for my 2023 ***** equinox from weather tech. I noticed that the left foot rest didn't cover completely. This wasn't a big problem until winter hit, the snow and salt on the bottom of my shoe got between the floor and the floor covering and dripped down in between. On 2-14-25 I went to the factory store and asked about this, I received 3 different answers to this problem. 1. The mold couldn't be made that high. 2. If it was that high it would fold in on itself. 3. That these are actually carpet coverings. There's only about 3 inches that is not covered by the floor liner. I was offered a refund in the form of a gift certificate. I refuse because I didn't pay with a gift card, and was told that because it was passed the 30 day full refund time this was all that could be done. I thank them for wasting an hour each way of my time and left. I cannot tell you how aggravating this experience was.Business Response

I do apologize for the inconvenience. We are limited to on how high our sides can be on our floorliners, but we are working on that, it is a work in progress especially the dead pedal area.
I have issued a credit for the Floorliners that you tried to return in our Showroom. The credit will go to the card on file for $235.34 and you should see this on your statement in a couple of days.

Customer has received credit from ********************** (see attached credit memos) when the items were received in the warehouse. The Customer also did a Chargeback with his Credit Card Company.
There were only two items that he was returning a Cargo liner for a 2025 ******* Tucson and front and rear Floorliners HP for the same vehicle.

Purchased bed cover in Nov, last night 2/14/25 was the first night truck was outside over night, it rained and tools, parts things in the bed of the truck got soaked. This bed cover is JUNK and weather tech is a HORRIBLE company!!! We have sent numerous emails to Customer giving him options of returning the product or we can help him if he would send us photos of the issue. We are willing to take work with him but no response.
Please see one of the attached emails to the Customer in the very beginning when he contacted us.
If Customer would like to return it just have him contact ******* and we can send a label and get the product back and issue a refund.

I ordered this product over a month ago (1/1/25) and received it on 1/17/25. The largest (and most important) piece in this set (the windshield cover) arrived defective (with a hole in it). I sent pictures to Weathertech and engaged in a number of back and forth e-mails, to setup a return and replacement. I had to personally pack this item and drive it to ****** then wait over a month for my replacement. The replacement finally arrived on 2/3/25. It was also defective - with seams off and unraveling (pictures were provided to WeatherTech). I was told I was going to be provided a shipping label for return. It was never provided. I was told ***** would be picking up said item today (2/5/25) yesterday. I had to send yet another e-mail to confirm that the item needed a label for pick-up. I received a response confirming this - yet, once again, no label was provided. I asked for a label yet again (today and last night)none have been provided. I purchased this product over a month ago and still do not having a working product. I am not being reimbursed for my time, energy, gas money, etc. Im tired of this. WeatherTech has failed to help in a reasonable manner. I have been passed back and forth between customer service agents for a month. I have needed this item for over a month and still do not have it.Business Response

I placed an order for weather tech floor liners for my 2024 ***** NX. Order #**********. I did not receive my order and now am seeking a refund. WeatherTech has been extremely slow in providing me a refund. I no l longer have any trust in WeatherTech or its shipping partners. I would like to have this rectified immediately. We have tried to contact the Customer numerous times in regarding this. *************** has no record of them calling the Customer and they are doing an investigation in regard to the Customers claim. The Customer can always do a chargeback with the Credit Card Company.

Scamming consumers with over the top shipping prices. We have ordered weathertech in the past and thought highly of the product but they refuse to update with the times, free shipping on orders over a certain amount. Just went to purchase an item an they wanted to charge me twenty one dollars for a sixty dollar item and when I go to complain they immediately say that they can reduce the shipping by fifty percent if I order by phone, they know they are scamming customers in shipping.Business Response

We work on keeping our shipping costs low and absorb a good portion of the shipping costs on product. Some products are especially in oversize boxing such as Stone and bugs, Side Window Deflectors, Truck Bed Covers and Impact Liners but still keep the shipping to a minimum. Many companies charge more for the product and roll the shipping charges into the cost and claim you receive free shipping. I am sorry for the inconvenience.

I am rejecting this response because:As someone who spent nearly 23 years in the ************ dealing with not just logistics but also 11 different deployments shared between my wife and me we have experienced a great deal of shipping and receiving. The response given by WeatherTech is an example of excuse and not a very good one at that; I was purchasing a windshield sun shade which weighs a pound maybe at best and they were trying to charge me $22 dollars in shipping. After complaining about the shipping cost they immediately said they could reduce the cost in half if I ordered by phone; that is an incredible deal to go from $22 to $11 dollars just like that. The bad thing is it still should not cost even $11 dollars to ship a sun shade that at best weighs more than a pound, at a regular shipping cost it would be almost half of that which means they were try to charge four times the actual cost which is scamming customers by making money on shipping costs.
It is a horrible excuse from WeatherTech and I not that naive to accept that response.

First of all, I would like to thank you for your Service. Our shipping cost on a SunShade ground FedX is ***** flat fee. If you ask for express shipping or **** the cost will be by dimensional weight the same way we are charged. I am not sure where the *** got the ***** shipping for a ground package unless another method was requested. Bought a pair of inchannel vent visors want to go install them driver side was kind of tough ended up breaking a small piece but still went in just fine passenger side however went in but the window kept slightly tapping the vent visor causing the window to go down thinned out the edge on both tabs that touch the window first but still would pull the window forward when it was closing eventually after taking them out and trying to give him the fit after 9 times they eventually shattered and blew up in my face I've contacted WeatherTech they sent me a long paragraph about warranty and a replacement set and confirming my address all the confirmation but it's been about 7 days and I haven't heard from them again not sure what's really going on thereBusiness Response
