      Bought a pair of inchannel vent visors want to go install them driver side was kind of tough ended up breaking a small piece but still went in just fine passenger side however went in but the window kept slightly tapping the vent visor causing the window to go down thinned out the edge on both tabs that touch the window first but still would pull the window forward when it was closing eventually after taking them out and trying to give him the fit after 9 times they eventually shattered and blew up in my face I've contacted WeatherTech they sent me a long paragraph about warranty and a replacement set and confirming my address all the confirmation but it's been about 7 days and I haven't heard from them again not sure what's really going on there

      I purchased multiple products from this business expecting very high quality items as they charge significantly more than their competitors. I contacted their customer service today. The hood deflector was scratched up and not symmetrical at the left and right corners of the hood (even though I installed them perfectly centered). The drivers door window deflector was also scratched up. I do not know what I was expecting, but these items are installed in my windows and on mu hood. It is not optimal to even consider removing them. The manufacturer offered to refund me my shipping, but then the representative realized I had already received free shipping and offered no other solution to sending me damaged merchandise. The floor mats in my order were great. Im just surprised that these items arrived in such a condition considering their products are significantly more expensive than their competitors and self purported to be better than their competitors products. I feel a discount of the merchandise would be prudent if not reasonable and fair.

      I purchased Weathertech floor liners for my new car March 16, 2024. Order number **********. When I received the floor liners all fix except the front passenger liner. All the other ones fit very well. The passenger side left a gap at the seat end and wouldn't reach the door guard. It seemed to me that the liner wasn't laser cut to fit my SUV. I contacted Weathertech and sent the photos to prove the ill fitting mat. I was informed since I placed the liner over my factory floor mats the warranty was invalid. When I received the liners there was no information on the installation. All that was in the box with the liners was the shipping invoice. I have no idea where they came up with the information to remove the factory mats. All the other mats for my car fit perfectly over the factory mats.

      Sorry to hear about your issue with the Passenger seat Floorliner on your 2024 Buick Enclave.  We highly suggest and recommend that you take out your Factory Floormats before installing any of our All Weather as well as our Floorliners and HP Floorliners.  Attached is a label that is sent with every Floorliner as well as HP Floorliner.  It is also on the Video provided on our Website as well as in the FAQ's. We would be willing to send out a new set of the Front Floorliners and suggest you take out the original Factory mats before installing and I believe you will have a better fit.

      I am rejecting this response because:  whether the factory floor mats are in or out of my car the passenger side mat doesn't fit.  The Weather Tech Company states each order comes with an installation sheet.  I received two different shippings and neither received an installation sheet.  As soon as I called the company stating my problem, they said because I didn't follow the installation sheet the warranty was void.  Well it is hard is follow something I didn't receive.  The passenger mat is not a laser cut like they advertise.  This mat is too short.  It doesn't reach the end of the floor to the seat.  I haven't asked for anything except a laser cut mat to fit my car.  After paying $422.22 for the mats I would think a company would stand by their product.

      We do apologize but our product is measured without the Factory mats installed and not with them in the vehicles. We also suggest you take out the factory mats so that the retention devices in the floor can be utilized for safe operation of the vehicle.  Since you are not happy with the product, we can send you labels so that you can return the product and we will then issue a full credit.

      I am rejecting this response because:  I reject this as I will not send back the mat.  I like the other ones and I don't want to do without them.  I only an unhappy with the one mat.  I am willing to just close this complain. I am tired of working with a company who will not admit a mistake. 
      Also please be sure to include the installation sheet in ALL packages Weather Tech sends out.  It sure would have been nice to receive one with my two orders.

      bought a bed liner on 3/18. purchased the extra insurance for 9.95 and paid ***** shipping. company failed to pack properly and item was damaged. they returned $251.34. kept the shipping and insurance for a total of *****. I want that returned as they caused the issue by not packing liner properly.

      On Dec. 17, 2023, I filed an online request for return of ***** CRV-Hybrid Mudflaps and shipped back the items to WeatherTech, as per the instruction. I bought the front and back mudflaps for $159.90 before tax and handling charges. My assigned RA Number is ****** for this return. My order number is # **********.On Jan 7, ****, I followed up with WeatherTech to see if the return was being process. They said "Due to the high volumes of returns/exchanges this time of year, it may take an additional week to properly check in your return." So I waited.On Feb 1, ****, I followed up again. This time, I am told that "It looks like it has not been checked in just yet. The customer service person apologize for the inconvenience and the wait."On Feb 18, ****, I am emailing BBB for your help. Additionally, I have notified WeatherTech that I will file a formal complaint with BBB for deliquent withholding of customer refund.For a company that advertised like WeatherTech, I am very surprised that they would use such ridiculous tactics to withhold a small amount of money for their benefit.Any help you can provide is most appreciated.Thank you,*******

      Customer had called in on 1/9/24 regarding loosing the Sunshade.  The *** tried contacting the Customer on 1/15/24 as well as emailing Customer with no response.  We do suggest that you do not drive with the SunShades in the window. We will have the *** reach out to the Customer regarding the one SunShade that is needed and suggest they do not drive with Sunshades in the window.

      Just under a year ago, I purchased the black all-weather floor liners for both the front and back seat of my 2017 **** Explorer XLT. After only a year of very gentle use, these floor liners are already curling up around the edges and not staying put as they should. Given the price and the Weathertech name, I expected significantly better longevity. Just under a year is absolutely ridiculous. I would like replacements sent to me ASAP. Again, these are the 2 front seat floor lines and the one-piece liner for the back seat in the black color.       We are sorry for the issue you are having.  I cannot find an order in our system under ***************************** so I will need some additional information before sending a replacement.  Can you possibly tell me where you purchased these?  Since we have no record we do not know what color you purchased. Also what type of rear seating do you have - bench seating, Bucket seating without center console or Bucket seating with center console.  As soon as we get more info we can work on request.  Pictures would be great also of the problem you experience since we have a new liner available.

      ******************; This complaint is in regards to my WeatherTech floor mats that I purchased last month for our 2008 GMC Yukon Denali. My old floor mats were badly warped so I purchased a new set. Unfortunately, After I installed them there was the same warpage present in the new ones. The design does not allow the **** to lay into the wall enough and warps to interfere with both the drivers feet areas, as well as the passengers. This plays a hinderance when entering and exiting the vehicle. You can see the the drivers side is the worse of the set.I would like to have a fix for this issue.. is there one??? Optional snaps,, an improved version?? The molding should have had an angle in the design to keep us laying against the wall. I think the post mold shrink in the corners is the problem. Please provide me with a fix to this issue ASAP.************ Thanks *****

      We have the ** Floorliner that we believe will service that "A" pillar area much better. It is a softer mat, high sides and adheres better to the floor.

      On August 13,2023 I brought my brand new, (week old) 2023 ****** 4Runner to weathertech showroom to purchase floor mats as well as a bumpstep XL which I paid to have installed onto my hitch. The bumpstep stuck out extremely far at which time I requested to have it removed and refunded. When the service tech attempted to remove the bolt, he was unsuccessful and stated he could not get it loosened and that it continued to spin. He then had me speak to a manager at which she informed me that I now needed to take the vehicle out of weathertech because there was nothing else they could do and refunded the bumpstep. The Manager advised me to take my vehicle to an auto body shop on my own in the attempts to have it removed and that weathertech would reimburse me for repairs and service. After doing so two days later, the body shop informed me that the bolt was completely cross threaded on and that they needed to use ****** machines as well as cutting tools to cut and dislodge the now spinning, stripped stainless steel bolt. While doing so ,this caused damage to my hitch, which had to be sanded and re-painted. All the pictures of the damage/repair was photographed and sent to the service floor manager via email who stated she would forward to her product development team. The receipt was also forwarded to them which costed me $463 in repairs and removal fees. I have done everything that was asked of me and have yet to hear from any product development team. I believe this is terrible customer service and definitely an error on weathertechs behalf. Weathertech did the install but was unable to correct their mistake because they did not have the means necessary to do so on that day. I should be fully reimbursed for the damage that was caused to my brand new vehicle In a prompt manner. I have have been a loyal and lifelong customer. I feel the customer service has drastically gone down. I hope the Owner or upper management sees this complaint that has now been filed

      Purchase weather tech front and rear window vent shades for a 2023 ****** Outback from trailer hitch . Com. One of the rear vent shades broke first attempt to close the window. Contacted weather tech about issue. They requested a picture of the damage, which I Iprovided. Then they requested I return the broken vent shade which cost $54.00 to return *** .$100.00 ish cost of original 4 pieces, $54.00 order to have warranty replacement of one. Not Happy Their warranty policy needs to be made clear at time of purchase !
