      Told mats are laysered measured but as in pictures you can see they are not. Because of this not being correct fit it has interfered with door and has curled up. it nolonger snapps onto existing ******* and allows me to close door.

      I apologize that you are having this issue.   I have tried to find your information in our data base in order to exchange/replace the item but I am not finding with much success.  Can you possible tell us the year, make and model of the vehicle of your purchase, color (guessing black), when purchased and with whom as well as what part is giving you a problem.   I am sorry we need so much information but from the picture we are not able to tell what part to warranty.  We can exchange as soon as the information is provided and we will ship to the address provided.

      I bought a 2023 Santa Fe and want new mats. My husband purchased front and rear mats for our 2016 ***** CX5 and the are fantastic. Heavy duty and seemingly well made. Unfortunately I cannot say the same thing about the front and rear mats and rear Iiner I purchased. They ones that were sent to me are very thin and are what I call cheaply made compared to my husbands. The rear mat does not seem to fit the area and curls up. I spent several hundred dollars and just not happy with what I received.

      I am sorry you were not satisfied with our Floorliners.  The purchase made by your Husband was for Regular All Weather mats and not floorliners.  We do have a new product that is made out of the same material of the All Weather Mats but with the same shape as the floorliners that I am willing to exchange.   Please check our website ************************************************************* for your vehicle and look at the ** Floorliners.  Let me know if this will work for you.

      Im 4/23/23 I purchased car mats for my vehicle, I paid $214.95 everything was ok, the package was shipped on 4/30/23 I was provided with a tracking number, after a few days I checked and the tracking number was transferred to another number and after that the movement of the package stopped and I reached out to *** and they told me that there was a problem the package and to reach out to the sender for them to open a claim in my behalf, I did reached out to the company and after multiple emails nothing was done, I then reached to PayPal and open a claim, it was cleared to me that PayPal said that I did not have to do anything, after a while PayPal closed my claim because I did not do anything and now I cant get my money back or my items, Im so confused, hurt and upset because I paid for something that I did not received and the company does not want to take accountability for that, I understand it was *** loosing the product but Im assuming they have insurance for something over $200, all I want at this point is my money back.

      I understand your frustration but it seems you did not order from WeatherTech you ordered from Car Mats Custom.  We do not ship *** our main carrier is FedX.   I tried to find an order in our Data Base but was not able to find locate an order.

      I checked out the carmatscustoms.com website and did not see our mats on their website.  Their Website states that their mats are made in ***** and ours Mats are only made in the USA.  I am sorry I cannot help you we do not do business with that company.

      I have a rear mat that is curling on edges, and I have a mud flap that fell off. I'm pretty handy I confident about installation.

      I apologize that the rear Floorliner is curling and you lost a mudflap.  I looked for your order in the system and I see you ordered for a 2018 **** Explorer.   If you would like to tell us if it was a front or rear mudflap that was lost we can send you a new Mudflap as well as replace the rear floorliner with our New HP liner.  Please let us know if this will work for you.

      On 4/7/23 I purchased wether *********** visors from ************* out filters in ************ ** for my 2022 canyon and got Time to install 5/92023 and my windows hit them and will stop i am very unhappy with this product so basically I just threw away $132 would like to get my money back is nothing is done about this I will be telling everyone I know about my issues with wether tech product s thank you

      We apologize for the problems you had with our WeatherTech Side Window Deflectors.  Did you happen to contact ************ and ask them for assistance or if you could return the product back to them for a refund? Do you have a receipt for your purchase?  Since we did not take your money ************ did so regards to refund the only thing we can offer you if you provide ** with a receipt is a WT Gift Card that can be used on our Website or by phone to purchase other WeatherTech items for your vehicle. We can also send out another set of Side Window Deflectors and we can walk you through the installation.  Please let ** know if either of these solutions will work for you.

      I purchased headlight protection film from WeatherTech in late 2021. After washing the truck the other day, I saw the film was peeling. Following instructions for removal, I heated the film lightly with a hairdryer and started to peel the film. I noticed the film was very difficult to remove. I eventually got the passenger side off without issue. However, on the driver side the film adhesive actually took a layer off the plastic headlight housing. I need up paying ******** for a new headlight and installation. This is actually a reduced price as I purchased the housing from CA and got the Body Shop to lower their cost to install. I attempted to work with WeatherTech to resolve. They did refund the purchase price. However, they stopped communicating about the damages. WeatherTech products are supposed to protect a vehicle, not destroy it. I am hoping to resolve through BBB before taking this to Small Claims Court.

      When I needed to replace the sunroof wind deflector on my wife's car I decided to go with Weather tech because of their claims to be "Made in *******" come to find out the wind deflector was not made in America. It was made in *******. People decide to pay WeatherTech's premium price to support ******** jobs and manufacturing because of the companies "Made in *******" advertising. If I did not want to support American manufacturing I would have chosen to buy a cheaper foreign made product. This completely false and misleading advertising is unacceptable and should not be allowed to continue.

      Our Side Window Deflectors are Designed and Engineered in the US but they are Made in *******.  We have had a relationship with this Company for many years and have never hidden the fact that they are made in *******.  We have been working on making the product here but it takes time and special machinery.   We are hoping to have this completed soon.

      Please understand that we offer a great deal of products and many of them are indeed designed and manufactured by ** in *****************. When we advertise ******** made, we make sure we are talking about the specific products that are made in *******.

      Products like: Floorliners, All-Weather Floor Mats, Cargo Liners, All-Vehicle Floor Mats, BumpStep, CargoTech, License Plate Frames,MudFlaps, All-Vehicle Cargo Mats, Indoor and Outdoor Mats, BootTray and TechShade.

      But there are some other products we offer that we don't manufacture, so we make sure we note that on our website.  The *** are manufactured in *******, however, we do all of the design, measurement and research of the product here in *******. We did not become a US Manufacturer until the mid 2000's and have been selling the *** since the early 1990's.

      In your advertisements, when you use terms like "Weathertech, Made in *******" that implies all of your products are made in *******. You even did a segment on CBS news around the holidays about how your products are made in ******* when not all of them are. You should either stop advertising that your products are made in *******, stop selling products that are not made in America, or spilt those products off into a separate business name to prevent deceiving consumers.

      My wife bought these expensive Weather Tech Flooring Protecting Mats for my F-150 Pick up Truck for a Gift. She knows Im very fussy with my vehicles and I normally use towels fitted for my floor mats. So I was thrilled when I got these. Super huge problem they are plastic and slide around on carpet like your smooth shoes on ice. You spend a ton of money and they send 2 carpet grabs. So all the rest of the mats slide around when someone gets in. My ************************************************************************************* the truck. I had the hit my brakes hard recently and and mind slid up under the pedals and somehow I avoided contact. I tried emailing the company and messaged them on ******** messenger and no one replied. What a crappy way to rip off a consumer. Sell a product that is hazardous product to anyone and only supplying a partial solution and let people spending their money find out the hard way they got screwed. I expect more grips for the rest of my flooring. Doing business like this is selling a car with a radon but no speakers and we dont tell you. My wife feels horrible about it because she even called and got help with a gentleman and shes feels she gotten taken advantage of as well. She said if she would of know that these where needed and not included she would of waited and discussed with me or our son first. Shame on you guys. Advertising made in *** and then take advantage of us in the ***.Horrible customer service. I see why you have social media block for customer comments. Very disappointing. Sadly to say I get better results from a foreign company. ***********************

      I do apologize for the inconvenience and the problems you seem to have with our WeatherTech Floorliner. For your **** Truck the Manufacturer does not provide a mat grip on the passenger side and we suggest you use the mat grips that come with the WeatherTech product.   I would like to offer our newest product to you that is made with mat grips on the back (picture attached) in order to grip to the carpet. It is a heavy duty liner with a totally different finish than our regular Floorliner.   If you are interested I would be more than happy to replace the liners you received in November with a new front set for your vehicle.

      Those mats look more efficient and safer. Now whats the catch? I need to spend $30.00 or more on shipping for an issue I didnt create. In My occupation I have been a Service Manger for **** for 32 Years. Im just getting this out there. Normally my wife never does anything vehicle related since thats my thing . She said that she thought this would be a great gift ideal since Im big on keeping my stuff spotless. Normally I dont drive this truck in winter months. Needed to take her mom to a Doctor 150 miles away. If I wouldnt have been there her mother wouldve fallen on her head. My stock for mats have a ton of rubber stubs and never moved.  Give me all the details on how to get these different liners.

      My order # **********. I purchased a cargo liner for my vehicle. Upon its arrival, my husband and I tried for over an hour to make it fit. We have used Weather Tech in the past and are familiar with the product. We soon realized we were sent the wrong product. I reached out to customer service and was told even though they may have sent the wrong product.. I would still be responsible for shipping the product back. I did ship it back. I feel like Weather Tech should cover shipping due to it being their error.

      I purchased the back seat floor liner for my 2018 Chrysler Pacifica in October 2022 for $100. I have 5 year old twins and was looking for an easier way to clean. It didnt work with the kids as they have to be extra careful and step over the edge. The part by the door now curls up and they trip in it. I attempted to tape it down but it didnt stay. I have tried laying heavy bags on top to flatten it back down but it still sticks up. I emailed customer service to see if they had a fix and they wrote back asking for pictures. I sent back pictures but they never reaponded.
