    If I could give them -100 I would, They came out to do my gazebo and did not have the right tools-- they didnt come with anything, ladder, drill, etc. They all smoked all over my patio and just checked the buds wherever they felt it necessary-- They also did not throw away the boxes and they never even communicated to me that they didnt do that! Anyway I was glad they didnt since the electrical box was not attached and was thrown in one of the boxes to throw oyut. I have tried to work with this company but they are impossible! Stay away from them -- far away! Horrible company

    I scheduled an appointment with Go Configure to move a Bowflex Treadmill, which they scheduled for today. I took some time off of work, and waited for rep to show up for the 12pm - 4pm window I was assigned.I was called at 3:45 by customer service, who told me ******* was running a little late.Customer service called me back at 7:45 to let me know that ******* wouldn't be coming, and asked me if I'd like to re-schedule for 9am - 1pm tomorrow.I asked the customer service rep if they could guarantee that the field rep would show up, and he wouldn't respond.

    Do not deal with this set up with *********** The company does get in touch but they take way too long to get back to you to set up a convenient time which means your furniture can be left sitting for a week or two before they can put it together. Additionally, they do not coordinate well with ********** so if your item is heavy, you will have to pay them additional money (and wait for weeks) before they can come and haul it into your home for you (on top of the additional already nearly $200 they charge to assemble). Also don't expect the two companies to communicate with each other or with **** They will all leave it on you to keep calling each of them to figure out where the item is , leave it to you to haul it into your home or elevator if it's too heavy to move yourself. Just hire a handyman and save yourself the trouble.

    Basically, most of the bad reviews are on point. I feel like I got scammed. It was a gazebo build they screwed up on. Gazebo was unstable and built wrong. Took over 3 months to break it down. I did not have them build the new one they replaced it with. I was not able to use my deck for 3 months due to the instability of their finished work. They mentioned to wait for an appeasement after they hauled away the mess up. Whole process started June 24, 23 and ended Oct 8, 23. No deck use for the summer. Now, they say there is no appeasement because I didnt have them build the new one and was refunded for the original work. Scam. Stay away.

    I can tolerate so much from some so many people, but I can never tolerate someone who wastes my time. Go Configure charged me $205 for a *****************. But they asked me to be home for a 4-hour window. I did. They never shoed up. 15 minutes from the end of the 4-hour window, I called them. Their technician lied, claimed they knocked the door. I asked why they could not call, email or text? No answer. I am sure they never even bothered to come to my door. My cameras can prove that. Stay away from these. Or you will just waste 4 valuable hours of your life.

    The reason they are terrible at keeping appointments is because they schedule your appointment without knowing who will do it. They think that anyone can assemble any item that is sold. They only pay out about 15% of your payment to the installer. The installer is told when to go to your house, expected to deliver, assemble, dispose of packaging, dress appropriately, own, insure, license and maintain there own vehicle, own there own ************ phone, have there own health insurance and liability insurance. Then installers are expected to pay fees for using an ap that they require. There is also a fee for collecting a check from them. This is why people dont show up on time to your house!

    Better name to discribe them is Go CON(figure it yourself) because they will never show up to do the job you paid for months ago. Great in canceling appointments, good at never showing up and Excellent in never call you back with an update. Long story short they will never come to assemble your item. Purchased a product on May 15, canceled and got my money back on July 31st. So I just have a $3000 gazebo sitting in my garage. Can't use the garage and can't use the gazebo.

    I placed an order for my shed to get assembled on 5/23. It is now 6/26 and I still dont have a date for installation. I have called multiple times about this and they push it off and blame the technicians. Very unprofessional how they do business. Will never recommend them to anyone.

    I would give zero stars if I could. We ordered a playground set from ******** ********* back in April 2023. The set shipped and was delivered very quickly but when we went to set up assembly through Go Configure, they scheduled us out 6 weeks and promised to call with any earlier dates if there were cancellations elsewhere. Well today they didn't show up at the scheduled time and we wouldn't have known that the technician and his team cancelled if we didn't call them directly to check in. GO CONFIGURE HAS DONE NOTHING BUT LIE TO **. I am going to be seeking legal action and will be contacting BACKYARD DISCOVERY AND **** CLUB for false advertising and false claims as they should not be working with Go Configure Technical in any capacity moving forward. This situation has not been resolved and instead they are going to install over the course of a few days (if they even show this time). My kids have been looking at boxes for 6 weeks, we had to take time off of work and now we have to cancel an event this weekend for the kids because we thought we'd have a playground. I urge all of you to take this to the next level and keep pushing if you have been wronged by this business. This is unacceptable and for the money we paid for this service, we should not have to deal with a corrupt business like Go Configure.
