      Took my ***** Pilot for alignment my steering wheel was crooked to the left cause I changed my outer tie Rod when I picked it up my steering wheel was crooked to the right went right back and they tried telling me that I had to pay for the alignment again that they didn't offer warranty on alignments that a new part and a used part will cause alignment to be off. I did alignments for almost ten years never heard or encountered that before, I don't know about other services but they not good with alignments won't be coming here again. Would've been better off aligning it with a string around the tires smh, after rechecking it they trying to say that they got to switch it to another bay to check the suspension cause the alignment was off again, they supposed to check the suspension before doing alignment to my knowledge or at least that's what I used to do before doing a alignment.
