      I bought Bosch windshield wipers. The rubber part of the wiper on the drivers side of my 2021 Nissan Rogue is sliding out of the plastic part of the wiper. I e-mailed Bosch asking them to send a replacement. I never heard back. Photo attached.

      Hello I purchased A bosch S6 AGM BATTERY on 07/23/2023 from Rock auto . This battery was only 1 year old and its a agm battery best quality but for some reason 2 days ago the battery went bad completely. I had this battery tested multiple times and it has been confirmed that it is a bad battery. I tried to go through Rock auto website to replace however due to this battery being purchased over a year ago they will not be able to refund me or replace the battery which they directed me to the warranty from Bosch which states even on the sticker of the battery there is a 4 year FREE REPLACEMENT through the manufacturer warranty . I tried contacting customer service to which they claim that ********* is not an authorized seller of Bosch and Bosch does not offer replacement products to consumers which is completely false. They will not honor my 4 year warranty and replace my battery which is completely un professional and I and requesting either a replacement or refund immediately

      Contacted Bosch for an issue with a microwave oven combo. It is out of warranty, so we asked them if they had someone or new someone to come and repair the unit. They contacted a company for us and the company came to the house to repair the unit. The microwave would turn on but did not heat, After the technician replaced $700 worth of parts he called me to tell me that the microwave would no longer power on. Then he called me back and told me that they plugged it into a different outlet and then it worked, so he said we needed to replace the outlet on the back of the oven, however it had power before they removed and he said they are not licensed electricians so they cannot replace said outlet. So I called an electrician and he said he is not licensed to replace outlets on appliances. So here I am with $4000 un useable microwave that i just spent $700 for repairs. So I called Bosch back just to alert them of the situation, never once blaming them or saying they were responsible. The lady on the phone which had a strong accent, was extremely rude, she said why would we be responsible to fix it? They do not work for us and the unit is out of warranty. I was only trying to get some insight or recommendations on where to go from here, she could have reached out to the company that they sent or helped me find someone else to help with the problem, however she did want to help me.

      Dear Bosch Team,My name is **** C. ******, and I am writing to express my deep disappointment with your company and the product I purchased. I ordered my first Bosch dishwasher during the ***** period, and unfortunately, it has been a frustrating experience ever since.Just as my warranty was about to expire, I contacted Bosch multiple times due to a serious issue: my dishwasher was falling apart. The entire black bottom section came loose, causing damage that required me to call in a tile company to clean my floor. Despite my efforts to resolve this during the warranty period, I received no ****************, I called again to follow up and discovered my previous complaint had gone to the wrong division. While I spoke with a representative who is now scheduling a visit to diagnose the problem, this does not address the main issue: I believe my dishwasher should be repaired at no charge under the warranty.About a year ago, I was told the unit was no longer under warranty unless I purchased an extended one, which I did. However, I was recently informed that the issue fell under the original warranty period, so it could not be addressed under the extended warranty.       I had a new Bosch combi unit installed June ****** by *******************************. I paid $9251 total for this to be completed. The unit never worked properly from the day it was powered up. There were several months of service call making adjustments of all kinds. it had some improvements but still not working properly. Next, they started changing parts which helped very little and still didn't fix the issues. In fact, the parts they put on were the wrong ones for my unit which they admitted in writing. ********** Mechanical as well as I had asked several times for Bosch to send a ***lacement unit. After several months of no solution and a Bosch company *** telling me "That's just how it works, and I need to live with it." I filed a complaint with the ****************'s office who tried to mediate a fair solution. Bosch admitted to sending the wrong parts and having ********** Mechanical apply them. Then their solution was to reapply the defective original parts and add a tank to help buffer the problem at my cost. When I asked again for them to ***lace the defective unit they refused. I then wanted a complete refund to ***lace this defective unit with a different company. Bosch refused to answer the *************************. It seems now that it's paid in full neither Bosch nor ********** mechanical are willing to ***lace this defective unit, give me a refund so I can correct the issue even though Bosch has admitted to putting the wrong parts on my brand-new unit. Both have written me off and I'm stuck with this unit that still has issues.

      I am rejecting this response because: Bosch has done nothing to resolve this issue. The unit has been defective since the day it was installed. Instead of replacing the unit with one that preforms as advertised, they have chosen to reset the internal working, change settings pump flow, and even went as far as changing parts, in which you can see from their response from another complaint file by me through the Attorney General, they admitted applying the wrong parts to the unit. Their solution was to put the old parts back on and add a buffer tank to possibly help the issue at a cost to me to have it installed. When I refused to keep changing parts or pay for repairs to my new combi unit Bosch just quit responding and dismissed my issue. I paid over $9200 to for this Bosch Combi unit to be installed by *******************************. I believe I should be given a new combi unit that works properly, installed at absolutely no cost to me. It came defective and it was under warranty. Bosch needs to honor this instead of tearing apart my new combi unit. If they don't want to honor and back their product, the provide me with a total refund so I may purchase a different brand of furnace that works and have it installed. I also have several documented notes, photos, videos, and text messages from the service tech to back up my case if more proof is needed.

      I purchased a Bosch dishwasher for $1200 on 9/2020. This product broke down last week 5/2024 and I got a Bosch authorized service technician to come and evaluate as per their recommendation. They say the cost to repair it is $800 plus the service call fee of $165. Bosch has offered to pay for 50% of the parts for the repair, which will amount to about $200 of the total. I asked them to cover the entire repair since this is an expensive unit and is not even 4 years old and now requires major repair work. They declined.

      Purchased a fridge in September 23, it stopped working in March. Round and round with repairs and different diagnostics- no fix for months- we bought a new one because we needed to have a fridge. Literally the exact same fridge, we had the same model before (previous home) and loved it - but now this new one (#3) is leaking water.Bosch doesnt care! 2 of 3 refrigerators are lemons. Weeks to get someone even out to look at it! Once again we have a broken $3.5k fridge in the garage that no one can explain and Bosch wont do anything about it it cools now? but didnt for months with no lights.. and had dents galore from the repairs, and now ANOTHER that is leaking water We have a toddler , Im pregnant and we are trying to move. I feel helpless and broke from this. I want ONE fridge that works. Both fridge ids are attached

      I bought my dishwasher from ********** on 8/16/23. In February ****, it was giving me an error code regarding a hose. Then a second error code regarding a heat pump/standing water. I contacted Bosch multiple times to get a repairman because it is still under warranty. They stated they didn't have repairmen in our area and we'd have to get a service that would charge a fee to come. After many phone calls, Hometown appliance out of ********** was approved, but they can't come until the middle of March. Almost a month without a dishwasher when I bought it new and it shouldn't have issues. I asked to simply return the product because it is no longer working after being only 6 months old and it has been a terrible hassle to get someone out here to confirm it doesn't work. They will not return it although it is still under warranty. I just want a working dishwasher to continue a normal routine for my large family.

      Bought a Bosch dishwasher on Lowes website and it said Up to $1000 rebate plus an additional rebate for the installation costs. purchased because of these rebate offers. tried to fill out the rebate application online, only to be repeatedly told by the website that the online application could not be completed. called Lowes. They said call Bosch. Bosch said call Bosch rebates. Bosch rebates said they needed a confirmation # from the online application in order to look up the application. I said it wont let me complete the online application, thats why I am calling you for help. She said to call ***** back. We called Lowes back. They said it was a Bosch rebate, not a Lowes rebate, and the rebate should go through once we received the dishwasher and entered the serial number. received the dishwasher 1/17/24. was installed same day. tried dozens of times with the serial # to submit the online application but were repeatedly told by the website that the application could not be completed. after at least 40 attempts we are still unsuccessful. have also called Lowes 4 times, called Bosch and Bosch rebates multiple times. ***** says call Bosch, Bosch says call Lowes. NO help. No rebate. finally went to the Lowes website and clicked on the option to submit the application by mail, since submitting it online was not working. When I clicked the option to submit by mail, an application form came up that said in order to get the rebate, MULTIPLE BOSCH APPLIANCES HAD TO BE PURCHASED. In 2 months and dozens of attempts to submit the online application, and multiple conversations with Lowes, Bosch, and Bosch rebates, NOT A SINGLE TIME DID ANYTHING ONLINE OR ANY OF THE PEOPLE WE SPOKE TO ON THE ***** SAY MULTIPLE APPLIANCES HAD TO BE PURCHASED. 1st time I found that was when I clicked on the link to submit the application by mail since we couldnt get the online application to work. MISLEADING, advertising!

      This is the email that I sent to Bosch originally. At the bottom is a pdf of screenshots and documentation of their (and Lowes) false and misleading advertising. The only contact I have received from Bosch was a response to my email, not the BBB complaint. The original rebate advertisement was for up to $1,000 off the Bosch dishwasher purchase. After two months of frustration and multiple phone calls, emails, and complaint letters, Bosch offered me a $75 rebate and no commitment to future clarity/transparency in their rebate advertising. I am not satisfied with this response from Bosch.

Now that we finally had the serial number for the dishwasher, we tried dozens of times again to submit the online application but still were repeatedly told by the website that the application could not be completed.

In the two months and literally dozens of attempts to submit the online application, and multiple conversations with Lowes, Bosch, and Bosch rebates, NOT A SINGLE TIME DID ANYTHING ONLINE OR ANY OF THE PEOPLE WE SPOKE TO ON THE ***** SAY MULTIPLE APPLIANCES HAD TO BE PURCHASED TO QUALIFY FOR THE REBATE. The first time I found that requirement was when I clicked on the link to submit the application by mail since we couldnt get the online application to work.

      > Next time we will buy a non-Bosch product and not from Lowes, as I feel that this was a deceptive and misleading advertising practice where you have to wait two months after a $1500 purchase for a product to be delivered and installed to find out that you are not getting the rebates that got you to make the purchase in the first place. DECEPTIVE AND MISLEADING AND UNACCEPTABLE!! My family have always been Bosch fans but not anymore!!!

Of note, the NEW Buy More, Save More $1500 Bosch Rebate on the Lowes site says in bold letters Must purchase a minimum of 2 qualifying products. Likely because so many people had the same issue that we had where we were not told that multiple items had to be purchased until two months after we had spent countless hours online and on the phone trying to get our rebates.
