    I originally purchased the Opus Laser from **** December 2022. I had such high expectations as the sales rep made promises of 0% interest, to provide marketing to help us gain for new clients of a different deographic, a new app and web page to ensure high ranking on search engines. My device was not delivered as promised and the trainer provided did a poor job which caused my entire team to have to be retrained and caused a delay in our lunch of the project. All that **** promised was not delivered. When I complained and asked for a full refund for the return of the unused machine, I was denied. I tried working with the company to continue our business relationship and to mak my $132,000 back. Every suggetion they provided I tried in order to recouperate my funds I paid since I could not get a refund from purchasing LMNt's to hosting open houses. At every turn, there has been some discrepency. In April of 2024, I had a client have an adverse reaction to the opus. She developed extreme hyperpigmentation. I contacted **** immediately. Initially, communication was appropriate. **** heard from a rep on May 14, 2024. Fast forward to today, I receive an email stating I refused to send in the hand piece for review. Not one time has any representative suggested a review. I contact customer service immediately only to be told they closed the case and I would have to reopen it and send an additional $500 to have the device reviewed. At every turn, **** has provided poor customer service and support from contract terms that change after you sign, delivery of item, to customer support. . Buyers beware. No business wants to be lied to and treated as if they did something wrong from start to finish. Unacceptable practices.

    My ************************* purchased two machines from Alma Lasers in June of 2023. Shortly before, I went to their convention in **************. At the convention I spoke with two of their sales representatives. When I met them, I had my wife on Face Time with us because she could not attend the seminar. As they gave the sales presentation, my wife specifically asked them, If we purchase these machines how do we market these machines. And what if this doesnt work out for us financially? The response was: Oh, weve got you guys covered on this, you wont have to worry about advertising and marketing. This was a huge selling point for us. They gave us the impression that the cost of the machines included all the marketing to get these patients in for treatments. The head sales associate told us It would not be a problem finding someone to take over the payments for your equipment. He proceeded to tell us that **** found someone to take over the lease contract for another doctor that was closing his business. They promised a lot of bells and whistles so we ended up purchasing two machines for over $193K. **** pledged that with the purchase of these machines we would be taken care of by two marketing companies that worked for ****. Neither of these companies have helped bring any patients into our office, period. **** gave a lot of empty promises and provided nothing but lies. The biggest mistake we made was that we did not record the sales presentations given by their corrupt sales associates. We have contacted our sales rep and Almas customer service asking them to buy back these machines. They told me they would have their Regional Manager contact me. He has done nothing but try to avoid me. This is the most unethical company with which I have ever dealt. Bottom line, **** is more worried about their profits than they are about the customers. I now regret that I did not read reviews before doing business with this corrupt company.
