  Alma Lasers baited me, cashed out, then ********** February 2025, I purchased a $121,250 aesthetic laser package from Alma Lasers. Included in my signed purchase order was a full year of marketing through their **************************** package, the key selling point that closed the deal. Sales rep **** ********* knew I was a new business owner counting on that support to build momentum before opening. I paid a $12,000 deposit to secure the package. I was told my laser would ship the following week and training would start right away to help me begin earning. Instead, I was strung along with repeated delays and vague promises of next week. When I expressed concern, **** called me claiming the shipment had been hit by a bomb coming from ******. I've searched extensively and found no media coverage to back this ************** gets worse. After I paid the deposit, **** called unexpectedly, asking me to sign an additional form stating that no marketing would begin until I paid the full $120K. This condition was never disclosed beforehand and not part of the signed agreement. I did not ********, three months later, *** received no marketing services, no formal kickoff, and no clear communication despite countless follow-ups to **** ********* and regional director ****** *******. I've been completely ********** make matters worse, I was charged $2,600 for a skincare order that was supposedly included in my package. I was told ** receive a refund within 2448 hours. Its now been over two weeks, and nothing. This situation has placed me in a serious financial bind. I'm a new business owner with two small children, trusting the promises I was sold. I was taken advantage of, and the stress has had a real impact on my health. This isn't just business, its personal. Alma Lasers took my money, broke their promises, and disappeared. I would never recommend working with this company.

  My ************************* purchased two machines from Alma Lasers in June of 2023. Shortly before, I went to their convention in **************. At the convention I spoke with two of their sales representatives. When I met them, I had my wife on Face Time with us because she could not attend the seminar. As they gave the sales presentation, my wife specifically asked them, If we purchase these machines how do we market these machines. And what if this doesnt work out for us financially? The response was: Oh, weve got you guys covered on this, you wont have to worry about advertising and marketing. This was a huge selling point for us. They gave us the impression that the cost of the machines included all the marketing to get these patients in for treatments. The head sales associate told us It would not be a problem finding someone to take over the payments for your equipment. He proceeded to tell us that **** found someone to take over the lease contract for another doctor that was closing his business. They promised a lot of bells and whistles so we ended up purchasing two machines for over $193K. **** pledged that with the purchase of these machines we would be taken care of by two marketing companies that worked for ****. Neither of these companies have helped bring any patients into our office, period. **** gave a lot of empty promises and provided nothing but lies. The biggest mistake we made was that we did not record the sales presentations given by their corrupt sales associates. We have contacted our sales rep and Almas customer service asking them to buy back these machines. They told me they would have their Regional Manager contact me. He has done nothing but try to avoid me. This is the most unethical company with which I have ever dealt. Bottom line, **** is more worried about their profits than they are about the customers. I now regret that I did not read reviews before doing business with this corrupt company.

  I purchased one of their Accent XL s. Very expensive piece of professional equipment. They will not give me the passcode the Accent XL screen is asking for. They also refuse to service their own equipment- the Accent XL. The machine can not be operational as no one else has this information. Absolutely unacceptable!! Do Not Buy from this Company!

  Bad customer service and follow thru with existing customer. Poor communication and lack of respect for customers clients and fall back on businesses they sell products too.

  Worst customer service ever! I have purchased 3 new devices from **** and I am very disappointed with their customer service. They ruined my brand new Soprano Ice during routine free maintenance. Someone drove a forklift through the front of my machine and then they wanted to give it back to me. Long story short, I felt bullied and ended up with a used loaner. Terrible! Then come to find out the machine is not capable of keeping up with 8 hours of lasering. Evidently, the cooled tip isn't so great after all. They want me to stop lasering to let cooled tip get cold again. What a joke!!!!!!!!! Tell that to my clients as they lay there wondering what is going on. Never again will I purchase another laser from ****. Over promise and under deliver every time!!! And I agree with another review, don't use ***********, another scam!!!!!!!!!!
