              I received a reward debit card from Healthcare Bluebook for going to a low-cost provider. I can't remember if I activated the debit card yet, but when I go to the website on the back of the card, call the number or text for balance information it says the card is not valid, even though it doesn't expire until 02/25. The card was issued by Sunrise Banks NA, but they can't help me and it looks like North Lane who services the card was bought out by Onbe. I'm unable to speak to a representative and I filled out their form online for support but no one has reached out to me.

              Horrible experience. Card can only be used at certain olations and even then its restricted. No matter what I have done, I have lost money on each of the cards I have received from this place. All rebates, but still money I should have been able to use. A scam if you ask me.
