      Worst company to deal with regarding fraud. I submitted a claim on 2/5/25 for charges that ranged from 11/18/24 to 2/3/25 for ****** and because 1 charge on 11/18/24 was outside the 60 window they rejected the entire claim (****** was withing in the 60 day window). No one in customer service was any help and they kept blaming all on the fraud investigation department but could not connect me with them. Onbe/ North Lane is all about sticking it to the consumer and looks for ways to get out of making the customer whole. This was a recognition card through ***************** and I will definitely give feedback to cancel this agreement. I also want other companies and consumers to know how Onbe treats customers and tries to ******* money out of them and treat them poorly - from reimbursing valid claims to a pathetic customer service separtment.

      Worst banking experience i have ever had. Onbe and Sunrise Banks N/A are as close to a scam as legally possible.

      They can't resolve a simple, obvious fraud case in a reasonable time frame and their fraud prevention office doesn't communicate at all

      Complete scam, unable to reach customer service and they have blocked my card over 5 times.

      Virtual card was requested to the same email as a previous time, just never showed up. Called their support, just to get the runaround and suddenly it'll take 24 hours to process rather than minutes like the previous time. The card was requested due to an urgent need. ******** services was completely unhelpful, refused to listen/explain. Tried asking for a supervisor and the agent just kept repeating the same thing over and over and refusing to listen. After a few times requesting, they just hung up.

      I'd like to request a refund for the funds I should have received from ******** for a credit refund on the account I had closed 7/19/24. I'd like the funds sent to my checking account and not in the form of a check. Thank you

      this company provided a digital credit card, without any notice or warning of expiration. When I contacted them to transfer my funds, they said they were gone and forfeited. They dont have a phone number, they only have a contact form. Seems shady.This sounds like the definition of theft.Stay away from Obe, Mypaymentvault, prepaiddigitalsolutions its all the same company.

      Scammers. They wait to send out your card right before it expires and then tell you that you cannot renew it and then they keep the money. They should be sued for being thieves. Stole $100 from me.
