Took my Cat for her physical. I paid extra (which this place is already expensive compared to other hospitals) to expedite the resukts, I didnt receive a call or email notifying me the results were in until I called them. I didnt get reimburse the extra funds paid to expedite the results. Before receiving the results, the doctor said possible cancer, when I called to on the results, I was told all clear, no problems with no explanation or a review on the chart. The doctor was to advise on a prescription food, no recommendation after I received the results. They didnt seem to care for my cat but only to charge the client. It was such poor service for an expensive visit.

We have reviewed the records from this visit. We did not (and never have) charged a "fee to expedite labs". There is actually no such option with our lab. We also listened to the transcription of the visit, which was recorded. The doctor explained that there are a number of things that cause could weight loss in elderly pets and that the labs could rule them out. The doctor also gave food recommendations during the visit, with the understanding that it could change IF the lab work indicated something. The client was advised that the lab work was completely within normal ranges and that the pet's slight weight loss is probably a result of advanced age.
